Came here to get a tire mounted and it came back with major damage along the sidewall; can literally see the plys under the rubber. I now have major safety concerns about using the tire . Was told they won’t do anything about it because there’s no way to prove it wasn’t there before, despite the damage being fresh cuts in the rubber (clean white & jagged ends, unlike the rest of the tire).If you come here, take lots of photos beforehand so they can’t deny responsibility for damaging your items.

They have a good customer service an prices are affordable. A got coupon for oil change and total cost was 60 bucks plus tire rotation free

By far the worst experience to go to !! The lady JILL was very rude and unprofessional when she speaks too you, and on top of it shes has not worked there long she messed up my wifes order then she ordered the wrong tires for my wifeS CAR and om top of it we bought new tires for our front wheel drive car and she told the mechanic to put them on the back and when i went back to have them changed out to the front she still proceed to tell me I WAS WRONG, the second time we came down we went to get my breaks changed out for warranty and she proceed to tell us she could not even after calling the first midas store we went to, i wouldnt recommend this store to any one unless you are ready to deal with one RUDE LADY that tell the customer they are wrong!! I GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD.

I enjoyed the staff especially Jill she was very helpful in getting my repairs done it took a little longer than I thought to get the parts delivered but great experience over all going back next week for more work done I highly recommend this location.

Friendly helpful staff, finance program was helpful during pandemic emergency service was needed. They serviced the problem until all these were working as it should.

I have been coming to Midas since I moved to Loma Linda in August of 2019. I couldnt be happier with their service. Mike always takes very good care of me when I bring in my car and provides great customer service. They have done my oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and most recently helped diagnose/repair and perplexing issue. What I appreciate most is their honesty. Most chains try to tack on every service under the sun and its hard to know what is necessary vs. what is not; Mike and his team perform only the work that is necessary and do not try to take advantage of their customers. I highly recommend this location for your repair/maintenance needs!

*Update*They took care of the broken part & replaced the fender on Friday the 7th. Thanks Midas for taking care of it within time.**Went for the coolant flush last Thursday (25th March). The service personnel didn’t attach my base plastic cover tightly, and it flew off while driving on freeway (my gf got really scared with that noise underneath)Today I contacted the dealership and they said the base cover with metal clips costs “509$“ with parts and labor.So basically just to save couple of dollars and time I chose Midas but this is what I ended up in now.I have all the receipts/estimates/broken-cover (speaking truth here). I had a great and valuable experience during my last visit while getting my brakes replaced. James, the new shop manager, is a very personable guy. He cares a lot for his customers and wants to make sure that they are very satisfied during their visit. I can tell that by his enthusiasm, he is creating a positive environment for both employees and customers, and he has an incredible vision for where he wants to take ths shop.

My car needed the alternator, serpentine belt, and battery replaced and they were very helpful in getting all this fixed. They were busy but still able to get all the work done and they treated me well as a customer.

Terrible place, your appointments get bumped off for no reason. Went for a simple oil change & was told I had to wait an hour & a half to two & a half hours maybe more. Still using their old B.S., I ended up going to JiffyLube next door. Got great service, free coffee & was out the door in twenty minutes. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt ask for or needed either!

So I bought a clutch pakage off them with warranty 9 months later and they re did whole clutxh for me for free they are good peoples

I was truly impressed with the crew at this Midas. They were not only honest and very professional, they did a great job on my van and even tightened up my battery posts that have been troublesome as a courtesy. My van runs great now and turns on without a problem. This is my go to place for maintenance from now on.

Come here for honest mechanics that some Nickel and dime you. Really fast replacement of my brake pads (they only use ceramic brake pads now). While there is no large lounge to wait in, you can go outside to watch the mechanics do their work right outside. Lifetime warranty on the brakes (you still pay for the parts just not the service).

Daniel is the new manager now and hes very nice. Unfortunately the work is not perfect and time to get your car back is better than before.

Free plug in the tire. Free soda. Kicking back watching tv in the warmth of their customer lounge while it pours outside. Yeah, Id say thats worth about 5 stars.Thanks, Midas! Ill absolutely be back if I have any other vehicle needs.

I have come back to this shop since my first visit. Daniel, the store manager, has the most incredible customer service mentality. He is courteous, professional, and ALWAYS does what he can to get his customers taken care of. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to show you whats wrong with your vehicle. The prices are fair, and they arent going to try to rip anyone off. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle by for any maintenance or repair needs you have. I know I will be for a long time.

Ive used Midas Redlands for my cars for the last 3 years ... Theyve given me an honest evaluation and a fair price every time. One instance when I thought they might be giving me the run around to replace parts unnecessarily, it turned out that I needed to replace the air take to pass smog.... Safely wrapping the air take piece didnt work out, but they tried, for me, anyway. I came back with the new part at another time and they finished the easy install in 10 mins - at closing time too. It has been a comfortable and friendly business experience!

Took my car in for an exhaust leak repair. They wanted to charge $2,000 for a simple pipe repair. After looking up the parts on my own, they were going to charge MORE THAN TWICE what these parts cost. Do your own research or you may get ripped off unbelievably. Staff seemed friendly enough but that isnt worth overpaying by that extreme amount. Get real folks, that would have really really hurt me financially and for no good reason at all. Not ok

I had a problem with my ac compressor On my 2006 Saturn Vue Redline and the guys at Midas gave me a quote on how much it would cost to fix it but I brought my own part with me so they were able use the part and I spent 3hours of my time and did not have to pay between $900 - $1,100 that other place were quoted me for. I paid under $300 Thank you Midas!!!!!!!!!!!

I was treated with respect, and honesty. Even though I was not able to get the work done at Midas due to a dealer specific tool, Midas was upfront, and did what they could to try to diagnosis the problem with my A/C unit, and reference me to what was the trouble area.

Made an appointment online, called right after to confirm price and time. Received an email from John and team confirming time of appointment. When I showed up I was told they didnt have time to do the work (simple oil change/tire check) and was turned away. Very unprofessional and rude. Appointments mean nothing I guess. Not cool dudes.

It took 3 hours for them to check my brakes, and they came up with several totally different answers to my problem. On top of that, they left pen marks all over my dash.

I dont usually write reviews, but redlands midas deserves 5 stars. Pretty straight forward on what your car needs. Ive been coming here for over a year and a half. Ive never been sold anything my car doesnt need. They make good recommendations on what the car needs and doesnt. Honesty is key. They dont upsale you. Today my car had a nail in the tire they repaired it for free. Excellent customer service. Daniel keep doing a good job and people will keep coming back. Thanks!
