I made an appt online for an oil change. When I got there they didn’t have it on their system (It happens, wasn’t a huge issue for me). However the mechanic refused to do the oil change because he said the Nissan specifications REQUIRE me to use 0/20. I know this is false because 1) the dealership itself used 5/30; 2) I had an oil change at Meineke before using 5/30; and 3) the owner’s manual specifically stated 5/30 can be used. He said that according to the note from Nissan they get on their computer, he can only use 0/20. So I left and called Midas. They said Nissan RECOMMENDS 0/20 but you can use 5/30 if I choose. IMO, Meineke just didn’t feel like doing an oil change that for some reason wasn’t on their schedule or 2) saw that I was a woman and thought they could take advantage of the situation. I will never step foot in a Meineke again nor will I ever recommend them. Shame on you!

The facility is clean and comfortable to wait in while your car being worked on. Best price around for a full synthetic oil change. Will definitely be back.

I brought my car here the other day ...was recommended by town fair tire that milfort is a good mechanic...I had to get wipers fixed and new screws and lugs for my tire becaue town fair couldnt take the tire off without breaking the screws....all summer my heat and ac was only working out the top and he fixed that for free! That was awesome...I guess it was just a little crack in those or whatnot..but that makes me feel like if there us something that not too big of a deal that hes not gunna charge me for something that dowsnt really take any time....unfortunately my tires need to be disasem led ..well the breaks and stuff to get behind to put a new 3 new bolts through....I was surprised how much all.kechanic are charging nowadays......as min wage goes up everything goes up..but good place...would definitely reccomend..Id still have my old car if Id come.here instead of Juniors Autonotive who only looks to rip people off now or purposely sabatoge my cars

Poor customer service. $95 for a full synthetic oil change on a 2012 Corolla with 80k+ miles. Charged him an extra $20 for a filter even though a filter is included with the price of the $70 oil change, plus tax. I spoke with the manager and he could care less. If you go, youve been warned. Went in for the Basic oil change for 24.95. My engine uses one more quart. So the charged me 54.95 then gave me a 10 dollar Coupon. Cost me 44,95. Could have gone to Walmart and got the Pitstop for 19.99. No extras.

Scheduled an oil change with Monroe in Raynham, but ended up seeing an ad for Meineki and they were advertiseing a cheaper price.. so I went with them instead. Wish I didnt, cause my experience was terrible. Being a single Mom, I gotta be careful to pinch pennies when I can, so I shop around. When I scheduled the service online, it asked if I wanted a basic oil change for 24.95 or 49.95 for full synthetic. I went with the basic.. its the whole reason I was choosing them in the first place. When I arrived, I stated that I had an appt for a basic oil change. He had to enter all of my info since I had never used them before. The only question the man (my receipt lIsts his name as Milfort Suprilus) asked me regarding services, was if I wanted my tires rotated. My answer was no. Money is tight.. So when I was charged $47.88 without a warning, I wasnt happy. Thats almost double the price of the service I chose. When I asked the man why, he said it was the extra oil and that he didnt know what I was talking about because its not $24.95.and pointed to a sign that said like $36.95. I told him it says different on their website and that I didnt even know If I had enough to cover it. I was hoping he would honor the cheaper price as advertised online. Instead, thats when he proceeded to laugh at me and say you cant pay $47.88? There were 2 other customers waiting and I was mortified. I handed him my bank card and told him to try it, but I wasnt sure if it would go through. I was praying it would, to prevent further embarrassment. It did. I left furious..embarrassed and stressed out. I live paycheck to paycheck. That extra $20+ was already going towards other bills so itll cause a chain reaction.. overdraft fees etc. Im not even sure what the extent of damages are yet. So when I got the text asking me to leave a Google review, I gladly clicked the link. It wasnt till I was looking for the mans name on my receipt, that I saw he used synthetic oil. I asked for a BASIC oil change. He decided on synthetic on his own, and then proceeded to embarass me & laugh in my face. That was his mistake..but unfortunately, its one that I had to pay for. Needless to say, I wont be going back there for an oil change any time soon. Make sure you specify what type of oil you want.. more than TWICE!

Kind of overpriced but convenient, easy online scheduling and coupons are often available. The constant upselling cabin air filters is also kind of annoying. Its a $10 part you can do yourself with no tools.

I was so happy with my experience here. I did arrive early and they promptly took my car. They emailed me a car inspection which was really nice because I wasnt expecting that and they addressed most of the issues that they found [lot of my light bulbs were out and my air filters need a replacement] I had my one year-old old with me in the hour flew by. I’ve come here a few times but I needed to get in for an oil change yesterday and they squeezed me in same day. The gentleman who manages it is always so kind and professional. He rotated my tires during my oil change, and checked my brakes since I was worried about a smell I thought may have been coming from my car this week. He booked me an appointment for next week to do my transmission and brake fluid since I know it’s coming due. They are incredibly affordable and flexible with scheduling. This one and Mineke in wareham are the only places I bring my car, being a young woman having your car serviced shouldn’t be intimidating and it never is here.

My exhaust was rotted at the donut gasket and fell down dragging pipe I was taking my wife to get her car at the dealership down the road they gave my wife a ride to get her car so she could come get me and they repaired my car at a reasonable price very happy Roy was the guy that helped me out thanks again!

I have been going to a different place for a very long time I would say maybe 10 years if not longer. I decided to search elsewhere because I was told that the market was a lot lower and some other companies. as loyal as I am to the brands and companies that I deal with I also want to be smart about things so I decided to shop around. The guy that answered was super helpful. Fit me right in. I drove up, they took my car, and in a flash it was already done. Much cheaper. I would definitely go back.

I went for an oil change nice and fast at a very low price compared to other shops. The guy at the register is very knowledgeable about cars and gives you a truthful answer about what your car needs. Overall I had a very nice experience I 100% recommend this shop.

I went into this Meineke for the first time expecting to get a standard oil change. The salesman at the front desk advised me my 2009 Toyota Corolla only took synthetic oil. I had also advised him that I have gotten plenty of oil changes with basic oil and my car has run perfectly. I currently have approximately 175,000 miles and have had minimal issues with my car thus far. The salesman advised that he could not use anything but synthetic oil and that he did not want to be liable for anything wrong happening to my car if standard oil was used for the oil change. Even after asking for standard oil he advised my car only took synthetic oil. I then took my car to Pep Boys right down the road where they had assisted with my standard oil change for a much reasonable price than what was offered at Meineke. They also assured me that my car could use standard oil. There was no integrity in the salesman At Meineke and I wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment.

I brought my car and brought my daughter with her car for a basic oil change in both. This was my daughters first car and oil change. My car went first and it was suggested I replace my air filter, I told them I would do that on my own. There was no pressure to have them do it at all. Her car was next after inspection her oil pan was leaking a little bit and needed a new pan. They brought us out to show us the problem, then printed up a quote. The quote was fair but it is a repair I can do at home to save her money. Again they didnt pressure my daughter into getting it fixed by them. She now feel good about go there after I fix her car for any future oil changes without me going with her. Great job. Thanks

I went for an oil change and had my tires rotated. After it was done and pulled out on to the main road my front end started shaking. I returned immediately and the tech pulled the car back and found that the lug nuts were loose on one of my wheels. The only comment was that it was now all set. This could have caused significant damage to my vehicle as well as myself had I not returned immediately. I will not returning to this location.

Scheduled an oil change during my lunch break. My van was taken in on time and completed quickly. There were four options for an oil change; Basic, Synthetic Blend, High Mileage and Full Synthetic. I received two coupons from the meineke website with one being for $10 off *ANY* synthetic package. When I presented it, I was told that was only for the full synthetic package and that coupon was only done for marketing purposes which sounds like bait and switch to me.I decided to double check and that maybe this location wasnt participating. I just noticed now that the coupon specifically has the Raynham address that I was at.I would like to understand why the coupon wasnt accepted. If this is truly just to get people in the shop and there is no intention to honor the coupons from their own website, that makes me hesitate to return because I want to be able to trust the people servicing my car and that doesnt help.

Less than impressed. Had my car towed here, informed them that it was an emergency tow and to not work in it until I arrived. When I arrived I was informed it was on a lift, but they hadnt done anything. When I told them I was taking it to another shop, suddenly I needed to pay for their hour of work, which was telling me that my car was overheating. The exact issue I just got done telling them before I told then I was taking my car.
