These guys are absolutely awesome! Me and two other customers came in at the same time needing batteries. They poured out of the back room, a rep for every customer. And they were all happy! I dont know if theyre on a drug to be so happy, but they seem to have the highest moral ever. And they were fast! It made my day!

I am in town visiting from St George Utah and my phone wont hold a charge. I went to the Verizon store and was referred to batteries plus bulbs for a possible port repair or replacement. Eli there was extremely helpful and took the time to examine my phone, cleaned it, and gave me good advice. Being on vacation without a working phone would be a disaster! Disaster averted! Thank you for some of the best customer service Ive ever had!

I am not satisfied at all and worst service that I have encountered. They give one price and it costed $100+ more than I was advised. Also, the gentlemen that we worked with couldnt have the respect to ask for help on taking the phone case off and broke it into several pieces. Its sad you work with a company that deals with phones, you would think the employee would have more respect and common sense to take a case off a customers phone. Also, the repair doesnt even match my phone and Im still paying more than half of what my phone with worth.Thanks for terrible service and ripping me off. 👎👎

Edit: increased rating to 3 (really i want to give 2.5) stars because the second screen replacement was better, but still not great for the price tag. Both cameras now operate super grainy like some kind of late 1990s early digital camera throwback. Also, the bottom right edge of the screen still lifts. I threw some tape on it. I do not recommend getting an iPad screen replaced here, but they do seem to have lots of batteries and bulbs like the name says so 🤔 I guess go there for that.On the plus side, everyone who works there is super nice.Original Review: I paid $300 to get an iPad screen replaced (which is absurd already) and an hour later the screen fell out.

I wasnt notified when my phone repair was done and ready to pick up. I called to find out when it would be done 3 days past when I was expecting it to be done. When I went in to pick it up it took over ten minutes for someone to come out form the back to greet me. The conversation about many different fantasy worlds that they enjoyed was not that informative. If I had been made to wait while hearing about little known lore it may have been worth it. Some one thought they were smarter than they were and need to study up. Phone works fine

We made an appointment using the online process (which promises 10% off). First off, it did not allow you to chose more than one repair per appointment. Second, when we took the iPads (2) in for their repair, they informed us they couldnt do the work. When you sign up, you specify the model of your machine. They should have known that they didnt have the needed parts to repair our iPads, prior to our arrival. Someone should have contacted us and informed us before we drove 3.5 hours to have these repairs made. I would not recommend this store, unless you live nearby and dont mind multiple trips.

Brett was our sales person and he was very helpful and friendly! This business fixed my daughters phone and we were able to find bulbs for our light fixture that we couldnt even get at the place that sold us the light. Took my moto z4 in for new screen. Was repaired quickly. Fingerprint reader was now not working. Returned it. Left it for two weeks. Didnt hear from the store so I called. Was told it was repaired. Took it home and still not working. 80 mile round trip each time. Very disappointed

I had the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I took my phone in to get the screen fixed and when it got done, I noticed my home button didn’t quite work right. So I took it back to have them look at it and they offered me to get a new phone and they would pay for it. Which is awesome! They were really cool about and I would recommend them to anyone!

They were able to fix the back of my iPhone XR within a week of me calling. When damage occurred to the battery while fixing the phone they replaced it as well. Had a small concern after getting the phone home so I brought it back and they fixed it right away. Quick turn around and great service.

Had what i needed ready for my appt, my phone came back repaired in excellent shape and although screen replacement is expensive (I know parts are high), it was cheaper than a new phone and the hassle of not having to set up a new phone is priceless to me. And the half price battery replacement was an awesome add on.

I’ve gotten my phone fixed it here, and after receiving it back, the screen was sealed in poorly and came out, water somehow got in my back camera and blurry, the screen protector I’ve received with my phone was not the right size either, my home button also was not working with touch to unlock it, remind you I have a iPhone 6s Plus

Their phone repair is kind of a joke. Every single phone Ive ever brought in since the day the first started business, theyve turned me away. Like how do you not work on name brand phones like Samsung? Maybe if you have a flagship phone.

Well, my phone screen did get repaired. The USB port wnt let it charge so I have to wireless charge it. The first time I stopped the screen for my phone was not available. They told me it would be in the next day and would call me when in. 3 days later I called and the had one in. Came in next day. Dropped phone off at 10 am. They said it would be done 2 to 230. I came in at 3. It still was not done. I had to be to work in Newell at 6 so had to leave phone over nite. They never called to let me know phone was done. I came back in around 12 pm. They couldnt find my phone nor paperwork right away. It took about 15 minutes to get the phone. So customer communication needs to be worked on. Other than that prices are high but compared to buying a new phone this works.

Had a camera broke on my phone. Took it to see these guys. The tech accidentally broke a piece on my phone so it had to be overnighted to corporate. I was given a lender phone which was a bit of an inconvenience but it did the trick. When my phone was back a couple days later the camera was fixed and the piece the tech broke was fixed. The manager made it right and gave me a nice discount. Very polite interaction. Did everything to make it right so I wasn’t too upset about the accidental brake. People are human anyway. I will definitely recommend and use in the future if I need anything.

Nathan was a great help, staying late (after his 11 hour shift!) to help me pick out a car battery and then he and Jake took the time to install it and make sure I was good to go. Great service at this location and I will definitely be coming back.

My business needed new lighting and we decided to go with LED bulbs; Jon was awesome to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He communicated very well, helped us find a good electrician with experience installing the LED sockets, and even is willing to help us apply for the BH Power rebate. My I-phone screen was broken and they were able to replace it in just over an hour. The staff, especially Zeb, was very helpful and energetic to help me out and make sure I was taken care of quickly and effectively according to my schedule. I will definitely go back again for other reasons that arise, but hopefully not for a broken screen again!

Wow! This business is a little gem! I was desperate to find an odd button battery. I tried Walmart. Even if they had the size on the kiosk, they are ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING! Tried to get it at the jewelry section and walked away in disgust. I needed three of the stupid things and they had them, but at double the price. Could not find this particular battery anywhere. Googled battery shops and Batteries + Bulbs popped up. They had the batteries I needed and the price was almost HALF of what Walmart was charging! The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and very nice. When I got there, I was greeted by the same wonderful customer service. Just super nice, super friendly and super knowledgeable young men! I highly recommend this place and plan on going back for batteries and bulbs! I love small businesses!! Thank you!!

Per my mechanics request, I recently took my motorcycle battery back to Batteries Plus for testing since it was under warranty. To make a long story short, the tech said I have a bad and Batteries Plus disagreed. So I decided to test the battery myself and concluded that Travis at Batteries Plus was correct. In any case this is top-notch store and I would highly of recommend their services.

Horrible customer service, will give your phone screen away to other customers after waiting months, would recommend going out of state to replace screens.

If you need to get your screen fixed they do a good job. Cost is kinda pricey but much cheaper then buying a new phone. Staff are very friendly.

Went in to get a screen and battery replacement on my black iPhone. Told me one hour wait. Came back in one hour and phone wasn’t done because they forgot to put new battery into my phone. When they finally handed me back my phone they said “oops sorry I thought some told you we ran out of black iPhone glass screens so used a white one” Now my black I phone has a white screen face.. poor operation.

I purchased a Duracell Ultra battery for my motorcycle and a year later it failed. My motorcycle left me on the side of the road on Highway 16. Had to call a tow truck. And wait an hour and a half in 95 degree weather. Took the battery back to Batteries Plus after the technician told me I had a bad battery. Travis behind the counter at BP said hed have to take a look at it and make sure it was bad. I drove all the way from Rockville the following day to come pick it up just to have Travis tell me that its a good battery. So... Ive edited my initial review as I did what Travis recommended and reinstalled the battery back into my motorcycle and seems to be working again. Not sure if the mechanic was trying to sell me a new battery or just made an honest mistake. In any case I just wanted to apologize to Batteries Plus and their staff for giving them such a harsh review the first time. Also wanted to thank them for taking the time to listen to my concerns.

These guys are good with people but I took off over 12 hours of work this week to pick up my phone and kept being told it would be ready the next day, drove home in a blizzard on Monday because I had to drive back to rapid city from spearfish where I live for the 2nd time that day to bring it back. Brought my phone in for a simple screen repair and the technician working on my phone broke my home button which has an antenna in it causing a 3 day delay on my repair, put over 200 miles on my vehicle, took the time out of my day to drive and wait in their store twice for over an hour each time to be told I had to pick it up later. When I made my original complaint and asked for a bit of a refund over the phone the manager Luke told me he would have me taken care of and the next day when I went to pick up my phone the owner spit in my face by saying the maximum he could do was $20 for gas. Will never be going there again and unless you have a few days for possible mistakes they made I wouldnt advise readers to either.
