10-31-20 I had very little time but needed an oil change badly so I got there 20 minutes before they opened at 8:00 so I would be first in line. I arrived at 7:40, the tech got out of his car and opened the bay door. I was in the bay by 7:41 and out before 8:00. On top of that, the man that helped me was extremely helpful and courteous! I didn’t catch the tech’s name but WOW, what a great employee you have in him! Thanks for a great experience.

Was charged $115 for an oil change (Synthetic oil, plus $10 extra for the oil, $10 extra for the the filter. I drive a jetta ..) Advised I had a coupon. I was told the coupon doesnt show on the bill but that it would show on my CC. I logged in right then and saw it didnt, they offered me $5 cash. Not going back.

Went to get an oil change was blown away at how amazing the two men working were. The one helping me was Named Mathew and he was so dang courteous I forgot it was 2020 and thought I had been transported to the 1800s between the fast service and thoughtful attention to everything at no extra cost. During a pandemic when Im sure they would rather be with loved ones, Im floored. Thank you for your service and attention to detail you guys rock!Edit: THEY ARE NOT EXPENSIVE OR PRICEY BY ANYMEANS. I drive a VW one of the most expensive cars to do anything to. After calling 6 different oil change specialists Speedees was the cheapest I found!!

Great customer service very helpful

Awful price for the work. I was charged $400 for a transmission fluid and differential fluid change. Im not a mechanic, but I know enough about cars to know that charging $200 for 4 bottles of differential fluid thats worth $50 is a SCAM. And labor does not make up for the price difference. Most of the time the employees were working on another car, so im not even sure they did it correctly.

Wouldnt go anywhere else. I get oil changes from this location, and so does my entire family. Theyre always helpful and polite which is hard to find. They make the usual routine maintenance suggestions during your oil change as any mechanic would, but without the added pressure.

Fantastic, expedient auto service, performed by friendly, honest, and competent staff. If youre in need of an oil change and want to know this isnt an outfit thatll try to gouge you (cough cough JiffyLube cough) then look no further.

It was speedy.... but expensive

I was told that my car would be vacuumed but it wasnt so I called SpeeDee and the guy was nice he said theyre was a jam in the vacuum so I went back to the store and a man approached me and told me that he had checked the security camera and that my car had been vacuumed then he proceeded to tell me how dirty the interior of my car was which I did not feel was appropriate I am completely dissatisfied with this speedee and will never come here again.

Double the cost of my usual spot. I’ll wait.
