I bought a 2022 outlander that had scratches in 2 places (supposedly easily fixable, but this was untrue) and my contract stated that the scratches would be repaired. They repaired one scratch after weeks of back and forth and then the manager apologized for forgetting about the second scratch, but said they would fix it. They have now ghosted us and I would never buy another vehicle here. It has been an ongoing headache and I took the vehicle for a quote to repair it myself and it would be $500! They also never sent me the promotional gift card for my test drive.

5 stars isn’t enough for this place! Daniel was very professional and accommodating. This man made sure to answer all of my questions and take the time to ensure I understood the problem with my vehicle/loan and what my options were. I cannot recommend this place enough. Horrible experience in service department. Car was driven in for issue with A/C. They said they needed to fix a few recalls and now all wheels are locked with mysterious ABS failure. One of the recalls was breaking system related. But the service manager stated they werent responsible for the issue. How?... Ended having the vehicle towed from the service dept... Now its a corporate matter.

I visited the dealership to get assistance and was referred to the finance dept. The representative looked at me three times and continued on with her conversation. After over an hour, she acknowledged me due to one of her co-workers alerting her that I was still waiting to speak with her. At which the struggle began. With the same attitude she begrudgingly assisted me to the extreme minimum. Even refused to give me her card, did not want to give me her name. The sad part is after running my credit to the point that they lowered my credit score. They then told me not only do I need a co-signer, but also 2,000 dollars down. They still didnt take my other car that I could no longer drive. And then said I should consider the car that they probably couldnt get rid of a gift. Like they did me a favor. Very unprofessional. I would never send friends or family to Antwerpeen. I wouldnt send enemys either! I am stuck with a car that I have to have a co-signer for, that I didnt want and it cost to much monthly.

Ive had this 2016 vehicle for 3 months and the vehicle stopped working. Now Ive been told that I have to replace the alternator. The total cost which includes part/labor is over $700 in which warranty will cover but not to include I have to pay a deductible of $250.I know it is a used vehicle but to think that I would have to replace an alternator so soon. Got the vehicle with at least 40,000 miles and now 41,011 so pretty much I havent really driven it. I should of known something when the car was not fully cleaned. Secondly, I had to go back a few weeks later due bad brakes. Which should of been taken care of when inspected. Ill do 1 star because the Sales rep and Manager (at that time) was nice.Update: Car still not running. Now, Ive been told its the motor. So, Ive been without a vehicle for over a Month now. Ive never had to experience this before. Just be careful when shopping for a vehicle.Last update: No longer have the vehicle

Sold us a pre-owned car with wheel locks and didn’t provide us with a key. When brought to their attention they offered no help and took zero responsibility. Makes us wonder if the key ever existed and how they could have inspected the car without it. After reading other reviews here it might be time to file a report with ASED and investigate their possibly unethical business practices.

Wow are they dishonest. They advertises a price that was attractive to me. I came in and the sales person was pleasant. When we got to discussing pricing the car cost jumped 2k. I kept asking about it and they avoided giving me a detailed breakout. I wanted to think about the offer and discuss with my wife. No matter what we did, there was a 2k difference that was not being disclosed. When I spoke to the manager for a second time and asked for a detailed layout of the numbers, thats when i was told about the 2200 in reconditioning fees. This is a clear Bait and Switch. I started to read some other reviews and this is just the way they do business. They advertise a good price but then add a bunch of BS fees. Buyer Beware!!!!!

My car was in the shop here due to an accident, it took them over a month to repair the car. This caused me to go over the amount of time I had for my rental which left me to have to pay out of packet. After speaking to the body shop manager, they would not pick up the cost for the additional days i needed for a rental car. The worst!!

I got my 2018 Toyota Camry from there and they cleaned it up for me, put gas in it, and got me LOWER than what I wanted a month!

I waited to pick up my plates which was almost a month later, spoke to him and he said I was supposed to call to make an appointment to fix the issue. My experience the day I was going to make an interview appointment with salesman Mr. Glen. He kept delaying pick up arrivals. It was a very hot humid day the last Tuesday in June. I became very upset. I called the dealership and request to speak with the person who manages the business. Glen supervisor and the receptionist denied me a request for that and a new sales person. I never will buy from any Mitchibish Dealer. The lack of respect and response.

Absolutely the worst buying experience we have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would! One highlight of our experience was being called back in from the parking lot after the paperwork had been signed (6 hours later) for a $393 monthly payment. They ran out to the parking lot told us there was something wrong with the paperwork and it needed to be redone. When it was redone my payment went up to $434 a month!! Then we had to bring back pay stubs for my husbands employment( which was absolutely fine) but got phone calls saying the bank was threatening to send the contract back because they needed this info. Meanwhile we had recieved a call from the finance company congratulating us on our purchase and confirming our monthly payment for November 3rd and such. This morning I recieved yet another call saying they needed the final part of our down-payment, which I paid YESTERDAY! IN THE DEALERSHIP! I was told that I needed to call the bank and report that I have indeed paid the rest of the money owed. Excuse me but when did this become my job?? If they knew how to do their jobs correctly and communicate with each other they would have known I was there and finalized this yesterday! I am very angry and do not recommend this dealership!Also they did not clean up the car before we left. They gave us a paper saying they owed us a detail. So I took the car back for the detail promised. It was half a**ed! They washed the outside and vaccumed a little bit and sprayed an awful air freshener. They did not wipe down the inside or clean the food spots off of the seats or out of the cup holders and door handles. My 8 year old cleans better than that! Totally unacceptable! I went to a dealer close to home and they told me a detail means squeeky clean inside and out, complete wipe down inside, vaccume and wash. Well that didnt happen for me.

Made the 1+ hour drive on a holiday morning to see what looked like a good deal. Test drove it and was interested. They asked what I wanted my payment to be. I told them the rate and terms would determined that but shared my expectation. They miraculous came in a few dollars under my desired monthly payment. BUT, at a much higher rate than I was entitled to and at a 2 yr longer term than I had assumed. They do this to cover the BS fees they add, most notably the $1500 reconditioning fee. They make it sound like the fee is state mandated but its the $70 inspection thats required, not the $1500 of free money they want from you. They wasted my morning and unnecessarily ran my credit. If youre used car shopping always ask about processing/reconditioning fees before you waste your time with bait-and-switchers like Antwerpen. Antwerpen preys on uninformed buyers with high interest rates, longer-than-prudent terms and hidden fees. They are in my opinion an unethical enterprise. Way to go Jack.

I called Antwerpen after hearing a radio advertisement and by my surprise the GM answered. I explained my situation to him he stated I have just the person to work with you. Dan called me back in 10 minutes took my information over the phone. The next day he said come on in and get your car. If i could give less than one star, i would. DISHONEST! Look around online you will see many people with similar experience. Web sale price dropped the cost by 1k. They reluctantly agreed to honor that price - in writing (i still have the paper!) and then when i came the next day to close, they tried tricking me into a higher price and excusing it with extra fees or other stories that didnt add up. Numbers on the closing sheet didnt add up or match to agreed upon price - i still have both papers to compare side by side. When questioned, made up THREE different excuses. I kept asking a simple question - please just explain the numbers. He finally conceded that he really doesnt want to give me the price we originally agreed upon. STAY AWAY. If you must use them, CHECK ALL THE NUMBERS CAREFULLY.

Bought a used car 3 weeks ago, shortly after the breaks started squeaking. Took it to my mechanic who is also a long time friend, he said I need back brakes and rotors and that there was no way this car passed inspection in this condition. Took it back to Antwerpen, they claim nothing is wrong, did another inspection and claim they cant hear the noise that Im hearing. They wont fix it and want to charge me. Im not happy with this outcome so I speak to the GM Matt about it. He personally drives my car and says he hears nothing. I leave to go home unhappy with this diagnosis and the brakes squeak all the way there!! They made thousands off of me and now theyre being shady!! And Its a cheap fix! Terrible customer service! The only person worth anything in the whole building is the secretary Rachel. She is awesome and has great customer service but the rest of them are shady and will take advantage! Especially of women!! Not happy at all! Dont let them take advanyage of you too!!!
