Im very impressed with their service and turnaround. My Jeep wouldnt start, so had it towed in. Alan was absolutely wonderful and kind. He made a grim day better. Within 3 days, my Jeep was diagnosed, fixed, and I was driving off. They were quick and efficient. I will definitely start going to them for everything now, even for something as small as an oil change.

Andrew in the service department provided great customer service getting my 3 recalls done! Due to a parts shortage I had to wait close to 10 months for one of the recall parts. He followed up with me on the status and made sure the parts got ordered and taken care of because I was previously told by other staff all three recall parts were already ordered and in. One was not in when I checked in. Due to low staff/ Covid, the shuttle ride was not available after 4pm. Which I was told by a different person on the phone I could get a ride. It was out of Andrew’s hands but he kept checking on me to make sure I was able to get a ride and apologized for the inconvenience and miss information on availability of ride hrs someone had stated would be available. So heads up check shuttle times ahead if you need a ride. Also I was told months ago I was on a wait list for the parts by another staff member. I called back to get a status update a month later and was told I was within the top 10 on the list. Check back in another month no ETA. I followed up again and was told I wasn’t on the list at all! So then I found out 2 ladies are running the list and to talk to them only not the service department guys. The ladies helped get things back on track. So check with them if you have parts on a waiting list. I’m thankful I can now finally get my DMV tags with the certificate proof the work was done on emissions. Don’t forget to ask for that certificate. But it wasn’t given until I asked the check out clerk who was supposed to give it. A lot of business are affected by Covid short staff. Be patient and understand, but follow up and advocate for what you need. Overall great customer service from Andrew.

Great Experience, Great Customer service! Definitely a better extraneous the last car I bought at Lexus! My salesman Andres was friendly and very knowledgeable… not to mention patient! The whole process was very streamlined and not a big amount of haggling which was the best part. My finance guy was fantastic… walked me through the process and explained everything. This review is for Redlands Chrysler Dodge in Redlands. I have used this dealer about 5 times for oil changes due to their location. It seems over half of the time I come away feeling frustrated. First off, I had an appointment and arrived about 15 minutes early. No one outside to speak to so I went inside. 2 men at the service desk so Since neither of them acknowledged me, I went up to one and told them I had an appointment. He asked what for and when I told him oil change he said someone else handles that and is she outside. I told him no one is outside so he kinda of reluctantly said he would assist me. Then he spotted the girl and sent me over to her. Ok I get it, oil changes are beneath him. Once the girl took care of me, I told them I would wait since I figured maybe an hour. Meanwhile the 2 guys, one of which was on his phone watching videos on and off, I’m still waiting. I keep checking to see if my car is done. Finally after 2.5 hours I see my car sitting outside so I wait another 20 minutes. I then went up to the service desk asked about my car. The man asked if I had paperwork and I told him no but the car has been sitting for about 20 minutes. He checked the desk of the girl, who went to lunch and found my paperwork and asked do I owe any money. After determining I didn’t I got the keys but no receipt. 3 hours later I’m driving off. Not sure what the priority of this dealership is but it is not the customer

I’m very happy with my new truck. They worked with me to make the payment right for me.Went in for service 9/23. Had a great experience was very upfront, no games. Completed on time. Very happy.Will not change my review but only little bit of a irritation. On the website it was to include a complementary wash and that was not done. I know it is minor but don’t offer it if you won’t do it.

No communication and no time frame to work with for getting my car repaired. Service department was rude and the website chat was not helpful at all. This is the first and last time my vehicle will be at this dealership!Update:It has now been over a month, still no communication from them to me, unless I initiate the call, and still no car, no estimate of costs, and no delivery date…Last Saturday was the 5 week mark of them having my car and not fixing it. I went to the dealership to check on the progress in person, and while I was there, the the service representative told me the actual truth that the mechanic that was working on the vehicle was not in, the service manager that said my alternator had been received and installed, but is still not charging my car, was not there, and no actual progress has been made. Bottom line is, the service manager was caught in a lie, and I was was furious.So I was not leaving without a car, one way or another. They couldn’t repair my car that day, they wouldn’t even offer me a loaner car till mine was repaired so I went to the sales department and told them they need to get me a car because I wasn’t leaving until I had a vehicle. They stepped up, made a really good deal on a newer certified vehicle, worked with me on a down payment, and gave me a reasonable amount for my car that was in the shop, and took care of the repair bill.Service department is terrible, but the sales department is great! However, my car will never go back to this service department again!Good luck to all in your experience with this dealership. I hope this was helpful and insightful for all!

When I first made the call regarding my issue, your customer service personnel (Robert)was very helpful and responsive to our needs. He had us bring the truck down so they could troubleshoot the situation immediately. Once there, we were well taken care of as we completed the initial paperwork. Robert communicated with us throughout the day letting us know the progress that was being made. Because of our difficult work schedule, and the heavy customer service loud that the dealership has on a daily basis we wanted to take it vantage and have an oil change and tire rotation completed, Time permitting. Robert was very instrumental in making sure that that was done prior to us picking up our vehicle the same day. I can’t thank Robert, the technicians and all of the crew for working diligently to not only troubleshoot and fix our problem, but to accommodate the extra request that we had regarding our vehicle. Moving forward, I see no other dealership to deal with when it comes to services that is needed for our vehicle than yours. Thank you for all that you did for us, I very much appreciate it

Andy is the guy! The service department is very good here, honest, communicative, great attitudes, and clean/nice waiting room. They are very busy but still manage to make it work for my schedule every time, prices have been consistently good. My cars run amazingly thanks to their technicians.Edit: Yesterday I picked up a long term project I had their mechanic Juan personally work on. It was a very involved build, including extensive electrical harness work for this late model dodge charger.Every single thing I asked them to do, they did and went the extra mile. We installed suspension, new interior, and many other adjustments along the way.The effort and professionalism of this team is incredible. Thank you all for your hard work on my dream car build!

The Service man at the desk Robert assisted me from the moment I walked in, I had gone there to get one recall fixed on my truck, after speaking with Robert he had told me I had six recalls on my truck so I was quite surprised, not only did they all the recalls they, had my truck back in my hands at the end of the day. The dealership also provided a courtesy driver who gave me a ride to my job. The driver Franklin was awesome, he got me to work on time, thank you again for all your help, I’ll definitely be back!

I have requested a Transmission Service (Oil & Filter change), I should have a 10 point inspection at no charge for Free, well my rear back up camera its not working properly, they didnt come to me with information on this issue, and how to resolved it, also I know my front suspension shocks are bad, because I took my truck to balance and alignment and they point it out, but this dealer didnt mention anything, and the last thing my Truck exhaust is making noise, I believe it needs new gaskets, same Dealer didnt mention anything, or any options and cost.As it is today after my truck transmission got serviced, I have noticed something appear, when Im just slowing down and transmission star shifting back gears, when shifts between 3 & 2 sometimes I fill a little bump, like the shift engages wrong.Im going to hold on a little bit more and see if that little problem goes away, if not Im going to have to go back and have checked up, I hope it wont be any charge since this problem appears after the service.

Each time I have come into Redlands dodge, Andy has been my go to person. He is polite, respectful and caring. He always has great energy and is hands on with customer service. I don’t expect anyone to be chipper all the time (treat those how you want to be treated). However, it’s nice to see someone enjoy their job.

Great service and took less time than originally quoted. They couldn’t replicate one issue (key fob not detected and repeated dinging) which is still unresolved but it’s intermittent and stubborn. The transmission issue was resolved for a reasonable labor only charge and car runs much smoother now.

Purchasing this Jeep at Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was the best! Edgar was really friendly, accommodating, and thorough for the entire process. I bought their demo Jeep that Junior (the General Manager) was driving, and he was a good sport about coming back to the dealership and giving up his ride so that I could take her. Hopefully the bus was accommodating for you to get home, Junior! But seriously, this was so much fun, and they really want to make the experience memorable. They even offer a Jeep class for people to learn the ins and outs of these amazing machines! They come highly recommended!

Unfortunately Redlands Chrysler Service Department is getting worse. Had appointment for my Jeep on Monday for 2 Recalls, oil change & tire rotation. I had a coupon for free tire rotation and discount on oil change. I was told all parts were in, no problem getting the Jeep on Wednesday. My Jeep was not ready until Friday late. I didnt get the discount & 1 recall was not done due to no parts. The representative never told me.I informed the cashier I didnt get the oil change discount & she Insisted I did. I will follow up on Monday.

UPDATE: May 4, 2021 I was able to get my car back in to do the service I was waiting on. This time they were able to complete my car on the same day. So a much better experience and I increased the rating to 4 stars. David was very helpful.PREVIOUS:I took my car in on March 8, 2021 to get a recall issue completed and some warranty work. Jay was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that they did not complete all my needed work due to having to order a part. I keep checking back, but as of 60 days from my date of service....no part or follow up to rectify my issue.

So a little story time for this review. Had my eyes set on a Gladiator this dealer had for sale, but in my first contact with them I was not able to come to any conclusions and decided to wait. This past weekend, I was driving down the hill to look at a specialty dealer, that didnt work out, and on my way home decided to stop by Redlands once I knew they still had the Gladiator I wanted. Not only did my sales rep remember my name from our past conversations, a few weeks back, but the man stayed true to his original word and made it easy for me to purchase the Gladiator I had my eye on. All in all Antonio made this an easy and painless experience, where as a customer I felt I was treated with respect and care for my overall wellbeing. I love the Jeep/RAM family of brands, but this location does not particularly care about making sure their service personnel represent these illustrious vehicles in a positive light.I brought my vehicle in for service for some trivial but annoying cosmetic issues regarding my 2019 RAM pickup. I did in fact have an appointment.1 of 2 issues were remedied on site, however the issue I had with a steering wheel that was wearing prematurely could not be resolved as the team informed me they needed to get approval from corporate for this type of replacement/repair.I asked when we might know if/when the issue would be approved or declined, and I was informed by the service advisor it would take 3-5 business days.I left the service department having not signed a single document. Nothing signed before my vehicle went in for service, nothing signed after my vehicle was released back to me, this is a HUGE BAR violation. The repair order is intended to protect the dealership and myself, since the vehicle came in for service and nothing was signed, I could essentially suggest that any number of scratches, damages to my vehicle were a result of the service visit and the dealership could not prove otherwise as no vehicle intake/walk-around was completed as part of the initial write up process. But that is besides the point.The 3-5 business days come and go. Not a single update provided. I receive an email on the ~5th day since coming in for service, asking that I fill out a survey regarding my experience. The email does not include ANY link to a survey (and I am beginning to understand why). I respond directly to the email which has my service advisors direct email address associated to it. I politely ask for an update. No update is provided.I wait another 4 business days before trying to call and speak to my service advisor directly. First pass on the phone, I am transferred to their extension, the phone is picked up then I am hung up on. I give them the benefit of the doubt, I call again and get transferred. I am then sent directly to voicemail. I am unable to leave an actual voicemail since their inbox is completely full. I call back a third time and ask to speak to the service manager. I am connected to the manager and I genuinely relay my frustration in a calm manner. I receive no apology regarding my experience up to this point and am informed that they will look into it and call back within 1/2 hour.....at the time of writing this review its been far beyond the 1/2 hour mark and frankly dont think I really expected anything else.That being said, their sales department NEVER misses an opportunity to spam me with unsolicited phone calls and emails inquiring whether or not I am interested in getting a new vehicle.Unfortunately this is an all too common experience I am sure, it is just disappointing as the dealership is a DIRECT reflection of the brand and they are not doing the brand any favors whatsoever.

Worst customer service I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. If I could give a negative star I would. They constantly give you the run around & they are misleading. I got tired of calling for a follow up on my vehicle l showed up to the dealership to talk with the guy that was helping us his name is Robert. He told me that they would have my truck ready but then I go over & I overhear him say that they had the part but no one installed the parts so I had to wait. Very disappointing that workers are lazy & they don’t have enough workers to help customers.

I want to commend your service technician Alan for picking up the dropped ball (dropped car off Saturday-did not have appt; car was towed, & was told someone would call me that day. I was told by the mechanic I usually frequent that the problem with my 5.9 Dodge V8 was the fuel injectors, and that they would cost me a thousand dollars. Now that means Id have to pay for labor too and what all I dont know. So Alan at Redlands, where I bought my 1500 Dodge Ram, sent my truck to their mechanic Greg, and they saved me at least $700.00. Am I pleased, You bet I am!

Very bead service, took my car for regular service oil change,tire rotation,brake inspection, and if they can check why my car is waisting too much gas, they keep it for four days, at the third day l call to see what’s going on,they said they can’t find any problem,ok l will pick it up,l ask,but the regular service oil change tire rotation and brake inspection is reade right? They said not,nobody tell is about that!l said are you kidding me? I went and pick it up my car was all duty just for sitting there!very desponted😡

I went in on Tuesday for my service. The usual oil change and tire rotation. Jose came out and told me he’d have me out ASAP since he saw me with my grandmother. Frankie brought some chairs out for my toddler and grandmother to sit outside since they have a hard time wearing the masks. I go in every few months for my service and Frankie always treats us like family there. Overall I had a great experience.

I just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4X4. These people know the Jeep product line and were extremely helpful. Truly they are consultant sales types without the sort of pressure and ignorance Ive experienced when purchasing or even just looking at vehicles.There were no BS charges like nitrogen filled tires, dealer prep, etc. They have a full service operation and I thought the transaction went smoothly and rapidly.I would do business with them again.

Overall, everyone was helpful, sincere, and the experience was fine. Although, there are two reasons why I am not giving 5 stars. One is that we had agreed upon a certain price over the phone after my first dealership visit which was $30k even and when I came back to the store they mentioned they used the wrong sales tax rate, which they used Rancho Cucamonga and we specifically told them not to. From there, the price jumped about $500 and wasnt adjusted for and should have been since it was their mistake. Also, on the floor, Ben did a simple interest calculation on his phone for 2.9% by multiplying the total loan against the 2.9% which was misleading since that is not an accurate way to calculate interest. I was under the impression that we would be paying $725 in interest and when I sat with the finance gentleman, he came to a $1,500 number. He was also unaware of how it was calculated, Ben came back into the office and said this is what it is, if you guys dont want it, you dont have to buy it, which was very unprofessional since we had already made the deal and were in the back office in the middle of signing all the paperwork. I then realized I needed to pull an amortization table to calculate the interest but it was surprising that neither the finance gentleman or Ben were unaware of that. That was an additional $775 surprise on top of the $500 sales tax. Again, overall satisfaction is there but a difference of $1275 out of thin air was not an ideal situation.

What a horrible visit with this place! They made a appointment for me to get my driver side sun visor replaced and when my wife arrives they give her a lot of reasons why they couldn’t do it sting the item is for someone else now take it that they made the appointment with the reason why it being serviced!!! So I had to call and talk with. Manager concerning this issue while my wife waits for a answer!!!! After all the conversation it was finally getting done!! The other issue they left all the hardware in my car on the drive side floor mat

Just took my vehicle in for a safety recall software update. I got a laundry list of things to fix to go with it. They told me my brakes needed to be immediately replaced. When I went to replace them myself I found nearly brand new pads on all four tires (see photo). Their service center lies. Also don’t ever own a dodge. My experience has been awful. 0 stars

Terrible customer service. Very dishonest appointment setting. They dont even look at your car the day of the appointment. They told us that they would not even check the car until a week from when we brought the car in when that was not mentioned anywhere on the website or in the phone call to set the appointment. And when we went inside to complain there was a customer with a similar issue with how they set appointments and one of the employees was complaining and yelling at the customer about how they work to much and arent paid enough to get complaints all day which is not the customers fault that is a management and their completely backwards policy of having to leave your car in line to be seen instead of letting people keep their cars until they can actually be seen. Also completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. If zero stars was an option that is what I would give avoid going here if possible

My car was there for 5 days, not not counting the week end, just to fill the air conditioner n put 2 tires . The workers are nice . But I could not get a response from any workers to call me back and let me know what was going on till I just went in and told them I came to pick up my car then they said it was ready . What a run around they gave me.and I still hav a to return the car again cause the car is making noises now .. was not satisfied the new tires are a nice but they returned v the car the rims were full of oil, finger & prints . Very messy.

Brought car in with possible bad battery. They checked, and found both batteries had failed. Replaced both, and I was back on the road to Arizona. Quick turn around from the time I arrived. Friendly staff. Good experience!
