They are a Pilot but do not accept Pilot points or promotions. The worst was; they were out of coffee. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great service with hot showers. As of writing this review, its $13 per 1 shower. But its clean and great.

Good spot to get quick fuel. Not may fuel lanes for trucks so wait time can be long. Only food options inside are cold, subway, or pre made wrapped burgers. The bathrooms are dirty, and the staff take a long time to ring customers through.

Couple of months ago, I was in a hurry and needed a shower and to change clothes. Brett the assistant manager helped me get in and out quickly. He was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The showers were very clean and nice.

Gas snacks and go. No complaints.

There are signs all over “masks required” and no one coming into the store without one was asked to put one on. I felt unsafe. One of the cashiers, a man with a mustache and safety jacket, was walking around the store and then behind the register without a mask. I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible

As a weary traveller, all I needed was a friendly face and a shower in a nice facility, and man, did I get it here. Thank you Pilot, I am now revived.

Truck repair service is terribleBeen waiting three hours already for truck in front of us to get a break chamber fixedHad only one guy working in the shop for lubes tires and repairs.Still haven’t got my truck fix.Need more experience mechanics working so this way truckers can get in and out quickly with less down time as possible.Girls at the counter in pilot are great friendly and niceBathrooms are not so bad eitherI can’t understand why non of the pilots don’t have recycling cans for bottles and cans.Been from ny to caThey should really recycleThere are not enough garbage cans around the lot for truckers to throw out their garbage

The subway wasnt good the employees didnt seem trained and the food was sloppy but the rest of the store was decent.

Clean restrooms and a good selection of coffee as well as all the snack choices one may wish. Lots of pumps so little waiting. I do like the cheap refills for the tummy. Low price coffee refills and best gasoline prices for the day.

Very nice pilot. Very clean inside. Restrooms and showers were spotless. Plenty of truck parking and plenty of fuel islands. Great place to spend a 10 hour break.

Generally clean and well stocked helpful staff and a subway and a restaurant on site. Would give it 5 stars however fuel prices are always the highest. Down the interstate about 7 miles, you can get diesel fuel 10 to 15 cents a gallon cheaper.

Showers seemed clean and water was hot. In semi and the hoses for fuel at one aisle were not long enough to fuel both tanks simultaneouslyCustomers allowed to enter without mask and there were quite a few people without them.

The subway was nice. I was really in the mood for the hot deli stuff but Im hungry not picky. The store is clean and well stocked. Nice hot showers. the parking lot is oddly shaped but plenty of room.

Fuel is expensive here. The rest of the facilities are nice though. Clean restrooms and truck stop. Have good showers and laundry. The Marlins restaurant next door is good also.

Decent truck stop. Dont eat the subway though. They like to give you bread thats clearly a day old. Its rock hard so you basically just get a handfull of sandwich ingredients you cants eat. But the truck stop part is alright.

I got charged for plus gasoline when I selected regular unleaded... thank goodness I checked my receipt. There was no hot food as advertised. Chili and cheese machine was out of order. There is obviously horrible staff and service here compared to most pilots. My recommendation is to keep trucking down the road to the loves.

Please know the subway is NOT open 24 hrs as the sign at the interstate says. Nice people working inside tho and theres usually some deli food. Martins restaurant in same lot is open 24/7.

Stopped in for diesel with a 40 ft 5th wheel. Was easy in and out. Also took a quick shower at $12 was a bit pricey. I think $12 is too much but it was very clean, extremely hot, and spacious. In addition to the normal convenience items the had the normal truck stop items. At the time I stopped they had the best price in town.

Nice store sometimes, great deals but the cashiers take their time with some of the customers. Chatting and talking quite a bit causing the lines to be stagnant at times. Not a bad store but not the greatest I ever been to.

Really good truck stop with a great selection of food to eat. They also have very clean showers. I also liked the easy access in and out to the interstate. No traffic is a plus.

Only stopped in for a shower and to pick up a few things. Parking was available and easy. Store was clean and well stocked. Shower was roomy and spotlessly clean. Great pressure and plenty of hot water.

So me and my partner were here getting an Oil Change on our truck. Sitting inside the store at Subway, walking around the store window shopping I decided to look at some hats. I placed them back on the shelf when I was Approached by a Cashier named STEVEN, about 5”10, heavy build. This guy accused me of stealing hats out of the store. When all I was doing was getting an Oil change hanging out where I thought I was welcome. My company has a huge fuel contract with you guys need to get your employees in line on treating drivers with respect. This is Ridiculous! I will do my best to see if we can get a fuel contract with LOVES. Where they respect the drivers that spend their hard earned money at!

They have a subway inside the store. Its always clean. They have a great restaurant next door. If you like to play video lottery they offer it in the store as well as inside the lounge. Great customer service all the way around.

Well if you want the worst customer service stop by when Jaycee is working. Young 20 something girl with orange red hair. Rude and disrespectful. If I was the company I would look into it. I reported this to ast mgr.

Its an excellent truck stop, and its always busy. So that goes to show its a great place to stop and easy to get to.

Im here quite often between the gas station the truck stop in Subways its been everything you need when you only got an hour for lunch or you need to make a quick stop while on the road.

One of the best truck stops around! It has every accommodation you could need. Laundry facilities,showers,lounge,casino,food and fuel.Easy access to get back on the interstate as well.

What a fantastic place to stop, relax, catch some ZzZzZzs and even shower if thats what you must do. The gals and gents here are fantastic, and are willing to answer anything you throw at them. I stopped by after work to get a sandwich from Subway and the staff was very professional as how they handled my order from start to finish. The management of the Pilot Flying J Travel Center was very professional as well.

This place is a perfect oasis for weary travellers. Clean, well stocked with anything a person could need, friendly professional staff, good prices & a fantastic restraunt on the property. Everything you could ask for.

An plenty of fast food options available with a restraunt also available. Friendly service.

Pilot is always a good choice for stop. Good selection of food offerings and store is well stocked with beverages and snacks. Shower and laundry services available. Clean and the employees work hard to provide service.

Laundry area is more like a laundry closet, showers are nice and clean, staff is friendly. There is a restaurant next to the Pilot, but the kitchen is beyond slow and nobody seems to know how the menu works or how to put orders in. But that is NOT on Pilot, Pilot has a Subway and the got dog rollers/prepackaged sandwiches/and some addition hot foods, but no pizza:-(

A picturesque place, but few places. If necessary, you can stand on the ramp, the width allows the cops too, a separate ball for clean restrooms

The staff are the friendliest Ive come across being on the road for hours at a time. They have just about every single accommodations you can imagine, excellent place to stop when on a long drive especially in the Beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota I highly recommend this be your first stop arriving and be your last leaving this gorgeous city.

Got fuel and coffee. It was the middle of the night like 2am. The store was clean and brightly lit. Staff was friendly and the pizza was hot and ok. Fuel prices were really good.

Free parking, truck lot is pretty big. In the parking lot there is a diner that serves great food at a good price. Everything you need without leaving the parking lot.

Clean nice place easy to find items and it has a very nice variety of things from food to automotive parts. There also is a full size 18 wheeler scale and shop .

Flying J/ Pilot seems to not like the American truckers. They are going to stop flying the US flag because it offends or might offend truck drivers that are either not citizens or are citizens but are still offended by the sight of our flag.A company with a policy like that offends me and a lot of true American, patriotic truckers. Therefore I will no longer go to one of their facilities or use their products. Next thing you know they will be flying the Mexican flag or maybe the Iranian flag.

Ive been going to pilot/flying Js for years now and this one is on the good list of these stops. Clean, friendly, and right off the interstate.

Friendly overnight service even with a lock out. Pilot is my preferred truck stop anyway but this one was above and beyond good.

This place has the nicest workers. They borrowed me a gas can when I ran out of gas.

This truck stop doesnt havw microwave burritos or other quick hot food late at night. Once the Subway is closed, your only option is the sit down diner across the parking lot. Makes it tough to grab a hot bite for the road early in the morning/ late late at night.

Friendly, clean, and the ground floor ADA shower is great. Spacious, barrier free and it even has a shower seat and hand-held shower hose.

Its a Pilot truck stop not much else to say about it they have Subway... I just stopped for coffee and they had plenty of that store was clean and well stocked

Big lot with a Blue Beacon, but the store is cluttered and unorganized. Of course theres a Subway for the rookies that arent sick to death of them yet. Burger King is across the street and some sort of bar next door.

The travel center is top notch along with the staff.But Marlins restaurant is a joke. The service is beyond horrible.Fo yourself a favor and pass on by it.

Brett and Ashley where incredible I was traveling with my whole family on an RV they took care of us, fill out out Propane Gas tank, set up for showers, super clean, both of them super friendly, they made us feel super great, incredible customer service, both of them went above and beyond!!!!
