Worst experience we have ever had. We walked into the store and we were already met with rudeness by a female employee with black hair. I had just updated my service and was returning the old boxes since I got new ones. And the employee said we could not return the boxes because our “service would end”... but we have NEW boxes!! But she kept insisting we were wrong..Also, my dad’s mask ripped and he went off to the side to tie the ripped ear piece. The employee came out from behind the counter, WITH Plexiglass, opened the door, and asked us to leave.. He said he was tying the mask and gonna put it right back on, and she told us to leave. My dad is fully vaccinated and there was no one else in the store.. we spoke to the manger and told him we have never experienced such bad customer service at this store. And he refused to give us the employee or his name.

I was expecting to be as annoyed and aggravated with the associates in the store as I usually am over the phone, but that wasnt the case. Everyone was very helpful and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. The store was clean, well lit and easy to get in and out of.

Tax finity place on 44 in Raynham mass I was in the yesterday and I was absolutely amazed on the person on the gentleman that waited on me He was knowledgeable about everything help me out with everything explained everything to me and all around just a great atmosphere He was very polite very nice and again extremely helpful I forget the gentlemans name but He was bald no hair on its head I am very pleased About the whole service

If none can be given, that is what i would do. Today is the big snow storm day. The employees parked in the 15 minute parking spots with their windshield wipers up..clearly means they arent going anywhere. Where do the customers park? Oh way out in the snowy parking lot. Terrible, terrible management enforcing building rules. Ill be reporting plate numbers to the building management so they can can just take of this with a tow. I see this all the time. Just too lazy to walk.

Very spacious. Because of covid, you cannot enter the store if each rep. is already busy with a customer and 1 person is waiting and the front of the store. You must wait outside of the building.

I made an appointment but no employees were outside so all the people queued up were acting like I was cutting. Also comcast is a price gouging monopoly and needs to be stopped. Save us Elon. Free global internet for all!!!

Great service. Changed for a new modem (more than doubled internet speed) and new bundle returning extra cable boxes (getting ROKU) for TVs 2, 3 and 4. Now saving $50/month and still getting the same channels and DVR.

I had to return a router from my last apartment when I got displaced because of covid. There was a little check in line out front that was handled well and had social distance spots in line 6 feet apart. John, the manager, checked me in and took my item. He sanitized the iPad right in front of me so I could sign off on the return. He was lovely and although I did not have more of an interaction than that or go into the store, this man was respectful, professional and a delight. Will return to this spot!

I was very pleased with my visit to the Xfinity store in Raynham, Ma today. The employee that greeted me was very pleasant.The employee that helped me was also very pleasant. She did what she could and explained everything in detail as she went on while working on my problem.After helping me the best that she could, she then escorted me to the door, wish me a good day and said to please come back if my problems are not resolved.Some of the BEST customer service that I have encountered in a LONG TIME.

Not only was he awesome but I remember him personally helping me out a few years ago when I got set up for an account. I hope the higher-ups are aware of how much of an impact he has over customers. Worst run operation i have ever seen. They are catering to selling phones rather than offering decent service to cable customers. An hour wait to swap out a defective cable box. 2 minute transaction but they cannot organize enough to provide service.

Easy to get in / out of this location. Relatively knowledgeable staff who are willing to help. Only a 3 star review because this is Comcast, they over charge, treat customers badly and ramp up pricing without improving service.

The move to this location is much more convenient for me. The store is quite large and spacious. Maybe a little too large! The check in system they use seems a bit silly but I guess it works for them. I have never been in there when there were more than 2 other customers, so it might make more sense if its really busy. They also have kiosks that you can make payments at. It is located in the same plaza as Staples.

Tiffiny A. provided amazing customer service on two different occasions. About a year ago we transferred my husband’s line from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. This was after I had upgraded to a new iPhone through Verizon (a mere $850 spread over 24 mos) expecting that my husband would then be able to upgrade from his flip phone to my old iPhone which was in mint condition. To my surprise and disappointment, Verizon said that my former phone could not be reactivated and insisted that we’d have to buy another new phone while Xfinity Mobile gladly accommodated our request under their BYOP (bring your own phone) offer and not only gave us a less expensive service plan, but a gift card for $150 issued after 90 days of the account being in good standing! A couple months ago we decided to add another line for our son and again Tiffiny was just wonderful, expertly setting everything up, patiently explaining each step along the way, and infusing it all with humor. She makes the customer experience so enjoyable and effortless. Thank you, Tiffiny!!

45 minute wait to find out they were out of stock of the phone I wanted which could of been avoided if I could have called them to find out if they had it..... I couldnt call because they dont have a phone.... Isnt Comcast a phone provider?!?! Comcast talks about how they want to improve customer service etc. So here goes nothing.... While I think that the employees at this location do their best, I suspect that their hands are tied by a corporation that, frankly, sucks. I think that Comcasts slogan should be Creating more disgruntlement, one customer at a time. From limited packages instead of an a-la cart menu of channels, a customer service phone menu that can cause brain damage, and equipment upgrades that are in fact downgrades, this company fails on as many fronts as they can think of. If this was not, in essence, a monopoly they would be out of business tomorrow.

30 minute wait to simply RETURN their box. Charged if you dont, no other way to do it. But they make you WAIT 30 MINUTES to hand the stupid box back?! Thats RIDICULOUS. Terrible company model and I dont think Ill ever use these bloodthirsty cable moguls ever again. I highly recommend you dont either.

Visited brach officein Taunton, Ma. because of billing. They whent up S30.00 per month. no explanation why, no call, no letter ! Called first ower contract was up, so ! It would have been nice to have been pre. told. Thats when we went doen to the branch. Spoke with a woman and I thought everything was ok. When home looke over paperwork again and found a number of mistake. Called back again and my wife and the person she was talking to corrected the last problem ! To be honest, Iam still not 100% happy with the amount that I have to pay per month..we did get a (small) credit, nothing like the first person we origenly spoke to. It was $20.00 on ea, of 2 bills $40.00 total. Never came close...,..JUST SAYING

Great service on the multiple times Ive visited. During my last visit to simply return my old converter (new X1 is awesome) a rep checked my account and was able to give me all channels + DVR for LESS money than I was already paying. A 2 year agreement was required. Ask for the Premeire Package!

What a great experience! As I was returning my cable box and getting rid of cable(Im as sick of Xfinity as everyone, but theyre the only game in town), I asked my sales consultant (Jay H.) what could be done to increase the range of my wifi. I had been searching for awhile, but there is so much info on the web, and most product reviews have commission incentives tied to them so its hard to tell. Jay broke down an economical solution and even though I purchased the XFI pods through Xfinity he coudnt sell them to me, hence not make commssion---Xfinity even screws their employees!!! Jay was the most informed retail sales rep I have had the pleasure to deal with in some time. Thanks bud!!!!

I went yesterday to get and upgrade and Kenny gave me an amazing deal which i was happy, i get home to enjoy my services and when i try to enjoy them non of the channels i was suppost get werent in my services. The next day i went back to him to ask him what was wrong wirh the channels i ask for i was told that i never ask for them to be added, when i really did they called me a lier that i never for them to be added that if wanted them it was gonna more charges if not there was more providers and i was more than welcome to look. It was the WORSE costumer service i ever got in any place.
