Very knowledgeable and friendly. They treated my daughter with kid gloves while explaining her car issues and taught her step by step how to open the hood and check her fluids. I really appreciated the patience they showed. Also appreciate that they were honest about the fix being more than the cars worth.

The service was great. The salesman, Michael worked with me to get the wheels and tires that I was looking for at a great price. It took a couple of hours to mount and balance, but when youre going with 19 wheels and low profile tires you dont need them to rush. Great company!

Awesome place. John is an awesome dude. He got us in during lunch time, installed 2 new tires and did an oil change in about an hour.

My wife and I were travelling back to California and we stopped to see some sights and by accident went over parking lot spikes since we entered the exit instead of the entrance. We still have about 22 hours of driving so we looked for a tire shop in rapid city and called Corys. They answered right away and said to come on down and they would take a look to make sure the tires did not have any holes or leaks. We went right down and Cory came out and took a flashlight and slowly and thoroughly inspected each tire. He said everything looked good and we were fortunate. He didnt even charge us and when we tried to give him some money he refused to take it. He was even giving us suggestions on which roads would get us back to California the fastest. We felt both valued as a customer and like he genuinely cared. Thats not always so easy to find and he put our minds at ease. Would recommend him and if we are ever in South Dakota again and are in need of tire assistance we know who to call.

Ive been here 4 times now over the years. I do all my own work so I use them exclusively for tire mounting and balancing. They do good work here and Ive never had an issue. Always professional and kind, wait times are pretty standard for a shop like this, but never excessive; Id rather they do the job right instead of rushing them and leaving with partially tightened lugnuts.Keep up the good work, I dont plan on going anywhere else next time I need tires.

Salesman I dealt with was a fool. Kept telling me driving on gravel road voids tire warranty. So if I live on gravel road. Warranty voided when I get home. Dont go here anymore. Advise you not to go here either!

Awesome experience. 4 oclock Fri, beginning of memorial weekend. Wifes vehicle overheated. Cory and the crew got us right in and they found and fixed the problem. Great price too. Ken Ma was not only efficient and helpful, but gave useful suggestions, and carried a great attitude through out. Some last minute changes I requested, were taken care of smoothly. While Im sure it was inconvenient for Ken and the team he worked with, but he made me feel like I was the only customer he had this week.

I’ve been coming to Cory’s for years. When I bought my Jeep the dealer screwed me over and the guys at Cory’s have saved the day every time I’ve needed them. Matt and Ken always make sure I’m in the know about what is going on with my Jeep and explaining things to me that I don’t understand....even to the point of showing me on my vehicle exactly what is happening. And the best part is I never have to wait weeks to get my vehicle in or for it to be done. They have done TONS of very involved work on my Jeep and it has never been there for more than an overnight stay. I’m telling you I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. These guys are a diamond in the rough in a profession that can be shady as hell. I can’t even begin to say how happy I am with their service over the years. If you need your car fixed or even just maintenanced... bring it here. You will not be disappointed :)

They got our truck in the day of but it took a long time after they wanted it there to bring it back. We almost said we will take it somewhere else. When it was done no one came and let us know right away m. Finally after 15 minutes we went up and said it was seemingly done and they found our paperwork.Maybe a better system to get patrons out after their vehicles are done might be nice.

Corys Tire Factory is excellent. I went one time because I found my tires cheaper there and they actually saw something wrong with my car and just fixed it because it wasnt anything major. They didnt even charge me. I have been going there ever since and if Ive asked them to check something they check it if its small they just do it for free. The staff there is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I cant say enough good things about Corys Tire Factory.

We use to have great service there but the past couple years customer service has deteriorated. Both my husband and I waited over an hour and a half three times and we had an appointment. We went to the counter to check and they had forgotten to tell us it was ready one time. Looked busy eating popcorn. We will not go back.

The two times I went there, I had bad experince. First time, I had slowly leaking tire. How hard it would be to fix that? I had to return because they didnt fix it the first time, they just put air in it and charged me $20. Second time, I went there to replace the lower controller bushing, it would had taken me 10 minutes to get done at home if I had the press. Anyway, they f up my lower controller arm, dented, scared so bad but I had to replace it plus they dented the new bushing plus they charged me $95. Wait, they charged me for an hour labor, even tho they called me after 30 minutes to tell me the arms are ready... Haha, this place is a joke. I will not go there again.

I came in with a custom rim that several sgops in town didnt want to mess with. Kustomz then referred me to Corys Point S (tri-state tires) and they fixed the punture correctly without damaging the rim. Great customer service from the wgole team, and especially Matt.

Had an appointment at 1 pm and waited for over 3 hours to get oil changed and tires rotated. After leaving, and driving BACK to Custer, SD; I see the moran that worked on my vehicle did not properly tighten the oil filter and my oil pressure is not correct. Also tires are NOT rotated or inflated!!

Had vehicle alignment 9 months prior by this company do to having completely rebuild front end. New upper a arm, lower ball joint, inner and outer tie rod ends, idler arm, sway bar bushings, new shocks, new rotors, new hubs, pitman arm,pitman bracket, stearing box,basically everything in front end except lower a arm. Therefore the reason for needed to have vehicle aligned. after driving to Minnesota got to Minnesota and noticed front drivers side tire was wore down to the cords. Took the vehicle in because alignment ruined tire due to mechanic not performing alignment correctly and leaving camber nut loose on upper a arm. Agreed to purchase 4 new tires with one tire being replaced for free and the other 3 tire prorated. We (myself and assistant manager Ken, supposably with managers okay Matt) also agreed to do a free alignment after the new tires were replaced.I set up the appointment have the new tires put on $600, worth of new tires. When I arrived Ken stated that their alignment machine had been broken all morning and they just got it back working so there was a little delay. I replace the tires and then Matt came out and said were unable to do the alignment because the inner tie rod and pitman arm were no good. so basically after spending$600 and keeping up my end of the deal they decided they would just take my money and tell me to go you know ?!; myself. stated they could replace the inner tie rods and Pitman however that would be another $700. For all the parts and labor to rebuild the entire front end did not even cost $700. youre talking more like a $35 to $50 pitman arm and inner tie rod arms anywhere from $30 to $50 per side. Labor is about 2 hour, even at $100.00 per hour, $200.00 +$150.00 in parts?The parts they put on must be made of gold either that or Highly overpriced. Matt must have a heck of a sales quote to make. I purchased at least one set of new tires per year for one of my four vehicle and I guarantee I will never ever go back to Corys Tires Factory what a rip off. Take your money and dont keep up their end of the deal.

My pickup developed a bad vibration. Stopped in,was able to leave it and continue on to the Central States Fair. Called later they rebalanced the tires and washed some mud that was packed in the wheels. Affordable and Great Customer Service. Couple days later had another issue, John gave me a ride home, Tri State fixed my problem, John on a test drive stopped and gave me a ride back to the store. IT CANT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS. I have brought in 3 vehicles asked them to be checked fixed what they stated was wrong and still had the same issue after being fixed i brought all 3 back only to be told it was a different issue i paid for it to be fixed again with same results issue not fixed when i complained for the third time i was told it is to old to be fixed i am going to the bbb to get my money back for repairs that were not the issue.
