Our local storefront is now closed from 11:00 to 1:00 every day? Their shortened hours do not appear on the website. Those are two of the busiest hours of the day. What are they thinking? I walked to the store so was not willing to leave easily. I phoned in from the lobby and was greeted gruffly by a man that did not want to help me. I rated my service with 2 stars instead of 1 because a technician finally came to the door. She helped me so I would not have to return.
Im not sure they deserve a 3 but... They took 6 days to deliver my concentrator. The gentleman kind of explained everything but kept telling us that they have no drivers and dont expect any supplies to be delivered. I am the one on the therapy, I am unable to work because of it, sounds like I could just pick it up but they are not open on Saturdays when I would be able. My husband picks them up when he can. The office people or person I should say is not helpful and mostly rude. Where is the quality care we hear about? Not happy but...
If you want dishonest business practices, then this is the place to go.I should not take four months to process insurance. Even though they had processed earlier in the year with no changes.Now I am stuck with paying interest on my credit card, without ever receiving a bill.Worst company I have ever done business with.BAR NONE!!!Has been over 9 months. No insurance claim!No one in the call center has a clue how to handle the situation. Had to file a lawsuit to get results!!!!
Worst customer service ever, and they bill you as many times as they think they can. My insurance paid and they still billed me over and over again for the same thing. Now they owe me a refund and will not return my calls.
Efficient and knowledgeable. Set up my new CPAP and reviewed its capability with me with no fuss.
Very poor customer service. When my mother was in the hospital after a terrible accident and needed a walker before she could be discharged from the hospital one was ordered for her through the hospital through Apria Healthcare, (only healthcare place open on the weekends) and was originally told the walker would be delivered in 1-4 hours. This was on a Sunday. The walker never arrived and after several phone calls to check on the status and being told that the order was still being processed we finally canceled the order. Very disappointed in this company, and would not recommend them to anyone, better off going to Walmart!

Worst place and equipment around bottle valve leak . Never follow up . Returned equipment they say They didnt pick it all up Not Harassed for Apria !Billing they talked to my referral rep they failed to state what was needed in referral ! They didnt get what they need billed 300 bucks a month no explanation as their bills are a joke just a Pay this !
