The pharmacy is a joke. Dont bother making vaccine appointments online, youll still need to wait at least 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, if youre lucky... (also all the info you fill out online is absolutely pointless, because they have you fill it all out again, hard-copy!)

Seriously above and beyond helpful! I had a issue with a script and this team did everything in their power to communicate clearly and kindly. I’m so thankful for their help in getting the script for our daughter. Thank you to the team there!

Was just in to pick up a few things. The man cashier was a jerk. Couldn’t tell if he was serious or joking. He appeared to behave that way with everyone.

Pharmacy is a total joke! More often than not, when you call to ask a question, you get put on eternal hold and then you get disconnected. We received a text message our script was ready for pickup. I sat in line at the drive up for 45 minutes to be told it wasnt ready and wouldnt be for a least another 30 minutes. I went back later, sat in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the window the woman puts a sign in the window that theyre closed for lunch and walks away. Time to change!

So scheduled an appointment for my second Covid vaccine and when I arrive there is a long line. I go the consultation window and say I am her for my scheduled vaccination. The pharmacist tells me I have to check in after I wait in line. I ask what’s the purpose of scheduled appointments. She said nothing really. Disappointed in our system

An employee actually stole from me. Walgreens as a whole needs to be looked into. They are aggressively pushing their MyWalgreens program and are turning from a honest place to a straight con. Hopefully they put themselves out of business before taking it out on even more customers.

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. We have terrible luck with the photo department. There is rarely anyone working the photo counter and very difficult to reach when calling in. The whole phone system is in desperate need of attention. Why can’t we speak with an actual person!?

Sarah in the Pharmacy was very helpful and courteous. We are traveling through the state and stopped to fill prescriptions.

Went in to get abx from pharmacy, the lady at the counter was VERY rude, dark hair and glasses, did not greet me, asked what I wanted and when I told her I was there to pick up antibiotics she said “I don’t know what you’re talking about” very rudely

Pharmacy is terrible. They have no urgency. It took 35 minutes for them to get 3 people through line. Just dreadful service.

Rude staff, i wont be giving my business here again.Personally, you can run your business however you see fit, but i do not have to give you any business, ever again.And bet you bottom dollar i will be sharing the experience with people.

My experience with the Mount Rushmore Road Walgreens location is that they go above and beyond every time. Great team.

I was charged over $700 for my 30 day supply of medication due to I was in between the interim of job insurance. The following month I still didnt have active insurance so I went to a different pharmacy to get the same medications refilled and was charged only $59. People! Dont go to Walgreens for your prescriptions! They are ripping you off! I put a formal complaint in and still havent heard back. So this is how they treat their customers! BEWARE!

Slipped on wet floor. No wet floor signs. Already had hurt shouder. Manager cleaned up wet floor. Still no signs out. Way to go Walgreens. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

So sick and tired of this store never having my Methadone pills. I always have to call the other stores in town and find them there when this place is right by my house! Ive been getting the same meds for like 8 yrs, every month, same meds. Youd think that they would order them but nooooo. I complained once about 4 yrs ago, same thing, same medication even. Pharmacy manager scolded me for leaving feedback and not telling her. I was like, You are aware of this - it happens 75% of the time. She promised to order them from then on. Helped for about four months... I hate driving all tge way to the other side of town just to drop it off, and then go back later to get it. Zero stars!
