Chesapeake collision was able to work with my insurance through Erie to get everything to me in a timely manor. Their body techs and painters did an amazing seamless job on my vehicle. My vehicle was returned in a timely manor and cleaned thoroughly. They have an on-site Enterprise Associate so receiving and returning your rental is a breeze. This is the place to go for all your vehicle needs from body work to just simple diagnostics they’ll have you covered!

We found out that the rental truck that we returned to Enterprise in Westminster had a scratch and crease and they had it repaired at a Chesapeake Collision. (picture attached ) The bill we got was for $4500! not sure whose fault, Enterprise or Chesapeake, but is this insurance fraud? or just highway robbery?!

HORRIBLE JOB. IF I COULD RATED THEM LESS I WOULD. OUT OF TEN I GIVE THEM -1. I END UP TAKING MY CAR THERE FOR A BUMPER JOB, SHOULDNT TAKE THEM MORE THAN A WEEK TO FIX IT, BUT NO INSTEAD MY CAR WAS THERE FOR 3 WEEKS. THEY FINALLY CALLED ME AND SAID IS READY, BUT WHEN I CHECK THE BOTTOM OF THE BUMPER WAS NOT PAINTED, SO I TOLD THEM, THEY TOOK BACK MY CAR, END UP BEING THERE FOR ANOTHER WEEK AND HALF. WHEN THEY FINISH REPAIR IT, THEY TOLD ME TO PICK UP, WHICH I DID, AND END UP RETURNING THE NEXT MORNING BECAUSE MY AC WASNT WORKING. IS BEEN A MONTH AND I STILL HAVENT GET MY CAR BACK, AND THE PAINTING JOB THEY DID WAS NOT MATCHING MY CAR COLOR AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY TOOK A BRUSH AND PAINTED MY CAR WITH IT. I END UP TAKING MY CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP TO REPAINTED. DONT COME HERE EVER

Receptionist is extremely kind. Onsite manager is dry and unwelcoming. Car repaired here but they bypassed a complaint I made upon pickup. Had to have it verified by the dealer. Additional days off from work and weeks of beeping alarms in my car. Not sure I would totally trust this place with foreign vehicles.

This was the best experience I’ve had getting my car repaired. All the staff were polite and professional. Having the rental car readily available at the location was a huge plus! And they fixed and returned my car super fast. I would recommend this repair shop in a heartbeat.

This repair shop has excellent technicians and excellent customer service. Even 5 months after my car was hit, they were more than willing to take a look at the work they had done to see if there were any issues. They are kind, courteous, and help you to understand what is happening with your car. Would highly recommend!

I had an awesome experience at Chesapeake Collision! They did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle after someone backed into it. They also finished the job earlier than expected. Also, having representative for both Geico and Enterprise Rental helped to make everything run smooth.

This place is one if the best collision repair facilities around. One of the few places that pride themselves on the quality of work they do and customer service and not how much of a supplement they can get from an insurance company. I ended up taking my car here after another body shop company couldnt repair my vehicle correctly even though they had 2 attempts and my car for over 2 weeks.

Brought my car to get the front bumper fixed on the 15th of June. Recieved my car back on the 3rd of July just to notice i had water in my right taillight no light was put back in the headlight and for the bumper to not even fit properly. They had all the excuses in the world and i had to ask them would you be happy if you received your car back like this they said no, so what do you think i would feel about it. The day after i got my car back my windshield wipers stopped working they decline it happened their of course. My car was supposed to be fixed this past Friday was told that it will definitely done by Monday no calls no updates no nothing. Not happy at all this the serves its been a full month since i had my car for a simple bumper installation.

My mother Phyllis Moody Dodge Journey was in for front bumper repair. After three weeks her car was returned with only three (3) lug nuts on the passenger side front tire, the other two nuts were on the car console. Additionally the arm of her rear view wiper was missing. You showed her an un-dated picture without a time stamp of her rear window when she inquired. With the rain we had over the last month it would have been noticeably to her that her rear windshield arm was missing. Furthermore, my niece and mother cleaned the car before taking it to the shop and both visually saw that the wiper and arm were there. She is asking the you replace her rearview wiper and its arm. Her telephone is in your file. She is expect a call. Otherwise paint job was good.

When i got rear ended in my 2011 Scion TC my insurance company recommended them, they are great they saved my car the hit was so hard from the accident that it went back and forth if it would be totaled or saved. Thank god they could fix her and I had this done back last year and everything still looks great. I would recommend them to anyone and I would go back to them again.

Took them three weeks to replace a bumper only for them to return my car to me without replacing my backup sensors, the wires from my old sensors hanging from the new bumper, and the broken parts of the old sensors in my cup holder. After pointing out that the job was not finished it took them another week and a half to fix it.

Horrible customer service. Was told vehicle would be done in 7-10 days and it took 21 days with no explanation. I even got an email saying the car was done, only to call and was told it wasnt ready. Ask your car insurance company to send you somewhere else....it is worth driving a little farther to a better shop.

Okay so let me be honest, when I brought my car in to be repaired I was skeptical they could make it look as good as it did before my accident, not because of the people that work there but simply because I wanted my car to be PERFECT. well 2 weeks later & I picked up my car & was immediately blow away by how good my car looked & I couldnt thank them enough. I would definetely recommend them for any of your collision repair needs.

They did a good job on the paint job on my hood and fender. However, when I picked up my vehicle, the plastic and the floor mat on the drivers side floor were missing. They found my mat, but I left the plastic on the floor for a reason. I didnt and dont understand why that needed to be removed to paint the outside of my car. The gentleman in the office apologized.

HORRIBLE! That is the only word to describe this place. I had a fender bender and not much damage with the vehicle. I brought my car to them because my insurance company had a deal with them. They took almost 4 days longer than the original time quote, and when I received the car back ohh well thats when the fun started! Almost immediately, I noticed issues that where not present before I brought my car to them, nor where they even present after the accident! I have had to return to their shop 2 times already for issues that should have never existed or should have been properly fixed! Horrible place, do not go here, unless you are looking for a headache and horrible experience! I learned my lesson!!!!

This place is horrible. They do bad body work. They do not inspect cars before giving them back to clients. I have pictures of their horrible body work and emails. Please stay clear of this place. They gave me my truck back with broken tail lights, and a bent muffler.

Im trying not to be racist but its the truth. Chesapeake Bay Collision, years ago was ran very professional it was managed by white people, And now well.....you see where Im going with this, the staff is very unprofessional. No one dresses professional in the office. I had to get my car fix twice. Also, someone drove my car with the music blasting when I got my car back. The white girl operater/receptionist was unprofessional. I will never do any business at this place anymore. When they dropped my car off to me I was expecting the car adjuster, no it was a group of hoodlums aka thugs with gold teeth that brought my car to me. This place is gone really downhill, very unprofessional. I advise you not to do any business with these people.

After using various body shops for over 15 years, I am compelled to write that Chesapeake Collision on 9825 Liberty Road, has been the worst. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! As a customer I have experienced the following: Chesapeake Collision not make the repairs as agreed, had many paint chips on new paint work, unprofessional staff (made excuses for why the work was not performed property instead of taking responsibility), completed the vehicle 4 weeks past deadline.

I wouldnt recommend this car repair center as I was very disappointed with the customer service. I brought my car in for a repair and specifically stated that I wanted no after market parts used on the car and am willing to pay the difference for any/all parts to ensure they are from the manufacturer. I gave them every single one of my contact numbers and asked that they give me a call if they couldnt price match to Mopar and I would pay the difference. I know most people dont care what parts are used as long as the car looks right, but I care. I really care. Despite that, they went ahead and used after market parts without notifying me. I asked that this be corrected and we were quoted for the part (not the diffence between the parts) and labor (which I dont believe we should have to pay as it was their error). Then when I complained they stated that is the manufacturer cost for the part and they were not charging labor which I dont believe because I googled the crap out of it and the manufacturer charges a fraction of the cost we were quoted. Afterwards upon inspecting the car we saw scratches on the car that werent there before. Clearly something happened. We had marks going all along the right hand side of the car and a huge gouge on that side as well. The man who assisted us with this issue was kind and cleaned off the side of the car and was able to remove most of the mark. Gouge went unresolved but I was desperate to get out of there by then. I would never bring another vehicle here nor would I recommend them.

Dropped my car off for body work from a fender bender and was told 2 weeks & ended up being 3 1/2 weeks with no explanation. Received my car and damages fixed only for them to have damage something else inside my trunk. Another 3 weeks for them to resolve that. I wouldnt recommend at all.

Terrible experience with Chesapeake Collision! Brought my car in for a very minor repair and was told it would only take about a week to complete the repairs. Well, after three weeks I finally received my car and it was also damaged while there! While body panels on my car were removed, they allowed my car to sit outside in the rain, which cause some water damage to my stereo equipment in my trunk. After getting confirmation from an independent car audio retailer, I informed Chesapeake about this but they refuse to take responsibility and basically told me they dont care about the damage they caused and will not assist me with the matter. Now, Im solely responsible for the repair costs.I recommend everyone to STAY FAR AWAY from this body shop!! They are rude, arrogant, and act as though you are doing them a favor by bringing them your business.Horrible experience!!!!

Inconsiderate shop foreman. My car was vandalized via key on the hood and passenger doors. NO ONE would want mismatched doors on a car in paint quality. They completed the work without a proper estimate and consultation after turning the car in with my insurance. Terrible customer service. Its all about the money with this place. 0/10. DONT GO HERE. The geico claims adjuster also did not know Maryland state law of cosmetic total vehicle title practices. It does not rebrand the title. Incompetent. Insurance commission will here of this.

Was hit by a gieco insurance driver and they recomended this shop for me. So I checked the reviews and thought wow this is a good shop. NOT, the repair to my front bumper was fixed however i noticed a dent on my car that wasnt there when i brought it there. So, i took it back to show them the dent that was under the driver side door. The manager look at the picture they took and could clearly see there was no dent. She then said that there is no way they could have did this because they didnt lift the car they just fixed the bumper. Hmmmm you mean you didnt even look under the bumper to see if there was any additional damage. So now I have a dent bigger than the one they fixed and dont even know if there is additional damage under the bumper. Not good business practice for me. Will not be going there again.

Wow. My prius was rear ended and they took everything out of my trunk and put in a box in May. Ive been calling weekly and they keep telling me they are looking for the box. Now they are saying they lost the items that were in my trunk. Im shocked. My stuff is gone. No apologies, no explanation.
