Great helpful pharmacy and complimentary array of pill counters.Post Office desk that actually scans your packages. The New Look is nice too! Just try to avoid grump at back, acts like shes doing you a favor being there !

Manager there is very nice! Made sure anything I had questions about was listened to and taken care of.

I loved going to Boyd’s as a kid especially their old-fashioned candy,magazine, candle, and makeup displays. However, that was all overshadowed by one very negative experience I had the summer after college when I visited the pharmacy to stock up on medicine in preparation for an overseas fellowship I was about to undertake. The pharmacist made some very thinly-veiled threats about my medicine choices, namely stating that he knew my father, in an apparent attempt to shame me. I was well over the age of 18 so his threats were empty, but the pharmacist’s hostility was tangible. My father was furious when I later told him this story at the pharmacist’s blatant disregard for patient/doctor/pharmacist confidentiality laws. I no longer live in Rapid, but now avoid this store on my family visits back.

I’ve had so many problems with this pharmacy. The disrespect they showed me was absolutely embarrassing. Including remarks the pharmacist made about my medications I was taking for my mental health.

This is pertaining to the USPS part of Boyds- not Boyds itself.Went there two days in a row and was greeted by Vicki- the most unfriendly person I have come across in many months at Boyds. I have visited the USPS portion many times and had good luck and very good customer service.Vicki however is very rude, absolutely offers no helpful advice on mailing when asked, and refers everyone to go write the addresses over there, so you dont hold up my line. . Unfortunately i will not return there for mailing purposes.

Remember, this is a small branch, and you need to visit the main post office for certain services. Convenient, and always helpful, pleasant employees. Im glad I have this branch as an option, because its easier for me to get to.

I enjoy the convince to the west side.. People are great... Its in a Boyds store so I can do a little shopping too...😃

Great customer service - small town feel

Refusing to deliver my mail/packages based on someone else (somehow) using MY address as a forwarding address. It’s happened twice and I am sick of waiting longer for packages when they were both to be delivered today.

Im disabled. Cant reach our local post office by phone BECAUSE it goes only to a automated system. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Its located inside Boyds Drug in Baken Park. I use this place all the time, its closer to my home than the main office on East Blvd.

This is not much more than a glorified blue mailbox. They cant ship anything other than regular first class mail and priority mail. No overnight and no priority express. The people who work there arent even postal employees, they work for the supermarket where this office is located and cant give you much information.

If you go to Walgreens your not a local.
