Very very unhappy with competitive edge cyclers service. I purchased cycling shoes and tried them out that same day (lightly) to see how they actually performed and felt. Unfortunately Not what I expected but I wasn’t to worried because on the receipt and on the website of competitive edge cyclery they clearly state that any returns within 30 days of purchase would be refunded or replaced, in this case a refund. I spoke to Mark the owner of both shops and he just gave me the runaround without even looking at the shoes ! Don’t recommend this place at all if your considering going here go to Incycle or Roy’s instead !!

These guys are awesome, they helped me with dismantling, packaging and shipping of a mountain bike across country. Responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, highly recommend them for your biking needs. .

I am very impressed with the service and quality of this shop. I am very short, so I required an extra small bike. They had exactly what I wanted and Brian very very knowledgeable. He was friendly, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I highly reccomend this shop!

I have gone to Competitive Edge a few time over the 5 years I have lived in this area. They have always been extremely helpful and, if you catch them at the right time, they have a quick turnaround. Before they moved to their new location on Foothill, just a little bit West of their old location on Haven, I had them help me with, not just my bike, but my jogging stroller. I am always comparing when it comes to pricing and Competitive Edge really has the competitive edge on pricing. Reasonably lower than the other local bike shops with MUCH better customer service! I definitely recommend them!

Very friendly

I came to Competitive Edge Cyclery last week to assemble a bike I bought offline. They did a full assembly for $70, which is a little overpriced for me. But the staff was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be coming here for my future bikes and for accessory shopping!

I have cerebral palsy affecting my ability to change gears and brake with my right hand. I began looking for a hybrid bike at a chain sporting goods store in Rancho Cucamonga. When I asked the salesman what he had in adapted bikes, he gave me every reason why he COULD NOT adapt any of the bikes. I drove down Foothill Boulevard, seeking another opinion or option and stopped in at Competitive Edge. After explaining what I was looking for, Andrew stated he COULD adapt any bike. I just had to pick what bike I wanted. Andrew is an outstanding technician and had my Cannonade bike ready in four days. He even recommended a bar end so my right hand was more secure and comfortable. This bicycle store is outstanding, with caring and outstanding employees.

Great service, even for beginners like myself that had lots of questions.Thank you Andrew for taking the time to explain. I love my bike Giant Fast Road.

Okay i dont normal write reviews but this bike shop is that good.nice group of guys real chill and helpful. Not like other places were all they want is to make a sell. if you want cheap go to Walmart, there not the cheapest shop around but they have great customer and bike service. You get what you pay for and it also wont cost you An arm and a leg.

The bike I originally purchased here was stolen. They worked with me and arranged another Giant Cypress to there shop. They have kept it tuned up as well. Thank you guys for all your help.

I bought a 2017 Giant Talon 2. Ive had several problems with defects. They have delt with them but I do feel a little decieved as they seemed to have knowledge about the defects and they did not inform me of the defects these models comes with. Andrew himself acknowledged that they were having a lot of problems with those models unfortunately he had told me about two weeks after I purchased the bike not when I was looking to buy so I feel decieved. Dont get me wrong they have great attitudes but honestly I wont be returning for business on my next purchase. No real apologies either, Ive gone a total of 3 times for various defects some which could have caused real injury. I guess I just had a bad experience here.

Rude. Bought some bike parts then decided to browse the bikes. Husband was asked not to touch anything. We probably should have returned the part right then and there but we are here on vacation to ride. Weve been riding these hills since before the counter boy was even born so he really needs to knock his attitude down about 12 notches. Will just drive out to Jenson next time.
