The staff in this ice cream shop are ALWAYS so nice and helpful. The quality of product offered is consistently delicious!Whenever we are close by my 3 year old chants “go to the ice cream shop” he loves it there!

Got the Sunday kit for $6 with an Uber code! Soo flipping good! Everything was perfect except the whipped cream can was frozen (thats right a whole flipping can! Kinda bummed i cant get to it until it defrosts, Still delicious and wonderful!

Absolutely horrible customer service from the manager of this location. Last month I ordered a Halloween cake that was supposed to have candy inside it, I paid $5 extra for it. I picked up the cake and when we cut into it, there was no candy. I called the following day and was told no problem, to come in any time to make it right. Well today I went to pick up another cake from here, which I had ordered thinking all was well. When I asked, the manager refused to refund me my $5. She made up every excuse she could think of. This didn’t take very long since thinking is quite obviously not her forte. For example, she said we don’t do those types of cakes. I showed her the picture of what I had ordered. Foiled, asked to see my pictures again to try and find some other reason not to refund me. Finally she said too much time had passed and no refund would be given.It’s crazy that the manager thinks it’s fine to steal money from her customers. I would have honestly been fine with a coupon for a free cone, it wasn’t that big a deal.This manager also was not wearing her mask properly and had her nose exposed the entire duration of this conversation. Sooooo shameful. Never coming back here and I’m bringing this incident to the attention of corporate for sure.

Probably one of the best Baskin Robbins I have been to. There was plenty of staff to help the customers and the place was very clean. I wanted to express my appreciation for the condition of the establishment. I felt comfortable bringing my grandkids there and of course the ice cream was delicious on a hot day!

Good as always...expensive, but you cant beat their ice cream. I just had a single scoop in a cup. They give you a huge scoop, so its worth the money.

Would be better if the staff werent visibly overworked. Owner should try paying better to attract more staff. Other than that who dosent like ice cream.

The regular ice cream was great as always. However my mom needs the lactose free and a very limited selection and not very good.

I like ice cream no matter where I get it and yes some places are better than others. Baskin robbins is what always comes to mind when I think of ice cream cones. The ice cream is always good and the flavors vary from location which is awesome to find some cool local favorites.

Employees act like they hate their job. Icecream is good but the Dipped chocolate and cones are terrible!

I was celebration my birthday and was so glad I could make Baskin Robbins one of my stops!! When I was kid we always got Baskin Robbins on our birthdays super rad I got to keep a tradition and shared it with my kiddos. My bananas split hit the spot.

This place is extremely overpriced. And their prices just went up again. And then on top of that they charge ANOTHER price for decorating it. Not worth it at all. Most cakes look amazing but it’s obvious someone who doesn’t know what their doing is making some of the other cakes. But what bothers me is the way the owners treat their employees. Their always yelling at them and it’s very obvious they don’t treat them well. The owner woman is constantly working sick. I mean I DO NOT want a sick person around food I’m eating. If your sick, go home! I look past the ice cream. Ya it’s good but look at the way this place is being ran, terrible.

The person who got my ice cream for me and my coffee was very sweet, then a manager named bliss helped my friends and I and was very rude, had people cut Im front of us to pay, went to the back and took her name tag off and then continued to roll her eyes at my friends and I when SHE got our order wrong. As someone who has worked in fast food for over 2 years a manager shouldnt act like that to customers And I would not have her on the crew team.

Nice clean store with friendly staff and the scoop sizes are good sized! Seems like a lot of people are enjoying the ice cream here so it can be busy at times. Remember you get a free waffle cone with a double or triple scoop so enjoy!

Went in after dinner with my fiancee and my step son. I got a scoop of pistachio and a scoop of chocolate. She got a 2 scoop Sunday with vanilla, and he got a scoop of rocky road on a waffle bowl. We all loved it. The quality was way better than I remember as a kid and the service was excellent. Just a heads up the waffle cones are very strong of cinnamon. We like that, but I could see people finding it overwhelming.

Oh, Baskin Robbins - never change. This one is particularly clean and the staff were very lively when my husband and I visited for a couple scoops of deliciousness. Right now theyre doing a Stranger Things promotion because of Scoops Ahoy ice cream shop thats in the 3rd season. Its so rad. You can buy Scoops Ahoy t-shirts (which I did as a solid gift for my bro for Christmas) and you can take a picture in a cardboard cutout of Steve. Now is the time visit, people! Dont hold back!

Well i ordered a cake for my nieces birthday, I was excited but I have to say Im really disappointed so far. Im sure it tastes good, we havnt cut into it, but I paid 40$ for 2/3 sheet cake and it is small. I measured it and took pics, its supposed to be 8 by 8, its more like 6 by 7, there is no way it will feed 12-16 ppl like it says. It looks sloppy as well....I cant believe I paid as much as I did for this....

I ordered a cake via the phone. They made my cake the wrong size but made the larger size. They confirmed my order was correct on the form for what I asked for but the decorator made it wrong. They still made me pay for the larger cake w a $7 discount. Pretty disappointing when I didnt need that big of a cake, and it wasnt my screw up!

Even without a eating area, Baskin Robbins is the greatest. Fast, friendly service, they even change gloves between customers, great hygiene standards

Well kind of pricey for simple ice cream but their service is usually okay. Today 07/03/19 at approximately 17:37 (5:37 pm) I waited for them to finish up with a customer then I browsed their Frozen stuff for a sec. Once I was ready I kept staring at the two employees both younger male and female waiting for someone to assist. Every now and then they made contact but never once said anything after a few minutes of this another person walked in and got in line behind me. They asked him right away if he new what he wanted and still failed to acknowledge I was there. Needless to say I left to go enjoy a McDonalds ice cream across the street. Faster service and they smile.
