I am on a quick weekend road trip to the Black Hills and while going through The Badlands, my check engine light went on. Being it was early and well before opening, I drove to Liberty Jeep to see if there was anything they could do or at least check it out to see if it was something that could wait. Rob got me in first thing. It’s a great piece of mind knowing I won’t have to drive 10 hours, wondering if my coolant thermostat will cause more problems or not. Thanks Rob, I greatly appreciate it!

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Both times we have worked with Corey Eixenberger and he is the best car salesman we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is so easy-going and makes the car buying process so simple and painless. He takes the time to explain everything and is so knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells. I got a sweet deal on my Jeep. Love it. I accidentally left some items innmy trade-in and when I sent a self addressed envelope, sales staff got it back to me.

I wasnt impressed by libertys salesman all they wanted was to make a sale. When they were told that 400.00 was all that i or my daughter able to do they kept pushing for warrants and more insurance. When kept telling them no they just kept on pushing. They went as far as say well if you could borrow 3000.00 from a bank then you wouldnt need the insurance. He kept asking what the problem was about buying the car. I had asked what was wrong with car and he said anything but truly dont believe that. Now the engine light is on and liberty says they cant look at it until October. Was there must be something wrong with it. As i said i am not impressed. I wont recommend liberty to anyone i know.

My Jeep developed a gas leak while on vacation. I took the Jeep to liberty late in the day the service staff was very friendly and willing to to do whatever it took to help. They provided me with me with a rental car. Robert and his service dept. Had me on the road by mid day the next day. I originally rated them 5, because that’s what I was told to do by them. But not a fan, at alll!! I won’t go there again, unless they are the only place I can get my Jeep fixed and it’s an absolute necessity. Thankfully, we purchased a warranty that is fulfilled by other dealerships. They were require to pick up the vehicle, because of their mess up. They had the audacity to come into my place of business, after they messed up, and embarrass me by acting rude to my co-worker and making a comment about myself. This is simply not okay and extremely unprofessional. Not sure who is in charge of hiring at this establishment, but I suggest you have a serious conversation with your service department before you lose more business

Brady R was extremely polite and helpful in picking my vehicle out. The staff did not pressure me at all. From start to finish, I felt extremely comfortable and appreciative of this team. I would recommend them.

Bought a brand new car from these people. We found an issue with the window, no big deal, so we asked them to fix/look at it. After taking the Jeep into the shop (and taking up 25% of my weekly time off). They returned and said they would order a part. A week later I reached back out after not hearing anything and they have no idea what’s wrong with the window and have no record of technician working on it.Needless to say these people seem to be interested in selling a car and getting you out of the door. But if a slight inconvenience to them, their service team is LAZY. Definitely going the Ford/Subaru route next time. Wish I could just take the car back for a full refund honestly.Toby Madsen was good help. The service team sucks.

We can’t sing the praises enough about the exceptional customer service we received from Levi and Seth. Our Dodge Ram RV had some type of battery problem we feared was alternator-related. They were crazy busy and two weeks out with service appointments in June. If our problem were an alternator, we might have had to stay for two weeks and abandon our long-planned Yellowstone trip. They both took a bit of time at the end of a busy day to rule out any problem with the alternator so we knew it was safe to drive until we got home for RV service. Trip saved! Thank you guys. You will never know how much that kindness and favor meant to us.

AMAZING customer service. Had a misfire problem with my Wrangler. Called the Service Department for repair and they were booked up for the day. They offered to have me stop in and they would read the codes so at least I would know where the problem might be. Within minutes of pulling in, a scan tool was attached and showed a non firing cylinder caused buy the plug wire too close to the header. They let it sit in the lot to cool, I bought a plug write, my kids were given sodas, and within an hour we were back on vacation. Thank you Don and your amazing staff!!!

Brady was amazing! I went in to look at a wrangler with honesty very little chances of me trading in the Jeep renegade I was driving. He was able to work a great deal with me and the trade in I gave them. Everybody in the office is friendly and genuinely hoping you drive off in a car you’ll love, and not just in it for money like other car dealers. 100% will be recommending Brady to anybody that is looking to get into a new car, and will also be sticking with liberty jeep for all my service needs in the future. Our car broke down in Wall South Dakota while we were on vacation. We towed it to Liberty Chrysler Jeep Fiat in Rapid City, SD on a Saturday around noon. Robert Schippacase, service advisor, made every effort to get us back on the road quickly. Even with the service center closed on Sunday, we were back on the road by mid-morning on Monday. The service to us, a traveler who may never get the opportunity to have work done there again, was fabulous. Were were treated as if we were long time customers. Thank you Rob and thank the technician who came in early and worked on the car on Monday.

In the middle of south dakota, on our road trip vacation, our vehicle started making a strange sound. Monday morning early, I stopped in at liberty to ask if they could take a look and was pleasantly suprised to meet a great crew in the service department who said they would do their best to fit it in. Liberty is a traditional auto sales and service dealership. Growing up in a family of auto sales and body shop employees, I probably have a different perspective than most customers. They have a coffee maker for people who have to wait, and a small sitting area. Service staff was friendly.

The people here at Liberty Superstores are some of the nicest, most helpful people here in Rapid! Big shoutout to to Aaron Beaird (salesman), Jace Sime (Finance), Nate Jensen (sales manager). Wife and I came in looking for a Wrangler, and within the hour we drove our 2020 Bikini off the lot. Those three stayed after hours to help us get the best deal. Im going to reserve from providing a 5 star until after my 18th appointment. Per the mechanic, my 2013 RAM needs a BCM replaced. They did not have it in stock. Setup appointment for 18th. Ive spent over 7K in this truck in the past 6 months making sure of its operation. Fell like Ive rebuilt it. Not totally happy until after service on 18th.

Not impressed. Hate calling there with all the hoops ya gotta jump thru to get a live person on the phone. Tried to buy a part there once but the parts lady was being difficult and refused to give me the part without a VIN number.Tried to buy a brand new pickup once. Told salesman on the phone exactly what I was looking for.... never heard back from anybody.

I was on a long road trip traveling from Chicago to Idaho. I heard a concerning noise in my front tire. I called the service department right when they opened. Despite being booked for the day, they got my vehicle in. It took a couple of tries but they figured out the issue, repaired it under warranty, and i had ny vehicle on the road again by closing time. This type of service is hard to find. I was treated so well by Brett and Al. I felt like Jeep Family and I had peace of mind for the next leg of my journey. -- Exceptional and thank you!

The service techs were able to fix an issue with the radio which had been repeatedly worked in at several other Jeep dealers to no avail! The service reps also worked diligently to activate the warranty for covered repairs. Very happy!

I recently bought a car here about a month ago after the recent hail storms that have been totaling out cars; my deal for my used car was pretty comprehensive, including hail damage repair among other amnemities. Through the process the sales staff have been up front, realistic, and their word has been reliable every step of the way. I truly had a worry free car buying experience™ as the staff were quick to address any issues with the car that I missed on initial inspection. The only thing I have left now to worry about is the hail repair, as the third party this dealership is working with on that is still finding the part to replace the door chrome trim pieces on my car, but because of the fact that Mike and John followed through every step, I have no doubt theyll do right by me again.EDIT:ehnot really, see my most recent review

Beware of buying used. Bought a Ram with only 57k miles. Thought low mileage and passed their inspection should be a solid vehicle, but I was wrong. Within 1000 miles got check engine light for emissions system leak. Have replaced every component in the emissions system and still get CEL every couple hundred miles. While replacing ESIM I noticed an axle seal leak that must have been missed in their inspection as it had clearly been leaking a long time. I emailed multiple times asking if I can at least get a discount on labor as this job requires special tools I dont have, but none of the email contacts Ive used have even bothered to respond. I understand this is a risk you take with a used vehicle but I expected to at least not have problems immediately after purchase.**Update**Thanks to this review Brent from Liberty contacted me and really went above and beyond and repaired my truck. It is very much appreciated and even though I did have trouble getting a response initially once I got a hold of them they took care of me. I will definitely be shopping Liberty for my next vehicle purchase knowing they care about me as a customer. Thanks Brent/Liberty!

Wonderful experience, they were all very friendly and welcoming. Let me drive the car to lunch before I purchased just because. Washed it and offered a free first oil change. Filled the car with fuel and just was all around a great experience. 10 star if I could. This was the sturgis location. GO TO STURGIS liberty if you want an amazing and stress free purchase.

Basically right now it is a very pretty lawn ornamentSo visit the sales people, they are pleasant. But they aren’t given a product to sell, so DON’T waste your money here.
