Excellent experience to buy the car at Mastria Motors.No compare and no sense to know how important for customers to have a good dealer experience.The Ford dealer was Crazy, and they required me to show the cash($40000) to take the car test for their 2020 ford edge. even if your are a Lincoln dealer, the only thing i can prove my finance ability is my bank statement, but not to show the $40000 cash.In Mastria Motors, I have a very good memories to buy my new car. Very pleasant experience from beginning to end. The salesperson I dealt w Key was as good as they get, I was even having a bad day and he made it all better getting my car together quickly and efficiently. Always nice and always listening. Mastria Nissan was Excellent. I went in yesterday looking to test drive a particular vehicle and decided not to pursue it. My sales representative whose name is Linda Almeida was on point yesterday and when I came back today to look at a different vehicle made the purchase amazingly easy. Linda was very busy with several clients but always made a point to check in on my status. My finance adviser Joe also did a wonderful job. Between some good conversation he explained everything thoroughly and step-by-step. Buying a vehicle can take quite a few hours but at this dealership it didnt feel like it. Today is probably one of the smoothest car purchasing experiences Ive had in my entire life and I will highly recommend Mastria to anybody who asks.

Like everyone else I dread going to car dealerships but this experience was different. I dealt with Mark Johnson who didn’t waste our time going back and forth with negotiations, he listened to our expectations and met them. I also dealt with Lind Almeida who was excellent as well. The finance portion was the smoothest transaction, unlike any finance department. No one wants to shop for a car and get haggled on stuff and Mastria did not do that.

Just an Oil change and tire rotation, but it was by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. And the service writer Helder was both friendly and professional. I actually received a video update of the progress on my vehicle as they were performing the service, very impressive. I’ll never go anywhere else for service, everything I’ve heard about the Mastria Group is true!

Always low balling and never offering you suggestions or other offers it seems like you have to do the selling yourself as they sit back and watch! I took my business to Boch Nissan in N.Attleboro instead and they were extremely helpful understood my needs and got me in a new car and took my trade in for more that what Mastria offered and I got what I wanted within my price range! Avoid this place and take your chances somewhere else like I did !

I stopped in to use the fast charger at Mastria. One of the salesman helped me get the charger started. I hadnt used that brand before. He was very helpful! I was able to also use the bathroom and look into accessories for my leaf while I waited. For EV owners, the charger is conveniently located and works seamlessly.

I live in Easton, MA but leased a Nissan Rogue from a NH dealership and purchased the maintenance plan. I can go to any Nissan dealership for my oil changes and any other maintenance/repairs. I tried the dealership in Norwood & it was a nightmare from beginning to end...just for an oil change & tire rotation. I decided to try Mastria Nissan in Raynham and what a HUGE difference. I could not believe how friendly the gentleman was who took care of me. I will definitely go back for all of my maintenance/repairs and based on this experience, I would also consider purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership!! Cant say enough!!
