I want to thank Shasta Motors for their kindness! I highly recommend this shop. They get you in quick, and treat people fairly! A trustworthy place to take your vehicle.

They were kind and helpful and answered questions without charging me. Another time my check engine light came on, they were able to look it up on the computer that it was just at the gas tank cover was not on tight and so are got into the gas tank. He changed something in the computer so that it would say gas instead of an engine light. Another company was going to charge me a couple thousand dollars to do a repair job, Shasta Motors checked over the car two or three times and there was no oil leaking out of the car.

I cannot say enough great things about Shasta Motors and their amazing team of professionals. You will not find a more trustworthy shop to take your vehicle to! They are friendly, honest, and have integrity. They offer fair and reasonable prices. Shasta Motors goes above and beyond for their customers! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what they provided!

We went here to get our alternator fixed. We came to get our car back and in the Shasta motors parking lot we discovered that our power locks didn’t work anymore. We brought that to their attention right there and then. The owner of Shasta motors said that he would fix it but charge us... and that it was an old car (2006) and that there wasn’t any proof that what they fixed could have affected our power locks.All I know is that they worked perfectly before going there and in the parking lot when we picked it up, they didn’t work.I’d never go there again in all honesty.

Shasta motors goes above and beyond in quality auto and customer service. They care about people and are not just trying to make a buck. They are honest individuals with great character and kindness. They have not only helped me prioritize what needs to be done to my car but theyve even told me when I could save money by going to another place in town (because of warranties on tires, batteries etc).These guys will have my business as long as Im in Redding!

Fair and reasonable prices. Real honest people that have the right heart to help you. Not always the right employees for the job though.
