Thank you, Drew, for making me fall in love with my bike 100% again! I was down to 95%😞 after 4 adjustments to the gears in 5 months. Drew has the magic touch (usually called expertise but I will just call it being the bike whisperer).

Normally I dont write many public reviews, but I was so overwhelmingly pleased with the service from Ronny and Erin and InCycle, I had to add a review. I was in the market for my dream bike and walked in with one in mind. Ronny spent so much time asking questions and offering options to make sure that when I made this investment, I made the best choice for me. He was patient, a great listener, and very knowledgable. A totally different vibe found in many of the bike shops that sell high end bikes and are bike snobs. Its clear this shop can help you whether you are looking for an entry level bike or a gorgeous high end road or mountain bike. I felt respected, heard and trusted the advice that was offered. Great selection even at this time. The people working there were very helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is that the helmet I bought had two price tags, one was $10 higher and I ended up getting charged the higher price.

Went in for a new chain. They were very busy but installed it, adjusted shifting a bit & now good to go.

Id like to acknowledge Ronny, Andrew, Kyle, and Tyler.These guys are awesome. Theyve repaired my mountain bike seat, attached a child seat that my 21month old LOVES!, Helped me put a chain back together and get me and my little girl back on the road.I struggled with the chain for at least an hour, then took it to Incycle and the hooked it in under 30secs. These guys rock.Big props to management for cultivating a serene environment with intelligent personable people.I cant say enough about these guys, and one young lady whos name I didnt get. She rocks too!!!

I love this bike shop! The people are great and they have a huge inventory of bikes and parts.

There was particular bike I wanted and they had the size and color. I usually get all my bikes from another shop but they did not have what I wanted. Spoke to Meg over the phone on my request and she made it happen along with a price match. Meg and her team made it very easy for me on this transaction, this shop is way out of the way from where I live but I will definitely be back. Thanks Incycle in Rancho 🤘

Great shop! Took my bike in for them to finish a build that I had already started. Tyler was awesome and listened to what I wanted them to do to my bike. He explained the process and what his expected outcome was. Made sure he answered all my questions and told me hed be in touch if he had any questions. Its not just Tyler at Incycle that is like this, the whole crew is amazing.

I give it 3 stars because the guy that picked up the phone (I think it was Taylor) when I called was really nice and attentive. Unfortunately they kept me on the phone for a while to then hang up on me.I was asking for availability of a product to go purchase it directly at the brick and mortar location. I ended up buying it somewhere else. Guess they should keep better track of customers waiting on the phone.

Bought a bike that had some minor configuration issues. I brought it back in and they fixed it on the spot in and out in less than 10 minutes. If I could give more stars I would.

My first visit for service. Mechanic listened to what I needed, then confirmed afterwards. Upon pick up, the counter man gave great customer service. The price was more than reasonable. I will return.

Was visiting from Utah for a local biking event and lost during travel the seat post wedge for my Dogma F8. They did not have one in stock but borrowed me one from a new bike. I rode up 5 mins before they closed. The staff members allowed me to view the store while they were closing up and allowed me to purchase a few accessories for my bike. Everyone was kind and made me feel welcome there. I bought a water-bottle cage and they even filled up my water bottle for me! It was a real pleasure working with them. Im very glad they focus so much on customer service. If you are in the market for a bike or need any accessories, these are the people to visit first!

The shop was really great to deal with in renting a road bike to use over the weekend. It had good bikes available, and the service was very good. One of the staff took the time to show me possible areas to ride and even offered to give me his personal phone number in case I got lost.

Amazing shop and customer service. The San Dimas store is bigger and has quite a bit more in stock though. If you know what you want just go in and ask, theyll get sent over from any of their other stores. They are there to answer all your questions and let you test ride anything they have.

Bought my first new bike 13 months ago, since I couldnt pay in full at that moment they suggested I take 0% interest option. Which I did and I have been paying every month. But i got shocking news this month, I owed $666 in interest charges (pretty demonic). I fell into Wells Fargo trap and they have my money. If Incycle customer service was on top of their list, I would think that a simple easy reminder would have been a tremendous gesture. They know i took the financing and i do receive emails from them each money to buy more stuff. I was a cycling newbie and all I think of is that Incycle and Wells Fargo high fiving each other at my failure of realizing their trick.

Called these guys on Labor Day because I needed a new wheel quick release bolt. Although they answered the phone, they had already closed the registers and the shop was closed.Told me to come down anyways and took care of me. Just moved to the area, so I had not been here before, but I will definitely be back.

Needed to replace a tire pump and found a nice Specialized pump that does Schrader and Presta valves. Steel base and aluminum barrel construction is way better than the cheapie plastic pump I was using.

Went here to look for a beach cruiser, will be getting the electra 7D instead. Very very very great place for customer service, tentative, no pressure, hassle free, knowledgeable place to buy a bike.
