I would NEVER ship with FedEx ever. They are an awful delivery company, and the boxes never arrive on time. My husbands work has issues weekly, and I ordered through a company that uses FedEx, and the package was delayed a week because they couldnt find our address.... That same day the FedEx guy drove right by our house so apparently they just didnt want to stop and deliver it. I know with covid things have changed, but FedEx has been horrible even before covid!
I had an at&t modem to ship off via FedEx. I was told by at&t to take it to a FedEx ship center and provide the barcode and account number and they would take care of packaging and shipment at the FedEx center. The lady that assisted me at this shipping center proceeded to tell me “we don’t do that here, that’s a ups job so go there”.. when the account number is clearly with FedEx. Wasted my gas and time coming from spearfish to rapid city to deal with an incompetent employee. I even called FedEx and they told me to go to this location, so whoever that lady is at the counter needs to be sat down and trained properly or this center really is that bad.
They are always very helpful, and assisted me in the least expensive way to do it. Thank you!

Lady was rude to my wife last year at front counter because of mask option. Also, left a package on front porch for pickup today, but courier ignored it. I even left them snacks. FedEx is awesome, though.
Lazy people who dont want to work. They constantly delay package delivery for a miriad of reasons.

Unable to connect with a live body to assist with a delivery. The phone tree can have you circling the drain for at least 20 minutes trying all options only to give up in disgust with no answers.

I ship my commissioned art works all over the country. FedEx is reasonably priced and all art works have arrived safely this far. Knock on wood. I have an account so that saves a little. They even know my name now, lol.
Went through online app to hold package. They did just that. Was easy and fast to get package. Good location.

I have shipped a package of time sensitive samples overnight from Rapid City,SD to Billing Montana on 02/16/15. The package is still in Denver as of Thursday 02/19/2015, and has been in Denver since 02/17/2015. They can not assure me when the package will even get to Billings . I realize there have been weather issues, but not in Denver. In the future I will be shipping overnight packages by UPS..

If I could give this company a lower mark I most certainly would! In the past month they have been late on a must have overnight delivery and I am still waiting on delivery for another purchase made and shipped Feb. 20th 2018. tracking show that is has meandered its way through over 6 states on its never ending journey to my door. It is now March 13th and tracking finally shows it to have made its way to South Dakota. I could have had it delivered by camel faster! Tried calling their customer service but after 20 minutes on hold I decided they all on break or maybe lost in transit. Never and I mean never will I use this service again by choice!
Very rude staff. Not helpful at all. Always quick to lay the blame on something else. i.e. weather, dead presidents, holidays and driver capability are usually the excuses for not delivering your packages.
A bit out of the way, but definitely go here instead of the UPS store due to the price difference.

The large lady behind the counter tried to charge me $90 to ship a handgun, a service tgat ups provided for only 20. She was completely unfriendly and sat there and chewing her gum and smacked her lips as if she didnt care about my situation. Go to ups its right across the street!

Poor customer service with snarky responses. A place where priority overnight shipping translates to 3 days late and “not our problem”
Missed delivery on a package, came home to a door tag....sigh! Went down a bit after 4, was in and out in just a few minutes. The lady behind the counter was polite and apologized for the delay.
You robbed me money fake, I requested return services I paid $11 but you deducted $39 when I called the person I spoke to handled me in a bad way they didn’t explain how they took my money.
They ship what I hafta ship, with no issues. And better priced than their competitors.

Long long wait when I went in the afternoon, only one person working at the counter, and they dont offer packing services, just boxes and materials to pack yourself.
Sometimes its a bit busy in here but the staff is friendly.
