Brought in brand new never worn clothes from an amazon prime wardrobe purchase i didnt return in time. About 9-10 pieces of clothing (mostly dresses and all nice & appropriate enough to be work clothing) that costed $25-$35-$40 a piece & i was offered $25 for all of it. Thats $3.12 per item. Photos below of some of the items. Which i did not agree to sell them. Do not take clothing here to sell.

Im a frequent shopper here for many years, I always spend well over $100 each time I shop here. I don’t appreciate that the first words that came out of your workers were that your closing time in near; Instead of welcoming me to Clothing Revival. Your employees yesterday made me feel unwelcome and that I was an inconvenience arriving at Clothing Revival and being told every 5 minutes that the closing time is near and being glared at feeling pressured to just leave the store. Yet I still made my purchases. I support small businesses especially that many businesses with today’s economy don’t get much recognition.

I tried selling some things here. When I went in, they were backed up and I was told they would process my things and text me later that day. I never heard back from them. Despite me leaving the correct and clear phone number on the form, they entered it incorrectly in their system, didnt bother to double check the form I completed, and just donated my things instead.I did get a call from the owner who was able to address the issue and sort things out. 3 stars because it was frustrating, but they did do something about it quickly.

I will never bring stuff here again and be told all of its outdated there was alot of stuff too. I have tried and tried but they never take my stuff. Most of it is my granddaughters and I feel they rejected it because I brought it in and I am in my 60s. My totes were heavy the girls never asked if I needed help. They just threw my clothes back in and I had all the legg warmers matched up and when I got home they were a mess. I have bought alot of stuff from there and I have asked them not to put the barbs through the clothing just wherever they need to be in a seem or the size tag. But they just blame she who the heck is she? Does she stay hidden cause I ever see her. They say she said all your stuff is outdated and she wants us to put the price tags that way. I have noticed in the past that they have stuff I have seen at the 99 cent store and they have $7 on it. They have had clothing with holes it and stains. When I show it to them they just blame SHE. Well I wish SHE would get it together no wonder this store only has a 2.7 rating.

I love this store always find something cute. i love the idea of reviving clothes and i love being able to find a bunch of different styles of clothing in here as well

I go into the store quite often and try to find things. On occasion I do find an item that is a decent price.The one time I did take my clothes in to sell them they didnt take but a couple of things and I was surprised about a pair of shoes that I had because Ive never seen them here and they were practically brand new. Im going to give them one more try today but if I dont get a decent response I am not ever going to take my clothes in there again I would rather do a yard sale or post them online.

Oh this place. Ill try to keep it simple. They are over priced for a consignment store. I can go across the street to Target and get brand new clothes for the same price. Few of their clothes are in style - again especially because the prices arent anything special.But the main reason for writing a review is the way they take or resale items is the worst Ive seen. They take practically nothing (even brand new items not stained/used). Had an A&F beautiful jacket I never ended up needing and they couldnt give a real reason why they didnt take it. I question the girls judgement who work there. Ive been to great consignment stores in bigger/nicer cities that operate with way more excellence that know how to take clothes. Also their attitudes when not taking your items is like you are bothering them - even though thats what their job is for. Only gave this 2 stars because its fairly clean inside.If another consignment store came into town thats not Goodwill Im sure they would not be in business long. Guess they are lucky no one has yet!

I will start by saying I did not have to accept the offer and I 100% made the decision to accept it and the cashier is always so professional and kind. The complaint is not about the employees. I should not have agreed to an offer prior to seeing the itemized invoice. $14.99 for an MK purse used once..... Im blown away. Literally speechless. Two weeks ago i was offered $48 cash for 2 mk purses 1 was not great the other one mint. and i got $26 all together for both amazing. Cashier was so nice but the reasoning was because high end purses werent doing well even tho a lady dropped $117 on a name brand purse right before i was given my offer. The rest i dont care about. I got paid for stuff I would have donated. I was given $97 for everything asked if they could just round it to $100....$3 more and told no because the system prices everything . I was told to give this place a try to sell my name brand clothing and I wont be back. I know the website says 20%-40% of what youll actually sell it for but I 100% made the wrong choice. Its a shame. I dont want a $5 credit for the place either. I looked at all of the reviews prior to coming here as well and made the choice to still go. Just be mindful and ask to see the breakdown first. And dont get mad at the cashiers or employees its not their fault. They work there and dont make the rules they just have to follow them. I get needing to make a profit but i just feel like thats wrong and it just doesnt make sense how the pricing could change so fast. I should have left with a solid $125 cash. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ now i know. Aside from selling anything there the music is great the employee with the long blonde hair and tattoos is awesome, its clean and smells good and the past 2 times i have went i have felt welcome. The employees are not the problem .

Came in looking for a dress for a wedding this weekend and left with an entire outfit for under $30. Staff was friendly and eager to help and the store was clean and tidy. I will definitely be back!

I found my red Converse theyre my New York t-shirt and I was very happy with the body the only thing I didnt like who I was very overpriced their stuff there that I could have gotten on a website for $10 knew the exact same thing so I thought the only thing I would change was the price but otherwise it was very nice they have changing rooms where you can try stuff on to make sure that you want if you want to buy it you know you like it

Facility is very clean, smells great and the staff (Lindsey) was very helpful when I dropped in this morning. My wife and I had a collection of jeans that neither of us wore anymore. Clothing revival took them off our hands and paid us a fair value for them.

The clothes were amazing. I love the store great prices for the brands.

This store buys cheap and then resells at a huge profit to themselves. $16 offered for three pair of high end very good condition jeans. Similar jeans at store were going for $42 and $55 apiece. If you are looking to resell, probably not the place to do it.

My wife loves this store. You never know what will be in stock, and what great deals you will find!

I do not wish to return to this store anymore. Every time that I am here it feels as if I am being a bother to the employees, and I feel unwelcomed. They also have started taking less and less things, which makes me irascible because they clothing that they have there is out-dated and overpriced.

Found a cute pair of Rocks for $70! The girls who helped me were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Definitely Over priced and lack diversity of items

Brought my clothes in one day 5 1/2 hours before closing and was turned away due to them being backed up. Returned a few days later and the clerk barely looked at my clothes and was done in less than 2 minutes. Out of approximately 20 articles, I was offered $15 for a bag, jacket, and guess boots. Two of the items still had tags, were name brand, and were not cheap! When I said I’d rather keep them, the clerk even mentioned that their prices aren’t very good. What a waste of time.

I frequently visit this store to purchase and sell clothing as well.. Ive always loved them however, over this last year they have become extremely picky to where its been a waste of my time to even try consigning with them anymore. Today I went in to return a pair of shorts that I bought three days ago and receive the amount in store credit for them, I did not have a receipt because I was not given one by mistake Im sure, however I did have the tag unattached. I was told by not one but TWO employees there that they could give me the full store credit for them, then as I began to look around for something to replace the shorts I was returning, they decided they could no longer give me the store credit because I did not have the receipt that I WAS NOT GIVEN IN THE FIRAT PLACE and because the tag was unattached. What a disappointment. I have no desire to sell or purchase clothes here anymore.

Terrible, I wish can review a 0. The owner is offle to her employees. Cold and very fake. I was employed for three weeks and then let go, Truth is... cause they cant afford my pay rate. Owner gave untruthful excuses. Unbeliveable.

My experience was horrible I went on the Web site says takes all clothes all year and the clothes I took they said were out of season so they would not be taking them I live 45 minutes away so this was very inconvenient for me and when I told the lady on the phone what the wed site said she hung up on me
