*this review is based on an experience from a while ago; might be a different management by nowThey have a very narrow range of options. The store looks huge from the outside but once inside, there’s not a wide selection. I will say however, that the clothes they do have is beautiful. I’d give a higher rating but the staff here is super rude, all the way up to the manager. All of the staff I’ve dealt w, except for 2, are super rude.

Even though Im old I found clothes I really liked that fit well. Love the mens pants.

Went to look a kids clothes; they have a nice selection. We got a few things! Looked at the adult clothes on the way out, super cute, Ill have to go back!

When shopping in the store, great experience and customer service In The Store I must reiterate, however shopping on line can be difficult, if you ordered something online and don’t return or exchange within thirty days (30)they will NOT accommodate you regardless of the reason. I don’t live by a Zara’s and I received some shoes (as a gift) they were to small, they were sent back for a bigger size in a timely fashion but I had a family emergency that set president over those shoes and by time I received the shoes I changed my mind. I knew I wasn’t going to get a full refund but I thought store credit would be suffice, No, first I was told the transaction had to start back online since that’s were it started, and secondly I passed the thirty day return policy and there was nothing they could do,the shoes had never been worn, tags still attached and nothing. I was very disappointed after explaining my situation to the person who listened to my concerns, you are absolutely at no time given the opportunity to speak to a manager. Better service is to shop in the inside of the store because you never know what unexpected life experience is stored for you and you don’t want to deal with the same misfortune as t did.

I love Zara the brand! But this particular store in Rancho has the WORST selection of all the Zaras Ive ever been in. Maybe its the area, the people they cater to, but I would drive out my way and go to Arcadia, Glendale, or South coast or just order online instead of wasting time here.

Kids clothes are dope, but get plus size. Folks is thick thick out here 😋

Worst customer service ever!I went in today to return a few items that did not fit me, and before even getting into line I had asked an employee working on the floor if it was okay for me to return my items even if I didn’t not have a receipt, she responded saying yes that it was fine that they would just have to get a manger. When I got in contact with the manager she had sent me upstairs to do the return and then later sent me back downstairs that they were not doing returns upstairs, and so I proceeded to go back down stairs; got in a very long line and then was told that no I would not be able to return or exchange my items because I had no receipt and even when I told them that the employee on the floor said I could they just said no and sorry. Now I’m stuck with clothes that don’t even fit me!!!!!!!!!

This store is the worst experience i have ever had. I order something online through the store, that I suppose to pick up at the store. I never received my order there is a mistake that’s what I was told. Today is my third time coming to the store for my refund, between customer service and them not receiving an email to confirm my refund I being back and forward. Today while talking to Deion one of the manager he call security. For no reason I never used a bad word and never yelled at him, yes I raised my voice a little because he did not let me explain what was going and keep saying there is nothing I can do. I have to wait 45 min outside for the other manager Miranda who would had email them on my behalf to see if she got better luck than me.I’ll will never ever in my life visit this store. Playing with my time and my family time for mistake that they make.

Worst store ever. Employees dont know what they are talking about. General manager is a Joke. Cant explain policies correctly and waste peoples time. Store is always a mess and it is filthy.1 star is still too much for this place.Corporate complaint was made and was advised that it is not the first incident store has had with bad customer service.Please go elsewhere

Store has a very disorganized customer service system

This Zara is a 2 story department store. The bottom floor is all women and girls while the top floor is split between Men and Kids. The kids section is divided between boys and girls with sizes starting at 3m.The store is clean and well organized. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lines can be long upstairs as there is usually just 1 cashier.The clothing selection is trendy/modern. They do a great job keeping up with seasonal wear.Prices:$ cheap$$ moderate$$$ moderately expensive$$$$ expensive$$$$$ luxuryZara rates: $$-$$$

Very organized during COVID and includes sanitation station at the front. Same great styles and friendly service. Adjusted times of operation tho but feel safe inside the store with not many customers and someone to take count at the door.

I like this one more than south coast location mainly because of the store arrangement. This one has womens downstairs with mens and kids upstairs, each feels like their own department. Theres an escalator and an elevator towards the back left side of the store. Registers at all departments but the main one is at the lower level. When theyre short staffed or not busy, you would need to be rung up downstairs if youre shopping men or kids. Hand sanitizer located at the entrance, and they have plexiglass deviders at the registers. They also have announcement through their speakers to recommend wearing masks and I do no recall seeing a signs to require masks. I could be wrong though...

The clothes are stylish; price reasonable; store organized and clean. The store people were courteous. They just did not carry plus size. I could only purchase shoes and perfume!

The line to pay took 45 min, once again. The manager needs to open an additional register.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once again the sales associate was nasty and rude. I think I am now done with this store and will be uninstalling the app. You dont get to treat people who are spending their money any kind of way and from what I saw, it is definitely allowed. No thanks. Other stores here I come!

I absolutely love Zara stores. I used to work in one back in the days when I lived in Russia. I am so excited that Zara opened so close to my house! I will give this store 4 stars, because their selection of women’s clothes seems limited. It maybe because of the size of the store, I am not sure, but other locations like Cerritos have more options.

This store is okay, not much to see or choose from. Store pretty empty not much inventory.

My friend and I were treated horribly in that store. Very rude and unprofessional. Called customer service and they gave no resolution or compensation. Just remember word of mouth is best advertisement and I will make sure everyone knows how we were treated our 1st time there!

This is one of my favorite places for childrens clothes that look designer but at a reasonable price. Staff at this location is good too.

Sleek, modern, very trendy clothes retailer - the Towson store is very much like the store in Tysons Corner VA. Young and diverse staff are very friendly. Reasonably priced clothing ranging from street clothes/sportswear to business casual. European-based retailer so clothes sizes run small.

I Love Zara its one of my favorite stores, I often shop there at least twice a week and thats no lie, Ive met some very nice and amazing people who worked there in the past and who works there now. P.s., will your company consider doing a, by one item at the regular price and get the other one 50 percent off,.....its just a suggestion. Thanks Miss. VeeVee

This store lacks quality service. I shop here quite often but this recent experience will definitely change that. I purchased a jacket a few weeks ago that caught my attention. A few weeks later I saw the same jacket on sale so I decided to purchase this one and return the old one at full price since I had never worn it or taken it out of the bag. When I got home I noticed I purchased the wrong size and decided I would take them both back and swap them for the correct size. Upon my return, an associate rudely told me I could not swap the jackets because they had a 24 hr hold on return policy. When talking with a nice associate in the kids department, she persuaded me to buy it at the sale price online and then return he full price one once it arrived. Long story short, I went into the store today to return the full priced jacket. After waiting in the extremely long checkout line for over 15 minutes, I was told I had to receive store credit (even with my receipt) because it was past their 30 day return policy (How ironic. It had literally been 31 days). The associate called the manager over, who directly told me he needs to make sure I didn’t wear it. He then proceeds to sniff the jacket multiple times and over examine the jacket (which I remind you was in the bag from the time I purchased it). This act was belittling and unnecessary. I have contacted their corporate office but they were very little help in understanding or solving the situation.

The only downside about shopping in Zara is they do not have shopping bags so you will walk around the store with all your items in hand which can be really annoying. But I managed to find a few stuff so cant really complain too much

This Zara is constantly out of inventory for kids clothing. Also one of the few Zaras I know that will not sell clothing that is on the mannequin, even of it is the last outfit/size in stock. The staff here is also not as friendly as the the Santa Anita, Glendale and south Coast Plaza stores.

Great clothing choices and prices, but they only had one cashier upstairs and three floor workers - not sure why they didnt open another register.

Baby clothes are awesome but quality and sizing of adult clothing is poor. Their return policy is awful, be warned before shopping here. Employees have attitudes and move at a glacial pace. Really non existent customer care.

I know this place has a lot of bad reviews so far in regards to customer service, but it is still a relatively new location so I think a majority of the employees arent seasoned yet. However that being said, they could spare to be more cheerful and polite to the customers. Hopefully this improves soon.

Zara claims to have exceptional customer service, which I am here to say otherwise. I have 3 orders placed and have them to be picked up at the store. I received notifications of each individual orders arrived at the store in Victoria Garden, Rancho Cucamonga CA on 3 different days (10/15, 10/15, 10/21). I came in to the store myself on 10/22 and showed an associate all 3 emails confirmations. She came back, handed me just 1 box, and stated that my other 2 weren’t there. She did not validate my ID. As she was walking away, I also realized that package she gave me was not mine, I immediately gave it right back and asked for a manager to look for my packages.He repeated what the associate had said that my packages have not arrived at the store and shirked the problem off to customer service line. I called customer service and filed 3 claims on that day 10/22 and they promised me they will find my orders and that the 3 orders were definitely at the store. She said some one at the store will reach out to me shortly.10/23, my Zara app showed all 3 of my orders have been “delivered” on 10/21. To my horror, I called customer service back that this information have been falsified by the store. I DID NOT come to the store on 10/21. I requested that if they have lost my packages or delivered them to the wrong person (most likely since no ID was checked on my end), I need a full refund on all 3 of my orders. Falsifying delivery status is unethical at the store level. Again, Zara customer service said they will investigate and follow up in 24-72 hours.Today, 10/29, since no one has followed up with me from Zara, I decided to call Zara to see what the status is. The claim is still pending per customer service. I asked to speak to someone who is in charge of this process and the person told me out right “they are not available at the moment” and offer me another 24-72 hours call back. He also disclosed that every time I called, my case gets pushed back to the bottom of the inquiry. Again, I have no answer about my refunds or what is the status of the investigation at the store level. And instead of making it urgent, my case lost priority because of their lack of follow-up.My 3 orders together total to $522 and change. For convenience and straight forward purposes I have them delivered at the store. It turns out, it became a scam. Neither store associates or Zara customer services have any clue on how not just 1, but 3 packages all went missing. The most disturbing part is the store falsified delivery status of all 3 on the day I did not present in the store (do please check your store camera).Zara claimed to have a scanning process in place and assure that 3 of my orders were scanned in at the store. Then it is clearly there is a problem with packages handling and honesty issue at Victoria Garden, Rancho Cucamonga CA branch.Since I have not received any of my orders, I requested my refunds. Zara customer service has not been helpful and I find myself chasing for my packages and now my refunds without any direct answer.I clearly see now that if I let Zara take care of this matter, they possibly will follow up in a few days saying exactly what the store has falsified that I have received my order when in fact I DID NOT.I write this to demand a follow up on investigation and full refunds on 3 of my orders. Also, I need everyone to be aware of what horrifying customer service Zara provide and there is no protection to the customer against the unethical business at the store level.11/05/2019 Zara finally called and basically “apologized” about bad practice at the store . However, they REFUSED TO REFUND ME because the packages were picked up. Zara basically said:“sorry ... we messed up giving your orders to someone else ... that person signed for it... and now you gotta pay for it... sorry again for our bad practice”.WOW

So more enjoyable if they put the perfumes ANYWHERE BESIDES right in the line for ALLERGY PEOPLE TO SUFFER before paying for merchandise. It is NOT CHEMICAL FRIENDLY. IVE SPOKEN WITH CASHIER SEVERAL OCCASIONS she just do this👁️

Very very very rude service. Wife walked in and there two sales people sitting by the front door at a table. Looked my wife dead in her eyes...said nothing at all. My wife quickly made a U-turn and left back out. That’s not how you treat your guest and buying customers. Good luck with first impression at this location.

My daughter ordered a dress on line. She received it on a Friday. On Sunday she went to exchange it for a different size.Apparently the dress she received had the inside tag cut out of it. The price and other tags were still on it, as she didnt wear it.Zara would not let her return it because the inside tag was cut out. My daughter explained this was the way the dress arrived.They would not budge. My daughter was very upset and reached out to the chat line to ask for help. They again refused to accept an exchange.I am VERY dissatisfied with the customer service. Apparently the dress had been returned by someone else with the tag cut out.But now my honest daughter is stuck with a $50 dress that does not fit. Such a shame!

Bought a couple of things here on my last visit, totally love shopping at Zara. Sucks I gotta drive way out the way to check out some stuff, but totally worth it.

Believe the bad reviews about terrible customer service. Bought a $75 green button up blouse at the Victoria Gardens location and wore it once. Washed in cold water per the instructions and hung to dry. The top shrunk to half its size and now I’m stuck with it. Contacted online customer service and was told the item needed to be taken back to the store for return. Went to the store and was directed to call customer service. Bottom line, I got the run around and no refund for their defective product. Last time at Zara for me.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Their credit card machine froze at the end of a transaction on December 2 2016, when I was purchasing two items with my bank debit card. Manager called over and the transaction was redone. When I looked at my account online an hour later I saw I was double charged and immediately called the manager. Was assured charge would disappear over weekend. Was still on my account the next week and I called back and was told by manger she would contact head office and they would take off the charge, nothing could be done at local store. Thats crazy, they double charged me, they knew and admitted they did, and they should be able to immediately credit me! Not the case with this big foreign chain store. I was given an 800 number where I spoke with people about my case . They assured me the money would be returned back to my account in a matter of days. It is now over a month later and the money has not been returned. Now they are saying my bank PNC will not accept credit! My bank said that is not true, there is no such thing as not accepting a credit. Such a simple mistake should have been resolved immediately and simply at the local level!

I can always find something very nice for my 7 year old daughter. Did not understand why we could not buy the jacket on th mannequin, from a customer service perspective.

I was in this store few days ago, there was good selection of clothes, but I was not able to complete my shopping. The music inside the store was too loud!!! It was very distracting and annoying. I sympathize with the sellers who are forced to spend the whole day in such an environment.

REALLY BAD!!!! DO NOT SHOP ZARA. Customer service and return policies are unheard of!! Purchased a childs jacket and I specifically asked about the return policies. I was given wrong information. They arent able to do a credit card lookup or give store credit!?! I have NEVER come across a store that could not accommodate even store credit. I wasnt given a receipt, there was no receipt in the bag! When I tried to return the jacket I was unable to do anything but get the same item but in different size( I had found a better quality jacket elsewhere)I do not want the same jacket. The employee didnt even know who the manager was! The manager was unable to help me, customer service was unable to help me. I even offered to get a bank statement showing I purchased the item. Now I guess Im donating a jacket.

If i would give them -0 stars i would do that, but unfortunately there is no -0 stars.I paid for a jeans 50$, tried it once but it was big, i brought it back to the store to return, they didn’t accept it they said it’s worn because there are wrinkles on the jeans, omg what an excuse!!!! Now i trashed 50$ because their return policy is unacceptable and unusual. They told ne that based on the rules they cannot resell the jeans with wrinkles omg what a big problem.Material is so bad, customer service is bad they don’t respect people and they are paying so much money for trash material! They told me to call customer service on the phone just so they don’t deal with me in store !!!!😡😡 this is so annoying. I suggest closing the store better than getting these bad reviews.Don’t go to this store at all and never in your life.

Worst customer service. Ive been to almost all Zaras in the LA area, and have never had this type of exprience. I was ignored at the register line for over 15 min while the employees were talking. They probably noticed I had a return, as soon as another customer walked up with a purchase they offered to help. I did let the cashier know ive been waiting. When she called me up (in a bad manner) she acted as if she was doing me a favor and not her job. No acknowledgement nor apology for skipping me. SMH.

Love this store and brand. Needs a little organization in the department of discounted items.

3.6 stars in general for this gorgeous store is alarming. I would like to take the time to write this review and actually request corporate office to contact me via message. I wanted to express my experience with the manager on Monday February 25th 2019 on shift Miranda. By the look of the rest of the reviews its seems like they have changed a few managers around. It can be depending on the shift since its a retail store. The store is beautiful and is in a perfect location for the IE. However how can such a great store have such poor talent working here? Its a customer service issue clearly and it will reflect on sales for this location. My experience consisted of bad looks poor attitude and the own manager. Nobody was smiling nobody was greeting. In addition I went in to do an exchange and Miranda the manager yelled out to me and my fiancé the line starts over here on the right side of the register. When we had originally went in to ask for the exchange it started in the middle. Surely after we waited in line other people kept lining up in the middle. She seen the line built up and didnt say anything to make anyone move to the right side. I thought it was weird she was so rude to me and my fiancé. It was like she was in a bad mood or I we bothered her. I wrote this review to express how people feel and how experiences matter. Why not hire a manager or employees that like to smile and greet and help. Plenty of people out here enjoy retail and have a passion for helping others. lets find good talent for this Rancho location. I love Zara this store deserves it!

Zara at Towson Town Center, Maryland, managers name Matthew, Is the most disgusting person I have ever met in my life. In past I have purchased product from Zara and had it changed at the store. But this time my experience with Matthew was disaster, it seemed like he was being very racist hateful hateful and ignorant.I went to the store as I had to exchange something that I have bought online, Mathew tell me that they can only exchange the same products for different size only. We requested him enough to give us a store credit for the items we can purchase something else but he would not. He was being very mean rude loud and showing us that he was really mad at us and want us to leave.

Very large Zara with a broad variety of mens and womens clothing. The store was very clean and well organized.

Extremely poor customer service. I prefer to drive to the Annapolis location. Ive been going to Zara for years and this was by far my worst experience. Terrible.

This location needs a lot of improvement. Very messy and the girl working the fitting room was very rude and lazy telling customers to find their own dressing rooms and to properly hang everything back on the hangers and bring them back out. When I brought everything out I hung them on the wrong rack and she snapped at me.
