Very professional and friendly The price was very reasonable It was also very refreshing cause they actually listened to what I needed and didnt try to add on a huge list of other maintenance/repairs. We received a Thank You for your business card in the mail couple days later WHICH WAS AWESOME I recommend them and will continue in the future to bring in my vehicles for all repairs/maintenance.

Paradise is a car care center that gives you the piece of mind that your car is fixed correctly. Also everytime my vehicle visits Mike and his crew for one thing after I come to pick it up they always say while we were in that area we noticed such and such needed tweaking so we fixed that for you also.

Super flexible while working on my RV!

I would highly recommend! While visiting my daughter we found a fluid leaking on her driveway. She suggested I take the car to Paradise Car Care as she has always had great experiences. It was a transmission issue (not a small job) they were able to work my Subaru into their schedule and have it repaired in 2 days. I was able return to North Carolina without having to miss work. When I picked up my car I felt confident it could make the 10 hour drive. They had great communication and customer service. I appreciate the courteous office staff and service tech.

Absolutely the best car care in Portage County

I recently had some car issues and they were able to get me in sooner than originally discussed. Everyone there is wonderful! They take the time to listen to all of your concerns. They explain in detail what the issues are and exactly what they did to fix the problems. I would highly recommend Paradise Car Care!!

They do good work and are very friendly. Only problem I have is their price gouge. I mist have been called back 2 or 3 times with a different price just to install some caliper hardware. Then when I called back the following Monday I had another price change and to my surprise it was even more than what we originally agreed upon. It was a little over priced honestly but they got the job done good. I would return again if needed.

I called Paradise for a front end alignment, they got me in the same day with a no contact service, due to Covid-19. Thier prices and hospitality is absolutely amazing! They called me at every step, even to inform me of a few lights I had out, which I was dreading changing in this April snow, they changed them at a great price! As a local, they will be my go to from now on.

Good prices, accurate diagnosis of the fix. I am happy with the work, and didnt feel like they were fixing things that didnt need to be fixed.There were a few issues regarding billing, and I am happy to say Mike personally called me afterwards to apologize and it appears that the issues have been resolved, and corrected for the future.

I remember when the corner of Diamond and Main St. in Ravenna was a vacant garage for many many years. And before that a rundown auto repair shop that got ran out of business bc folks did not like how the owner treated their customers.. I was one of them. But like the Phoenix the property has risen from the ashes. Paradise Car Care is run by a tight nit family. And they treat their customers as a part of their own. It has been my experience over and over again that this is such. Mike Paradise is consistent and professional on a daily basis.. everyday all day. He knows the value of his customers and through his example has taught me about the value of my own customers as I am a small business man myself. Mike does what he says and does what is necessary to make me reasonably happy which is all an owner operator can do for their patrons. I give Mike all my auto service business. Thanks Mike!

I was referred to Paradise Car Care by a friend about a year and a half or so ago. I have had nothing but good experiences and customer service with them! Mike, the owner, and his wife are friendly and he does good, honest business. They are affordable and do great work!!

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced, was told one rim had damage. I told them that if there was a issue to not mount the tire, Mike assured me that it would be fine. The tire lost air the next day, I returned with a new rim to get my tire swapped over. I figured he would do it for free/give me some sort of discount as a principal of standing behind your work. This was not the case and I was charged full price for the mount and balance.Take this however you would like, I’m just reporting my experience.

I have a 2002 Mercury Gran Marquis; and Im thankful I found Paradise to take care of my frequent repair needs. Mike and Debbie know my voice when I call, and the guys who work on my car are familiar with her ailments. They are all so friendly, and professional. They make me feel comfortable that my car will get the best care, and let me know if something will be needed in the near future. I had got my exhaust fixed and enjoyed what was done .I returned to get my pads and rotors changed and was extremely dissatisfied. I was estimated just above 200 for a set, when I took it in, I was told 400, over 800 for all 4. When I said I couldnt afford that and I would have to wait and come back a week later to get them done, I was harrased for it. I went elsewhere and got them all done at 350. That day you lost a customer. And to be honest, it was less the price gouge and more the disrespect .

My Aunt has been going here for years. My car was in pretty bad shape, needed rotors, wheel bearing and new tires, also tune up. When I drove off the lot I cried, my car drove like it was brand new. I can surely say Paradise Car Care is an awesome place to get work done, the owners are so nice, and very knowledgeable. I even got a loaner car for the time my car was in. Please go here and get work done you wont regret a thing!!

I went there for minor repair. After I went out I discover the light engine came on. He is letting inexperienced guy to do the repair and pay him by hour. he spent 5 hours on an issue that does not take 20 minutes. I was really frustrated as he broke things and screws. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
