Paid a visit to the donut shop one early morning after my stopover in Redding. The person behind the counter was quite patient to explain their flavors to me. They have mostly the basic flavors.I got two donuts for just $2.75 which seems to me quite a bargain. For the price I paid, the donuts were good.

Rode the aroma of these donuts all night, so there was no way we passed through town without stopping for a taste.Great variety of signature and classic donuts, and in a bright and clean space that makes one excited to munch.They even had the brilliant idea to pump my long John full of extra cream filling—really appreciated that.

Dont expect too much - or to go inside late at night - this is a no-frills late night donut experience. There is a drive thru and a walk up window - but most of their clientele is local, so they expect you to know exactly what they want. The selection is very limited at night - half the things we wanted they were out of. Donuts wee okay, but the milk I ordered was spoiled - so there may be some refrigeration issues here. Also, this is a chain - I believe its their only location in California, but there are others in the PNW.Also, theres no one at the pick up window - so you have to wait there till someone comes.

Took friend to Shasta Regional ER for kidney stones at 2am. These guys were open. I was so happy they are across street and walked over got donut n coffee. Very convenient!

The employees seem to be more of robots then caring and considerate.They do have a huge selection of donuts.They cater more to the fire station then other customers. The chocolate milk was waaay over priced so I ran across the street to one of the gas stations to buy their chocolate milk. She was much friendlier then this place.

WORST customer service! Just passing through thought I’d stop & grab a donut. It was early morning, says their open 24 hours. BUT the guy in there just ignored me while I waited at the window, looked right at me & kept on. I’ll never stop here again. Not heavenly!

The donuts are good when they actually have product available. My bf works nights so on his days off we tend to sleep late and stay up late. Our trips to Heavenly are typically around 10 or 11 at night. Not once have they had much more than a small selection of regular donuts (maple/chocolate bars, sugar donuts and donut holes) I feel like a 24 hour donut shop should be making donuts around the clock. People like fritters at night, too!

You will miss half of the experience if you do not go inside the bakery they keep it well stocked and the donuts look delicious on display but they do also have a drive-thru if youre in a hurry

The bagged breakfast at the hotel is terrible and we had driven by this place several times so we decided to get some doughnuts for breakfast.The restaurant was closed at 9pm so we used the 24 hour drive through. Our doughnuts were packaged before we could drive from the speaker to the window. Very efficient service.They did not disappoint. They tasted good and were not greasey. I also appreciated the fact that the chocolate didnt get all over my hands.

Went In with my kids to get a few donuts and we’re rushed and treated rude by the older lady that was helping us. She walked away and I asked the younger gentleman if she was the manager and he said no and asked why I mentioned she was really rude and he disregarded me and walked away. Horrible service for just coffee and some horrible donuts

This place is great. They are appropriately named. The donuts are heavenly. Try the cherry fritter ( any of the fruit fritters are great) The staff is friendly and patient. Plus, they have a drive up window!

One employee kind of acted like I was interrupting his break or something but the donuts were really good.

Above average doughnuts. A bonus is their drive-through and walk up window are open 24 hours for a late night snack. Although they can get quite busy and the lines can get long after the bars close the workers inside are trying to make donuts and serve customers at the same time. Would definitely recommend.

They taste like any other place you get donuts from. Theres literally nothing special and their drive-through is a complete joke. Their drive-through menu is completely generic so you have to ask them a list of flavors and types that you have to already know that you want to see if they have in stock. Its bizarre! Then you get to the window and theyre not even wearing masks. Its really gross. Will never go back.

This was a clean place to stop by an get a couple donuts,,the women are Very polite,the area is clean,small but air conditioned.

Waited outside the door/walk-up window for ten minutes at 5:00am. Four employees inside. No one unlocked the front door or came to the window. Everyone saw us outside because we made eye contact with all of them. They served someone at the walk up window right before us. We were the only customers waiting. Not clear what their deal was.

It has a drive thru! Definitely a must with kids. The selection is great and they are open 24/7. The associates are friendly and the donuts are good.

This place was great. Customer service was on point and we enjoyed our donuts. Its always been tasty the few times Ive come by. We came by in the middle of the night. Love that its open 24 hours. Lost a star because the drink options could have been way better and the donuts werent super fresh, but still good!

I went to the drive thru to get some donuts and the guy that served me was really nice and i loved their donuts. I was hoping to get the alligators but they run out, got to be there tomorrow morning to get some.

The donuts are not good enough to risk getting Covid. While I was in the store two of the three other adults that came in did not have a mask and refused to put one on. The store employee told me he could not tell people they needed to have a mask on to be served because he was not the owner. Clearly the owner is not taking appropriate steps to ensure the safety of his customers and employees.

Every single time, without fail, the drive through is the slowest. Hope u have 25 minutes to wait for a donut. Its obviouse noone here has ever worked a drive through, and its very obviouse that noone knows how to train drive through. Such a nice place, such poor service.

Awesome variety of fritters... not just apple (which are awesome) but orange (yes orange!!! Delicious) but strawberry, etc. Also, raspberry-filled glaze donuts have real filling, not the gelatinous fake filling.

Usually late in the evening to early-morning when I go. The employee working is usually nice and service is quick.

The best donuts!! We live 120 miles away and stop every time we are in town. We dont have a donut shop where we live its all healthy vegan stuff. Well sometimes you just need some sugar and this is the best place and wonderful prices.I highly recommend!!

They really messed up our order and handled a mix-up extremely poorly. They apparently removed our specially ordered items, as the Dasher didn’t even know about them when we asked. Then, when we received a call from them due to the mistake, they didn’t offer any solution and instead prompted us to solve the issue ourselves. Even after we asked them several times about solving the problem, they still didn’t have anything helpful to say. Finally, once again, we specifally ordered an ingredient off the donuts, but they just replaced most of the donuts with coffee donuts. Some of them were not even frosted completely, and slightly stale. The entire cost was $60, and we received very low quality customer service and not even all of our items.

Omg have not had a doughnut for a while.. they hadnt favorite french curler. It was so so good. Had to get two.

We normally come here for donuts but havent been since the pandemic until last week. I thought just the drive thru was open like most places but the dining area was open as well so people could go inside, order their donuts and stay to eat or do take outs. Which was great but my concern was were still in the middle of a pandemic. No one was wearing a mask including the costumer ahead of me, the cashier taking my order or the guy making the donuts. He was in regular clothes, he didnt have an apron or gloves on and was talking to a guy in normal clothes who was standing across the table from him while he was kneading the dough. Mind you the donuts behind the counter arent normally covered so if anyone working in the kitchen has Corona virus, they can easily get it on the donuts simply because they werent wearing a mask. I was very disappointed because I loved this place. I ended up giving the donuts away.

I found this place while I was in town. Under the Covid19 rules they are pick up only. I was able to order online pay by card and then it was ready by the time I got there like 3 minutes after placing my order. I got some doughnut holes and they were outstanding, very fresh.

I Went in and special ordered donuts for my sons 5th birthday party. When I went to pick them up the day of the birthday party, the order was wrong, this is 6 dozen donut order, and all they could say was sorry it was an honest mistake. Won’t be going to them again.
