We were on our way to Rapid City from another state when our Honda truck’s brakes started to grind. I called to see if they could get us in and they made us an appointment. Wade Rice went above and beyond of what we expected and did what was right by finding us a replacement UTV when the used unit we purchased didnt pan out. Unfortunately, we were not able to work out a deal due to recalls on the new unit. The two star is for the service department that didnt do their diligence in assessing the machine properly from the beginning.
