Too expensive the guy overcharged me on a easy fix i needed it done Emery status so I went ahead and gave in to this spot. Didnt even seem to want to give any type of discount even after he charged me 80 per hour of labor and took him 30minutes and he still charged me 160 for 2 hours of labor that I didnt receive you can tell the shop owner us greedy never going back again.

Absolutely amazing ! The service here is phenomenal!, I came in right when they closed and Eli was still more than happy to assist me this was my first time dealing with a car accident and he walked me through what I had to do and made it very easy, they work fast and I had my car back within 2 weeks Great service and good pricing this will be my place to come to whenever I need it !

My dealer told me I needed break pads and sensors and was going to charge me $480. I took it to Hilo Collision Center to get a better deal, after a thorough check they notified me that there’s nothing wrong with my brake pads are at 60% and I could probably drive another 25,000 miles without having to change them.Hard to still find honest people in this world. Loyal customer from now on.

THEY MADE MY CAR BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!!! i had gotten in an accident, the replaced all damaged parts, detailed the whole car, and they went above and beyond and cleaned up ALL the garbage my ex had collected and made it safe for my kids to ride in 💗💗💗💗💗 i used to dread riding in my car because it was so trashed they are SAINTS for dealing with the horror that was inside my car. I didnt even recognize it! I HIGHLY recommend Hilo Collision Center!!! I cried tears of joy i was so happy :) thanks to eli and all of his employees!!!

These guys are life savers!My driver-side door jammed and wouldnt close any more. I called and talked to Eric to explain my situation and he told me to come in. Within minutes of getting to the shop Eric pulled my car in and the crew starting working on it to diagnose my issue.15 minutes later Eric brought in the broken part, explained with clarity what is broken, and gave me a quote. They ran out to go buy the parts and took care of it the same day.So service is awesome, communication is clear, the waiting area is clean and pretty trendy - feels like Im in someones living room. They have complementary wifi, coffee, and water. 100% recommend this place.
