They expedite the repairs as quickly as my insurance company gave them authorization.Great Team from front office Staff to mechanics. Im so glad to get my ride back. It was a serious blow out they got me back on the road again.

Excellent service! Body and paint repair to the hatchback. Lou promised three days & was done in two. Sharp Image provided the best bid of three surrounding body shops, and the quoted price WAS the final price. They even washed my car, including vacuuming the inside and providing air freshener. Friendly and professional service through and through. I would absolutely recommend Sharp Image Collision Center!

Completely shocked at the reviews. Our company has used this collision center now 5 times in probably the last 2 years. We were originally referred by our insurance. All 5 claims were handled with care, in a timely manner and with the greatest communication every step of the way. Time frame is reasonable and cost billed to my insurance is reasonable. Our vehicles returned to us like new. Definitely will return again if needed.

Do not take your car here. The work they put out is poor. I had a few dents to be removed through my insurance and u could tell there was a dent job done, the paint is foggy, there are some unpainted spots and it chipped already. They must of had the windows open cause the inside was filthy behind my seats and dash. Not to mention that it took almost a month because they fixed the wrong sections when I made it very clear that the dents were at the same height in the spots I pointed out. I noticed even more slight ding dents on the other side now. They must have there kids working here cause thats the type of work they put out. I was unable to add photos of filthy dusted inside, smudge that wont come out near one dent, cut in my leather seat from not removing belt tools or knife, spilt white spots of some sort on top of my bed cover. And dull paint.

Got my bummer painted they hooked it up all the time 5 years later Im back to get a new paint job on my bimmer

My son was in a minor accident. The bumper on the car he hit was damaged. The gal got 2 estimates for the repairs. The Sharp Image estimate was half the price of the other repair shop. The gal said she shared with them that it was a teenage boy who was going to pay for the repairs and asked if they would work with us. They did. They were very pleasant. We felt they were fair and reasonable. Everyone we encountered (We spoke to 4 people) were kind and courteous. The gal whos car needed repair said she had been to them before and had great service. She trusted their work and was happy with them. I felt like we were treated fairly. Thank you :)

I was recommended to this shop by my insurance company for a car accident that I had. After three weeks, they returned my car with a new broken piece and a half done job on my bumper. After complaining to them, they told me to take it up with my insurance because they could not help me anymore. They lack customer service and professionalism.

Won’t take my car there ever again!! I took it there because of my insurance but they did a messy job and had my car for almost a month. I would expect to have my car in perfect conditions after being there for that long and after thousands of dollars they charged in repairs but yet my car came back with additional damages like scratches here and there not to mention the parts that were replaced not being properly aligned. Please don’t take your vehicle there!! So unprofessional!

Took my car to be repaired got quoted 1620. And 3 to 4 days repair. Got a call the repairs now are 2000 + and what was suppose to be a 3 to4 day repair now turns into a week and a half.

This place is terrible they had my truck for 2 months didnt do nothing i called complained the next day it was ready, went to go pick it up before i even turned in there driveway i can see my truck was all uneven off balance grill hanging low i had to keep taking it back for more than 10 times so many problems nd other things started breaking im not kidding i couldnt take it anywhere else cuz of insurance. PLEASE.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY HAVE THE OFFICE GIRLS WORKING ON YOUR CARS..I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR BUT I COULDNT POST THIS WITHOUT😠

Took my car there for repair.. Receive car back but things were missing from the trunk of my car..i will call my insurance adjuster and let them that sharp image arent trustworthy and Im still waiting for them to replace my items.. and Im still waiting...

They did a horrible job fixing the front of my elantra and I was supposed to go back there for a refix and on my way there, someone rearended me so I decided giving them a second chance and let them finish the front and do the back too. But ofcourse, if you are unproffesional you cannot change that over night. When I picked up the vehicle it smelled horribly like paint inside and their excuse was that they just finished working on the vehicle also the inside of the trunk was full with paint stains and messy. They gave me a quote of 1500 and then called and said that they found more damage which is a lie and now its 3500 - this is their way to make money and scam you and your insurance company. The whole attitude is very hostile and fake. My car is still in bad shape after the horrible work they did and the AC fan which they replaced is noisy but they claim they dont hear anything STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE OR TIME

Brought my car here worst place long waits the staff was horrible especially the owner they Dont use original parts my air conditioner still doesnt work sad part it that it has life time warranty but just dont want to deal with them...

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. when I got there and parked on the side of the road. I saw a person who works at the shop pulling out with my car that I left to fix REVVING the Engine and did a DOUNT and he stopped when hes seen me and I asked him to get the f**K out of my car and when I checked the tempreture, the engine was cold. I WOULDNT WISH THIS SHOP FOR ANYONE. #NotRecommended

Im not really done hating this place yet my car has been there since oct.2nd and today is already the 19th each time Ive gone there the car looks more and more damaged my car is brand new they have stuff all over my new seats like if my car was a piece of junk I wouldnt let my friends take there new car there the guys there are all greasy getting in and out of your car not caring if your seats get dirty dont go there if you care about your car

Terrible customer service. Used after-market bumper and had to take it back and back again. Got auth for new bumper and they said would pick up from home. Now they deny that they ever said that. Unfortunately for them I have recordings of the voice mail. :-) Their staff yelled at me and told me to figure it out whenever! DO NOT use this body shop. Poor workmanship and even poorer attitude!
