I had such a great customer service experience with Bob. He helped purchase an item over the phone and even helped with the instructions on purchasing the shipping label on UPS. I was able to email them the label and Bob shipped my order as soon as he could. Such a great time! Id recommend you guys to anyone I know!

Its a great shop for expertise and skill level. However the customer service is lacking. The mechanic, an elder guy pretended not to know me even though i just dropped my bike off 30 minutes ago and I have been customer there for months. I would never treat my customers this way as business owner. i never presume on our relationship no one is obligated to shop anywhere.

I called to schedule a tube replacement on a kids bike. They were very accommodating and had us go in the same day. The service was very quick and friendly. On our way our I remembered that we needed a bike kick stand. Bob, one of the staff members offered to put in on for us. It turned out that it had to be sized down to fit the smaller bicycle. They did all that complimentary and though it took longer than anticipated, they were incredibly friendly. With 5 bicycles at home I think we just found our new bike shop. A+ for the customer experience, excellent service!

I was referred to this shop by a friend. This shop is just what I needed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. No one tried to push products that I didn’t need. I visited the shop for bike servicing and they repaired it ahead of the promised time. I was more than satisfied with the service. This will be my go-to shop moving forward. This is the best place to take your bike to get it fixed. They did a good job with my bike and got it back to me quickly. They sell lots of very nice bikes including quite a few electric ones.

Got two Electric Bike from the store, they were very help and answered all my questions and made a solid recommendation. They didnt try to upsell me but sold me what I think was the best solution for what we wanted.

We always bring our bikes here for service. They are always helpful, and very no pressure. Quick, simple service with a smile. And they are way more reasonably priced than other local bike shops.

It was amazing how they were able to help so quickly with as many people that were in the shop. Also you had all accessories that I wanted for my bike in stock, along with the bike I wanted unlike the majority of other shops. You were also able to put the bike on hold for me until I was able to make it in. So far a very good shop. Lets see what happens when I start getting some serious upgrades for my bike. Excellent service from they cycle team. I called to repair my bike because it wasn’t fully assembled quickly. Was given the next day to pick it up then contacted me a few hours later that it was ready to go. Talk about honest and reliable.

People here have no brains I called to see if they could put my breaks on and they said yes they can put them on today so I went in the store and I went yo the Service guy and he said it will take him 3 weeks to put them on MAYBE NEXT TIME ASK BEFORE YOU SAY YES

Theyre really a 4.5. Ive had positive experiences with them. Sometimes the salesperson (depending upon who you get) might not have the best personality, but theyve steered me in the right direction. The tech Ive met seems legit, but hes a bit reserved. Just be aware of that. Theyre out of stock on EVERYTHING, but so is every other shop, at this point. If you live in Rancho and you need a bike shop, theyre the first place I recommend.

Amazing experience! I went in not knowing exactly what I needed and was helped out by one of the managers Bob and Jordan. They were GREAT! Went in about 20 mins before they closed and they helped as if I was their very first customer of the day.

Great customer service, though slightly higher prices compared to online options. You pay for customer service though, and the ability to gawk and try things in my opinion justifies the added expense. Anytime I think I could have saved $20 online I remember the times I’ve ridden in and had a question to receive on the spot service out of kindness. One time I rode in on a really hot day and I had forgotten my water bottle. The workers noticed, grabbed a bottle off the shelf, filled it up, and put it on my bike. Seriously, you can’t beat this place. I’ve purchased three bikes and been a customer for about 10 years now. Always a pleasure to do business with.You can’t possibly receive that level of customer care from anything other than a brick and mortar store, and they still go above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoys the sport.

These guys are fast! I needed an inner-tube replaced and called them on the phone. They said to come on in. I got there and they put in a new inner tube in about five minutes. My experience in this COVID era is that a lot of things take longer. These guys did a repair on the spot.

Incredibly rude staff, very unprofessional. The guy working today (4/14) did not offer any greeting, dismissively asked “what are we here for?” I explained that me and my partner are looking for a bike to get exercise as our gym is closed. He said they are not open for “browsing“ during the Covid situation. He wanted to know what specific brand and type of bike we wanted. Clearly I was there to shop and find a bike based on stock and recommendation from staff. He finally agreed to let us come in, but only one at a time and separately although there was another set of customers in there together. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.

I wanted to see the variety they had maybe I could buy a speed bike but management didnt let me in stating there was nothing for me to see there when theres hundreds of bikes just seating there.

They are very professional and nice even though I did not buy my bike from them. I was prepared to pay some serious money to have fix my dragging rear tire fixed, but I was in an out in less than 5 minutes, they made some adjustments completely fixed my problem with no charge. I wont be going anywhere else for all my cycle needs in the future! They made my whole week. I thought I was going to have to leave my bike for at least a week.

Timely and proper service on my aero wheel when it had a bent spoke and a stripped nipple; Cyclery ordered parts and serviced my wheel in a couple days. Servicing a wheel definitely takes some know-how and labor of love at times, I knew I was in good hands when the mechanic was chatting with me about how he rebuilt his bontrager wheel with brand new spokes. Now my wheel is true as a fact and all the spokes are at the right angles, proper. I would recommend Cyclery’s services to others and go back for my future needs.
