Let me start with the transparency of this place. They really hide their real name of the they are as they are speaking to you. They blame the customer for not knowing how to communicate with their employees if that even make sense. But they are very quick in charging you their so call service fee. They will ruin the name of Verizon. I know some of their employees are great with customers and are transparent but some don’t care how you spend your money as long they can make a profit. Their training needs to be more effective. All I can tell you is that be careful going in here make sure they tell you that te service fee is optional not mandatory.

I have had to come in the store on route 44 in Raynham around three different times through out the year to ask about how to do particular things on my phone & Drew has gone above & beyond to accommodate my many questions. He has the patience of a saint, a great attitude, & a soothing gentle voice. I recommend he get a raise to keep him there forever!! People like Drew are very rare regarding sales people. Very knowledgeable, friendly sales staff. Marcos was excellent! I didnt feel like I was being pushed into something I couldnt afford. He got me several promotions that gave me not only a new state-of-the-art phone, but a much better monthly plan as well. He also transferred all my information and set up my home screen to my preference. The phone cost and my new monthly fee are very affordable. I highly recommend this location!

I went to the store to purchase a phone for my daughter. Unfortunately Jeremy convinced me a new phone would fix my issues with Android Auto. Maybe if he had set it up for me but I still had issues. I stopped at the store and was told I would have to speak to Jeremy. I also asked if I could do screen share like I did with my old phone and was told yes. Again it didnt work. Jeremy sold me a case which was out of stock and said it would be shipped to me and I would get it by Wednesday the latest. Here it is Saturday night and still no case. Again I called the store and was told to speak to Jeremy. At this point Jeremy has stopped responding. I would suggest not going to this store for your cellular needs. I know I will never buy a phone there again

I can not say enough about the staff at this location. In particular Lance Powers was by far the best cellular employee I have ever encountered in all my years with different phone companies. He not only helped my daughter and I fix a phone issue. He was beyond professional and due to that he not only got one phone sale he got two. We then came back and purchased two Apple Watches specifically to buy from him. He dedicated a huge amount of time ( seriously) fixing a few issues I had including not having a clue what I was doing. If you plan to get a phone hit up this Store and Ask for Lance Powers specifically.Thank you Lance you have renewed my faith in customer service and support.

Beware, dishonest and hard sell here. How many times do we need to say we dont need another phone?.. Made my wife feel extremely pushed and would not give her the new sim card she went in for. After having 5 lines, do you really need to push another one instead of giving the client what they ask for? thanks for the wasted time.

I’ve lived in Raynham for about a year now, I’ve been to this Verizon store several times. Last Tuesday, I purchased an IPAD with Marcos. All I can say is WOW. He gives great customer service, from welcoming, throughout your stay and then leaving. He is very knowledgeable. We talked about college and our future plans in life. He’s very smart and extremely personable. He broke all costs down for me to understand thoroughly. He was not pushy in any way. He deserves a bonus or promotion. I have been buying my phones and tablets in this store now for a couple of years and have always had a good experience until my most recent phone purchase. The salesmen who sold me my Galaxy 10 took complete advantage of me. Told me it only came in one color, sold me over $100 worth of protective equipment swearing I was covered completely by guarantees if my phone were to break. Well my phone has broken twice, only to be told it is actually not 100% covered and I should have been sold a different type of liquid glass. Now the phone I run multiple businesses from, and have owned for less than 6 months has a permanent line in the screen and occasional flashing colors, unless I want to spend $250 to replace it.I have never been so unhappy with a phone service situation in my life. I am shocked the store wont replace it after everything this original salesmen told me.While a salesmen tried very hard to be helpful today, the phone should have been replaced.

I have never much liked the phone shopping experience so as a result, I do it infrequently. I entered the store this evening with some time to kill before going to the airport. I was not expecting to purchase a new phone rather I was just looking for information. The sales associate who waited on me, Bob Morrissey, was easy going and not at all pushy. (Pushy sales people tend to turn me off.).He gave me the information I needed to make the choice that was right for me and I ended up buying a phone after all. It was a pleasant surprise not to be miserable at the phone store.I highly recommend that if you’re in the area and looking to buy a phone to stop in and see Bob. You won’t be disappointed

I cannot complain at all about the service although I wish there were more feminine options available for phone cases, they all seemed very masculine to me. In my opinion, leather wallet cases are something that would really appeal to the feminine population.

Pat was awesome. I landed in BOS last Sunday to a dead phone. Found this store by my moms. They were open until 7pm. I arrived at 6:45pm and they stayed and got me set up with a new phone. I had a mishap and needed to get a new phone asap. The store closed at 9 and we called them at 8:45 explaining what happened. Will Rosana told us to come right down. Him and his partner stayed with us and did everything in their power to problem solve an issue we were having with the insurance company, staying an extra half hour AFTER the store closed at 9pm. I am so grateful for both of them. They went absolutely above and beyond their job and I now have an upgraded phone for the same price as a replacement. Highly recommend this store!

Finally got tired of paying premium prices with AT&T to have lots of blind spots and slow data many places I travel. Had to switch over my family plan to verizon which I had been putting off for a while. Noelle answered all my questions, explained the different options I had and made sure everything was working great before we left. Very friendly and professional. From what I could tell everyone in the store was eager to be helpful, I only wish I had switched sooner.

Going the online route through Verizon from now on. We went into the store to check out the Pixel 2 XL before we pulled the trigger on upgrading. Not a great experience. First, the rep said we could get the phone there instead of online for the same price as it was advertised online. They tried to have me pay the difference between the in store price and the online price ($30) up front with the tax on the phone and setup fee of $35. So, essentially, they tried to tell me I was financing it at $850 instead of $880, but you just need to pay us $30 now to do it. Ummm...no, Im not dumb. They eventually fixed it, but it was shady and listening to the rep explain it to the person he asked for help from was some BS. He tried to say he wasnt aware we wanted a price match with the online price until after he put the $880 price...totally false. We only came into look at the phone as it was cheaper online and he said he could match it. We didnt surprise him with asking for it like he tried to play it off as. They basically tried to sneak it by me and I caught it. Also, they charged us $35 for setup, which we tried to decline because anyone can do themselves, but he said we had to do it...yeah right. So we just did it and literally everything this setup was supposed to do, he didnt accomplish it. He said wifi passwords would copy over...nope. He said contacts would copy over...nope. Basically we paid $35 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I would like to know if this actually required, because I call BS and think this whole transaction was shady and he was trying to deceive us. Lastly, the store is terribly merchandised. All the phones on display are missing signage with specs and so many pedestals were missing phones. How does a Verizon store not have a Pixel 2 on display? Last time I go to the store to conduct business. Ill just upgrade through the app from now on. Very shady experience and fraudulent $35 setup fee to do nothing.

I Went to Verizon with the intention of switching from AT&T. I can only describe my experience at this store as being like the worst kind of used car buying experience. From the fast talking salesman who never seemed to say the same thing the same way twice to bringing in a second person to double team you with a whole new set of products and prices which are significantly less than 1st guy but only good for a limited time so you have to sign right now. Needless to say I didnt like the games and walked out.

When I first went to the store it was to see if they could analyze the problem with an older phone I had. However it turned out I had to purchase a newer phone since mine was obsolete.Joe, my sales rep, was very helpful and then when he was done he offered me a “Mother’s Day promotion” that included a tablet. He was very patient while I made my decision between an ipad or android. He was very professional and courteous while he was talking with me and while making the sale.Verizon is the best carrier by far and the reps at this store - Rob, Brandon and Joe are excellent at what they do! I think this store is great not only for its location but so are it’s employees!

I would leave a zero if I could. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Rt. 44 location. First off they are not a legit dealer involved with corporate Verizon (call corporate and they will inform you) it is privately owned which must mean they’re allowed to screw you. I have had verizon for 15 years and never had an issue until I bought an iPhone at the Rt. 44 421 new state hwy store. The original sneaky salesman (won’t include name but will report him) snuck all these additional items (which he lied about the price of the accessories and did not provide a receipt) into our package and then added all kinds of stuff we didn’t ask for to the monthly invoice. I was verbally told a higher price for two trade ins which I got less for once Insaw the invoice. I had gone back and spoke to another “manager” that week to discuss my concerns he promised everything was addressed and low and behold I was charged an arm and a leg for stuff I did not purchase. Already called corporate Verizon to begin a claim and provide names of salesmen and manager and also will be calling my bank to reverse all charges. I actualky had the owner of a SPRINT location assist me with my new Verizon account because I had made so many calls to Verizon with no assistance, he knew of the reputation of this location and felt so bad for me that I ended up purchasing through them. Do yourself a favor and go to an ACTUAL legit Verizon store that is a part of Verizon corporate!!! These guys are all scumbag salesmen!!! I truly hope this review helps someone from getting screwed like I did - stay away!!!I received an email that this review has been looked at quite a bit, so if you end up here stay away from the manager and Alejandro they will lie, cheat you and you will have to fight for your receipt, won’t receive rebates (which you will find out months later) etc. and get everything in writing/printed before you leave - wonder why? They have a serious lack of knowledge regarding their promotions and they only make money on accessories, which is why they try to sneak them in and lie about the price, so sad they have to cheat to make a living!! If looking for a REPUTABLE Verizon Wireless location in the Raynham area there is one on south street and another on New State Hwy (44) simply stay away from the 421 New State Hwy location. I went to this location to early upgrade my iPhone. I knew exactly what I had to pay and what I wanted for a new phone. I even brought an iPad in to also trade as credit. Literally all I needed was the salesman to log in and process it for me lol. This is where the issues first started, when I first went in the gentleman who helped me was super nice but didnt fully know everything. To give idea of the situation, I was going from the iPhone to the Pixel 3 xl. I just prefer the pixel as an overall phone. He tried to inform me the early upgrade is only for iPhone to iPhone. I knew this wasnt the case because I used to work for Verizon and knew that you could early upgrade to any phone as long as the current phone being sent back wasnt damaged. After he checked and verified I was correct we placed an order for the phone. I went in a few days later to do the upgrade, a new gentleman helped me and as he logged into my account informed me that I in fact needed to pay the full buy out to upgrade to a pixel from iPhone. I once again explained that that is not the case but after also checking he said I cant upgrade to a pixel from early upgrade. I left disgruntled after trying to explain to the sales rep that I can upgrade to anything as long as my phone isnt damaged. After walking out I called Verizon to cancel the order because the gentleman still had not. I explained the situation to the rep on the phone and he informed me I was right and as long as the phone being sent back was in good condition I could upgrade to any phone. He helped me find a corporate store to go to and I drove the extra 20min and got my phone upgraded that day.
