I was satisfied with everything except the free oil change at specific intervals. I wasnt informed that included was a rotation of tires. But Rainy did explain to me that depending on what weight my car used,was directly related to conventional or synthetic oil. The sales person was helpful in getting me to Rainy so she could explain it properly. But your sales manager did not explain it (that a tire rotation) was included in the free service at specific intervals.

Live out of town so I initially called to see if they would let me test drive the vehicle I had my eye on to my city so my husband could look it over and I could get a feel for the drive as I commute to work. I was met with no hesitancy to this request and a promise to have the vehicle pulled up front and waiting when I arrived. As I arrived the vehicle was pulled up and I met the salesman I had talked to on the phone, John. He recognized my vehicle when I pulled in and quickly had it evaluated for a trade amount so I had that in hand ready to discuss with my husband. I had my kids with and he had no hesitation about interacting with them and helping me move car seats over. After the test drive I was impressed with the vehicle but not the trade offer. I told him so and why I felt that way, and it was quickly rediscussed and counter offered. After that it was smooth sailing even though John had probably 3 other customers with active deals going on. Start to finish it was about a 4 hour deal, and that was with a 2 hour test drive period. All of the people in the dealership treated me as that, a person, not a number or a check. The car was washed and filled with gas with purchase. Since purchasing John has followed up making sure I didn’t have questions and everything went smooth. I have bought a fair amount of cars in life, and this was by far the quickest and smoothest transaction. I look forward to continuing my business with this dealership into the future.

I am going to tell all military members to stay away from this dealership. I would go to granite if you want great service. I bought a pickup from them and drove it for a week and it started to leak coolant at an alarming rate. I took it to a different mechanic and they told me that the head gasket was bad. I called the sales person I was working with and told him I know you are under no obligation to fix the truck because it was sold as is but will you work with me? He talked to the manager and was told as is. I said ok, took it to a reputable repair shop, and spent over $6500 to repair it. This was a $20000 truck. I am also going to contact the better business bureau and report the situation. I understand that things get overlooked sometimes and I gave them an opportunity to fix it, and they fell short. Stay away at all cost.

Liberty Dodge will forever hold a place in my family’s heart. We were traveling across country for vacation from Iowa and had major issues. Their service department did everything in their power to get us back on the road. When that option was exhausted, their sales department went to work and found us our new 2021 Ram 2500. In general a good experience without the high pressure.Our only complaints are we wanted to test drive another car and the key fob was missing.Also on the car we bought it was not disclosed till time of purchase it only had one fob and no floor mats! We bought anyway as we wanted the car and felt we got a good deal. Now we may have to spend unexpected money to buy a second fob and they are not cheap and we were going with our own all season floor mats anyway so that is a wash!But in general I am pleased other than about the fob! They are looking but I do not hold any hope they will come upon it. I think they owe me a deal on a fob but I will still buy from them again.

Very clean, friendly and no pressure. We live in WI and were on our way thru to Spearfish we blew a fuse. Rolled in there with a trade in with issues and bad credit. Needless to say I was at a bad starting point to be shopping for a car but it was necessary. Instead of noticing my situation and helping someone down on their luck, they knew they had me over a barrel and tried to squeeze me for all they could. Andrew the salesman blatantly lied to me about needing gap insurance to secure the financing, and steered me away from what I originally went in for. I saw thru their bs the whole time but like I said was kinda in a tuff spot. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

I was quoted $575.00.for a flush, or $1800.00 for new heater core.Wanting an second opinion, I took it to a local shop and had it flushed for under$100.00.Sorry Liberty, Im looking for a new diesel pickup, but Ill be taking my business else where.

I cannot say enough good about my experience at this dealership. As a female buying a car I was sure I would be pressured and talked into something that I did not really want! My experience started immediately with my salesperson, Dante, out in the parking lot. He asked what I was looking for and what I needed in the vehicle. He showed me a few different models and we finally decided the Hyundai Tucson was the model for me. He let me take the car for a test drive alone which made me feel very comfortable and when I got back to the car lot again there was no pressure. We went over some numbers and I told him I needed to sleep on it and again there was no pressure. The next day I decided yes that is the car for me and again Dante went over and above to help me get through what was a very stressful event for me. Dante was very thorough in going through the numbers and the benefits of the warranty and he explained it in my language so I could understand everything that he was saying. Everything was straightforward and very honest. The next day I needed some help with some of the technical options and Dante help me set everything up. He made it so easy. I would recommend this dealership and their salesman, Dante, to anyone that is looking to buy a new vehicle.

We travelled from Tennessee to Sturgis. Heading back, a U joint went out on our 1-Ton dodge pickup. Called an hour before they closed to see if they could get us fixed and they refused- we were told “we leave at 3pm so we won’t even try to touch it today”. So much for good service to leave a family stranded halfway across the country.
