Shame on the respect for a paying client, to prosper your business, yet do little to accommodate your client besides basic service. I think I speak for most to say that we pay more than a basic price. This place is priced as one of the highest, using my comparison shopping past 2 years off and on. I have very little reason to stay.

Rented a unit to store some items for a few months while our family moved into the area and the facility was always clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I called them to retrieve my code because I had forgotten it. Will definitely consider them again for my familys storage needs.

The manager Dave is awesome he is very knowledgeable and was able to advise me to the perfect size unit I needed. The price is fair and everything is so clean! I was able to secure my storage over the phone and no contact paperwork, it was that easy. I also love the locks are durable. Downside is the restrooms are inaccessible due to Covid19. Definitely recommend this self-storage. The location is well located.

I love this place! It’s new, clean, and the best self storage in town including all of the Inland Empire. The staff are extremely helpful and easy to talk to. They definitely understand great customer service. They’ve been working with me awhile in trying to figure out which units are the best for my work items. Tip: One other great thing here is the large units have a light! You no longer have to depend on the hallway light that make it difficult to see your stuff. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Take a few cards to give them to friends so you both receive a referral discount!!!

This place is awesome! Im done with my previous storage place, the big orange guys, and I found this place. Aside from regular units they have indoor climate controlled units which is what I need. The manager was very helpful, didnt pressure me, and even helped make my move easy and stress free. This location is clean and quiet too. If you need a unit hit up the office and Im sure theyll take care of you too!!

The moment I called this place I knew this was a safe place for my storage needs. The staff is awesome and they have 4K cameras monitoring any activity definitely a safe haven for me because I live in an HOA I can’t store my vehicle there. I wouldn’t hesitate to store here and it’s really clean all around.Jesse

So far, so good. Dave showed me around the property on my first visit. It was clean, well lit and secure. I needed a place to store a truck for a few days (11 X 40 space). Entry and exit was easy with a larger vehicle. The special pricing made it affordable. After viewing the property, it was a no-brainer that this was a secure place to park, especially when compared to the other guys lots that were available. I have already recommended this place to others (commercial vehicle owners, not Rvers). Thank you for providing ample space and security for my parking needs.

Without a doubt a GREAT experience and I dont even have my 5th wheel in storage yet. Paul was a pleasure to work with and he worked hard to get me into a slot that would work for me. I will not go anywhere else for storage.
