They are crooks every month they over Bill the insurance companyTheir staff is very poor at bestThey get paid 3 times the going price for the same product purchased straight out from other outletsStay away from this company
I called with equipment issue and was told by call person I had to wait til Weds then it was Monday and boss didnt want anyone doing overtime and how they didnt like to drive in the evening,now Im 24/7 and if something goes wrong Im dead and was told more or less too bad if I die ! Thank God so meone in my building has Apria and had part I needed dont trust this company with your life .!!!!
My friend and neighbor took his portable oxygen concentrator in for repairs in December 2018. It is now April 11th and he still does not have his concentrator back and Lincare has no idea where it is! You would think they would at least replace the machine if they cannot locate his! This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen or heard of! Go somewhere else for your medical equipment needs!
If your 1 year old has RSV and needs oxygen, dont come to Lincare! The order was sent in and rushed before noon today. They said they were on their way hours ago and didnt show up. Now theyre closed. No one knew what was going on every time we called. The employees were nice they just didnt know what was going on and didnt make an effort to get my son oxygen like he needs .
Seemed nice when they dropped off the equipment we needed. But decided to be incredibly rude and condescending when we called them to pick it back up once my dad entered hospice care. Get your equipment elsewhere if you want some compassion.
Lincare is probably the worst place to buy your oxygen from. Employees are very rude and inconsiderate of their own customers and apparently have no delivery drivers there anytime we need oxygen. Get your oxygen someplace else don’t let this place take advantage of people you care about.
I thought working with the VA hospital was a pain. This place takes the cake. Had a referral (active duty Military) to get CPAP supplies for an upcoming deployment though here. Although they were cool about reading the data on my card and getting me a print out for records here we are 8 phone calls later over a month and still nothing. Had the base hospital call them and figure out the problem. Lincare basically said they have everything they need, finally and the base called me back saying all is good. Week and a half later and still “ oh we will call you back. Still waiting on a signature “. Thank god my deployment got canceled or I would have left empty handed.
Horrible place, taking my business to apria instead
Not enough time in a day to explain a one star...if there were a zero star choice they would have received that!
