Definitely had a great experience, the staff did greet me and I explained what was going on with my phone and they said no problem and will have a replacement phone soon. I was very pleased since I never really go into the T-mobile stores at all. Thank you staff at this location for great customer service

Had a great experience. Place was packed and it took a while to be taken care of, but thats normal for a cell phone store. Id rather wait in line and know theyre going to take their time with me when its my turn, then to be rushed out the door. Josie helped us find the right phone without pressuring us into something more than we needed. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with the changeover. Ill definitely return in the future.

They wont answer the phone... After I order a face protector that never came to to the house!!!!!!¡*** update, the company that T-Moble ordered it from never shipped it ( reasons unknown) Had to find an email that they sent in my SPAM to Just reply...All unnecessary steps. Brought in the protector for them to put on, they said since its an outside vendor who shipped it they dont want to be responsible if they mess it up by putting it on. THEY ORDERED IT FOR ME BECAUSE IT WASNT IN STOCK ... They eventually put in on!

Not a huge fan of this T-Mobile location. The associates wearing the dapper T-Mobile polo shirts neglected to greet or otherwise give any attention to customers entering the store. This led to confusion as there are two different service counters at different ends of the store. After waiting a moment I left to find greener pastures.To be fair, phone store reps are typically the culinary equivalent of canned chicken, so my expectations in this regard were met. Thus the braided-haired brigade of T-Mobile-Polo toting extraordinary gentlemen earned three stars rather than two. Cheers!

Horrible costumer service! Made me wait 1hour and 20 min to take me out of the list after letting them know that they were taking care of clients after they game their names on the waiting list. So I wasted all this time for nothing, never got help! Verry frustrating! This tryed to give some port excuse and took my name of the list!!! Dont want your time there!

Lied about accessories being free but you end up getting charged and on yelp I found Im not the first and most likely not the last that they will screw over. The sales girl wasnt even friendly and ended up losing pictures when she smart switched the phones . So my experience there I would NOT recommend going there!

I bought an iPhone and wanted to assign my old phone number to it. I went to several other sprint stores and all of them said it couldn’t be done and that I would need to get a new number. I liked my old number though after going to several places I began to think I would have to switch, until I went to sprint in raynham. The man behind the counters name was T.J and he said he could do it no problem. He was able to resolve the issue and my old number was restored to my iPhone. Thank you T.J and the sprint team for the hard work.

Horrible experience! My wife went to upgrade her phone and was tricked into getting a Samsung watch. The sales person described it (the watch) as being part of the package and didnt explain there was a monthly installment to pay for the watch or the need to return the item within 14 days if she did not want it. Beware of their sales practices. Apparently this is not the first time this has happen at this location. I would strongly suggest to take your business somewhere else.

Chris & Mornel are a true valuable asset to this store & to the Sprint Company. You both were so amazing when we came in w/ what we thought was going to be a nightmare cause of a previous visit to an authorized retailer (who should not be allowed to even be in business w/ the way a certain gentleman treats people!) We went in & told Chris & Mornel everything about how I order the wrong phone for the wrong account & so on w/ the other phone & when we tried to activate them over the phone & I told the woman on the phone when I ordered them I ordered the wrong colors & if I could just switch them & activate them w/ the color that my daughter wanted on her line (which was the 1 I ordered for my line & my color on her line.) I was rushing. I was trying to buy 4 IPhones over the phone & then trying to activate 4 iPhones over the phone. We went to an Authorized Dealer & nothing was done accept making us feel like complete idiots & making our 16 yr old sit in a chair crying as she had to listen to herself being berated by the male employee on it being her fault & we had to listen to him telling us that basically we were stupid cause we didnt go & buy them from him in the 1st place & then no one would have to be wasting their time trying to figure out how bad I screwed the phones on. As he made sure to tell us numerous times that he wasnt making any money of trying to fix the phones While he was trying to switch them & what not. He then said he couldnt fix them & to send them back & them come back to him & buy them the right way. We didnt! I will never go back to the Lakeville, MA store again. Even if its the last store there is to go to. We went to Chris & Mornel & they made us all feel so much better. Explained EVERYTHING to us & that we just had to come back when a lead or manager was there. We did & the manager had everything fixed in no time at all. All he had to do was return the phones & cancel the leases which took no time & then guess what THEIR STORE GOT CREDIT FOR THE 2 PHONE SALES!!!! All cause they were calm, respectful & listened. Thats all we ever wanted. To be treated how we treat others. Not like were stupid or our daughter is a brat or whatever. Chris & Mornel had not only my daughter smiling & laughing but had my husband & myself smiling & laughing. The Store manager (his name is right on the tip of my tongue, Im sorry for the life of me I cant remember it *only took me like a week & 1/2 to remember Mornels so its not personal.* I have a horrible memory & I think the womans name was Ashley? I just cant say enough about all of them @ the Spring Store in Shaws Plaza in Raynham, MA ( next to Pet Smart. Where Radio Shack used to be. In the strip mall behind CVS.) If your in the Raynham area dont waste your time driving to the Lakeville one. Go to this Spring store in Raynham, MA in Shaws Plaza where Radio Shack used to be next to Pet Smart. You wont be disappointed. Tell them The Ramos sent them &I ask them if they have been studying up on their Panama history & Noriega!!!!

When I got to the store there were 7 customers ahead of me sales staff came up to me and said someone will be helping in a couple of minutes . When it was my time the sales person was friendly and professional help me to get my new phone and transfer all my data . Going to recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Good deals, wish there was a service Center here tried to get my mother to sign up she did and was told that if she wasnt happy with the service in mean that Center here tried to get my mother to sign up she did and was told that if she wasnt happy with the service in mean that she could return it to any sprint authorized sore but when she tried to do so and was told that she would have to return the phone to the original store that she purchased from Im so loss of points there as well as the fact that the person that could have been able to give me promo codes for Pokemon go was not available at that time
