It has really gone downhill . the minestrone soup had no beans and no pasta . the food was extremely salty . we wont go back .

The customer service representative seemed confused and did not fully answer my questions, even if I reworded the questions. I felt as if I wasnt being listened to and just talked over.

Buying insurance from Richard Adams is the only reason I continue with AAA auto insurance. He is professional and understands his customers needs. Calling 800 numbers are a BIG waste of time and cell minutes.When I call these numbers, no one has a clue how to get to the person who is getting paid to service me. Yesterday I was ready to cancel my policy(even with the suggestion from the representative).Richard Adams helps me and makes sure I get the service I need. If AAA auto insurance doesnt get the message, I will make the switch. I hope they realize Im not the only person they are willing to lose.
