My glasses broke and I went in there for a temporary fix and Amber managed to fix them permanently. They were so kind and willing to help me fix my glasses. They definitely went the extra mile!

Check out Dr. Melanie Hamiel. She is phenomenal!!! She did so well with my 5 year old daughter.

This location has great service on top of a great staff. Everything worked like a well oiled machine all steps were on time and very punctual. Cant say enough good things about how great the staff is, super friendly. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Went to three different eye glass stores in rapid City, Robert at Pearle Vison was the only one who actually listened to what I was saying and form that, found me the perfect pair of sunglasses. He even called me back afterwards to make sure everything was good with the new shades. I highly recommend this place.

Thankful to the staff and doctors here. Our daughter is on rotations at Monument Hospital in Rapid City and was in an emergency need of contacts. Mercedes was so helpful assisting me on the phone to find the prescription we needed in their clinic stock. Miraculously, they found some. They went above and beyond helping someone that wasn’t even their patient. As a parent, 6 hours away, I can’t even express our gratitude. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new optometrist or thinking about switching. Grateful from Minnesota! Thanks again!

The Optometrist side was perfect. Would give them a 5 star rating.The Frames side is where all the problems were.I was able to schedule my appointment just before the end of the year to use my benifits before I lost them. While looking at the Frames, Robert took my prescription paper to get the info into the system, after which he came back over and seemed a little pushy about finding a pair of frames... and I wont lie, I drug my feet a little with their prices (cheapest pair was $120).The time came where I had to leave before selecting a pair because I needed to pick up my kids from daycare. Went to collect my stuff, and Robert could not find my prescription page, and the Dr side was closed, so I couldnt get a reprint. Robert took my email address down and said he would get it to me first thing in the morning... he did not. I emailed to get it sent to me, and never did. Upon returning to the store, the new year was already here, and I missed out on being able to use my benifits, which they tried to say was my fault for not taking my prescription else where... Hello... I COULDNT. Robert never got it to me. And after all the aggravation, they will not do anything to make up for their lack of following through with the customers. I will never step foot on the frames side again, and I will send all my friends and coworkers elsewhere!

Dr Robinson was very thorough in his exam. He was very professional and punctual for our time. Staff took extra precautions with COVID.

The eye exam was good, however, when it comes to the optical dept., thats where my low score comes from. It has been 2 weeks today since I paid for my frames and lenses. They had to send them to a lab to have them made, and it seems as though they have no way to check on where they are in the process. Then, whenever they finally are shipped, they are sent to the optical dept., which in turn will mail them to me. I have never in my life had such a long and difficult process to get my new glasses. Also, the price is much more expensive, even with insurance than what Ive paid in the past without insurance. When this is all over, I doubt that I will ever order glasses from Pearle again, or recommend this company to anyone else.

As traveled out of town our 2 year old broke our 7 year old glasses. After calling all over trying to replace. Pearl vision offered to try and put his in different frames if they couldn’t fix them. They were able to fix his glasses free of charge! They also were able to find our 2 toddlers sun glasses that fit them..

All the staff from the receptionist to the Dr to the ladies in the center where you get your glasses are all professional, courteous and know how to work with kids. My 3 year old had his first exam and it was a wonderful experience.

Awesome service and a friendly staff. However i did not get any cupcakes as the picture on google stated they had? A little disappointed but still 5 stars!

Way over priced. Wont replace lost glasses less than a year old after they ripped me off for over $700. I researched the frames I picked out It was a ridiculous mark up. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place.

Scheduled an appointment a year ago and they gave my Saturday appointment away even though I was confirmed. Worst ever.
