Ive always been leery of mechanics not working under a Brand Name sign. Not anymore. Replaced the timing belt on my PT for almost half of what other shops wanted. For the lowest quote to fix my belt from other shops (cruiser belts cost three times or more to replace than on other cars) Mike replaced the belt, the AC compressor, some other belts and hoses I needed, some electrical work (car sat almost 2 years in the sun), major tune-up, couple other things and even washed the car! For the same price as the other shops quoted for just the belt. Car runs beautifully. Just HELL yeah hes my new car guy. Everybody needs one and hes the one.

Good guy, honest and fair. Did the job and explained everything while I was there... I will definitely keep him as my go to for repairs and preventative maintenance. I highly recommend him

I was looking around for a honest local repair shop and I came across Mike on Yelp, and I have never looked back. I own a Honda 1988 Accord and it needed its timing belt replaced. Other places wanted to charge $700+ but Mike charged $450. Thats almost half the price! Not only did he replace the timing belt, but checked out other parts of the car that needed repairs. He was kind and helpful in his explanations.I came back a second time and he quickly fixed a door that wouldnt open for 55. Thats quality customer service right there!

I can honestly say that Mike has restored my faith in mechanics, after having several bad experiences, it was a breath of fresh air. He’s honest and a hard worker and has extremely reasonable prices.

My fiancé and I had searched all day for somewhere to tow our motorhome, mikes happened to be the only establishment open on the weekend. (For some reason mechanics in redding dont like to make money Saturday/Sunday I guess.) Regardless, Mike, the owner of the establishment managed to hook us up with a reasonable towing company with a rate they had set up that was mutually agreeable, 57 dollars and we were on location. (Compared to our first quote at $150+ for our doge Xplorer) once we arrived mike gave our vehicle priority upon discovering we had to make our way back to Alaska asap. Not only did he work non-stop till around 9:30 P.M. (Well after any other mechanics establishment you could find in the area, even in the midweek) but he also provided us a van so we could return our rental vehicle and avoid catching a couple extra hundred on an extra day. He lent this vehicle to us purely out of the goodness of his heart for the price of then fuel we used and pointed us to a good hotel till the next day. By 7 A.M. The next morning we were ready to take offIn our van and began the long trip back to the AK. It goes without saying saying that without mike and his shop we would have been MUCH worse off than if he had decided to close his doors for the weekend like the rest of the mechanics in the area.
