Had the part I needed. Paid online and picked up in store, very convenient.

I love the NAPA stores because they cater to those of us that work on our cars. Online orders are usually at the store the next day. If the store has them in stock, I must go there. Most orders I buy online are stuff that the stores dont stock. But I know that they can get me parts for cars Ive worked on from before WWII.

I called 2 other places and NAPA is the only one that had what I needed. They also helped me save some money.

I just purchased the Highly reccommended 3 m cleaner from U tube to clean your fogged headlights it works great . I waited 2 monthsPep boys, and O Rielys doesnt sell it . I wonder why ? be sure to check it out on U tube .

They were a little short of help, but who isnt right now?They had what I needed and Great Customer Service. Oh and I would have had to waited 5 days plus paid 10 bucks more from Amazon.

Unreliable, Ordered a shock for my car on Friday and they said it would arrive on Saturday. They said they would call and they never did. I called twice and was told, Let me call the DC and get back to you needless to say they never call me back. I called again and was told, They havent gotten back to me. They are trying to locate the part.Poor communication, I never got my shock absorber, NEVER AGAIN! I could have just ordered them from AUTOZONE!!!

Always a positive experience at this location. Today Scott helped me find rear drums and brake shoes.

Service was great and there were 4 mature people at the counters eagerly helping people. Unfortunately my part is hard to find but these folks spent at least 20 minutes looking and calling places that may have it and FOUND it. not like their competitors who hire kids with no car knowledge and seem to screw around in the back instead of helping people and when the finally come out, all I hear is uhhhb, ummmmm, whats that? Cant look up the part without a part number. Napa found it by just a picture.Its for a classic 31 Hot Rod and Im very grateful for the folks at Napa for what they did. Thank you!

10% discount with your AAA card... my shock was 26 dollars. I didnt get a 5 star rating because there was no music playing in the background. just a very quiet front counter.

If I could rate negative stars i would. Worst auto parts store in the area. I went in a year ago looking for a part and when they finally helped me out they didnt have it in stock and took my business across the street. A week ago I decided to give them a 2nd chance and again I went in looking for a battery and they never offered to help me. Worst service ever.
