You can always find what you need at Walmart even if youre not looking for it. Came there to get a fan for my living room and was not disappointed I found a really great fan at an affordable price!

Typically Walmart but this one makes you buy bathroom products in a cordoned of area. Not diggin how Walmart treats everyone as a criminal. Tried to buy a sling shot several times at several locations in the past. Good luck with finding an employee to open the locked display case. I imagine their sales for items in those cases have gone down. Anyhow, it’s Walmart. Cheap and scummy.

This is one of the nastiest Walmart stores I have ever set foot in. I dont feel safe in the parking lot and Ive never felt all that safe inside the store. They never have any items I am looking for and their grocery shelves are empty in some areas and looked well picked over. A lot of the items are behind lock and key, which is inconvenient. Its always a wasted trip to this location. I refuse to even shop there now. I drive to the Folsom store if I have to go to Walmart for anything. To make matters worse, I placed an order online thinking the item (resistance tube workout kit) would be sent to me from a warehouse - new in box. (I paid full price for it. Not discounted for a used product.) Instead, it was hand delivered from this store. The item had been used extensively and had sticky food stuff on the tubing and dog hair on the hand grips. (I wish these pictures could show the nastiness of these tubes better.) The manufacturers paperwork was ripped and crumpled inside the box. The box was taped with Scotch tape and the box was ripped and damaged on the outside. So disgusting. And they are selling this for full price as a new in box item. Its just wrong to be doing that.

The self-serve cash register no longer takes cash, cards only there was only one register accepting cash payments and the line was backed almost clean to the back of the store there were two people in the self-service check out that could have opened the cash register both of them managers and refused to do so just stating that its the weekend and on the weekend employees call out. Not a good experience this time in Walmart.

I love the new ORDER ON LINE AND PICK UP AT STORE!!

None of the self checkouts ever accept cash so you have to go wait in line for 20 minutes to buy a few things and they only have two or three registers open and they’re slow and rude as hell if you’re not gonna except cash then open all your registers that’s why everyone’s going to other Walmart or target because you guys are the worst Walmart

Great customer service. I like the security check place at the entry/exit prior to customers exiting the store. Good selection of product to view and purchase.

The employees here are great! I got $100 cash back in the self check out and didnt grab my money. I realized my mistake hours later and the girls working there had it for me at the register. I was relieved and will be forever grateful

This is a store that is always got people inside, no joke but the ladies who work in the money services department, they are awesome and I think they probably deserve a raise because they dont get told thanks very often. Theyre really nice and super informed!

The store seems to be understaffed, at least during the time I was there. About 4pm Monday June 7 2021. The 5 stars goes to Pierre. This young man was manning the Electronics Department, which was not his department. I was 3rd in line (many more came up during the time i was there) so I could witness his job performance. He stayed cool even when some customers became upset. He dealt positively with each customer, including myself. And he was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions concerning phone cords. (I purchased 3 charging products) . He also actively asked for help from co workers. One customer I witnessed came back from complaining to management and announced that they didnt seem to care. Perhaps upper management should look into promoting Pierre. The least they could do is give this man a raise. He is an asset to this store and it should be recognized. My hope is that corporate will see this post and act appropriately. Because of the service I received, I will return to this store.

Very unorganized, very very low on merchandise. Everything is everywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful, even though nothing was where it should have been.

I noticed that they have really been cranking out the merchandise which a positive for me. Thats what good but my best experience is from ordering on line. I have been successful with the process.😉🌏❤🙏

They have a lot of things a person may need for a reasonable price for the most part. Just dont be surprised if it takes for ever to get help if you need something thats locked behind glass. All in all the employees tend to be knowledgeable and helpful when you can find them.

Great visit. Plenty of merchandise in stock and they already have FALL decor!!!! I always find things that I didnt know I needed and things to make my life better.

I was able to go in and find everything I needed. The store is clean and well stocked.

Super trashy. Yes ... You can get some good deals. BUT... I would rather pay extra money so I do not have to deal with the clientele that shops there. The last time I was there someone threw a box of candy bars at the cashier and accused her of stealing her Iphone. . . really??? And after she was escorted out of the store she proceeded to shove carts at people as they walked out. Smh

I was surprised by how different this one is compared to the ones in Yuba and Sutter County. But I found what I was looking for easy enough. But the selection was minimal. Had to hunt for a restroom. 😂

Rancho Cordova Walmart does have a pharmacy, get your COVID 19 shot while you are there. Typical Walmart experience and as always I love ❤ the clearance section!

Prices are great...staff was friendly...dressing rooms were still closed though...wish san francisco would get a wal-mart, but with all the retail theft going on in sf cant say that i blame them. Smart to stay out.

Crowded, dirty, and out of stock of the item their website said was in stock. Just walking through the store and parking lot made me feel unclean and unsafe. Across the parking lot at Safeway its like a completely different world

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE there should be a sign that states money order machine is out or no more money orders so people dont have to waist 30 minutes standing in line to get a money order just to find out when I get up to the counter that there is no money orders available.. and the money center line at this Walmart is always very slow out of all the Walmart I hate going to this one

Employees are extremely courteous and helpful at times they may not work in a certain department but they are knowledgeable of products that Walmart carries an will go the extra miles to lead you to That Product that I wanted or the next best item...or simply let me know if others stores that are not Walmart carries a certain product but will first make that attempt to see if they have it in stock, now thats just plain old CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is the biggest Walmart I have ever been in! Almost too much walking inside for me, due to size of store and how everything is spread out. Next time I ever go here I will definitely need a motorized cart! Lol

Eric in the Sporting Goods Department is the most knowledgeable Walmart employee Ive ever met! He was very helpful in assisting me to find a rather large order list make him a manager immediately!

Its all right decent store nothing really pops out about it staff are pretty helpful only thing I find annoying is the things that are locked up behind the glass that are usually pretty hi commodity items that are annoying to have to ask help to get sometimes the store reps take a while to get to you to get these items not all the time but just annoying when it happens to be or when you have to buy the items in the cosmetic section at the one register not always a requirement but there were instances where loss prevention starts eyeballing you if you dont buy the items right away or if youre forced to have to send them to the front in order to buy them at specific registers that may be already huge lines for I feel like you should be able to choose whatever register you feel like so you can get out the fastest possible thats why I dont write this five star because of the some of the things that Mess the experience up but one thing that I find cool is the purchase online feature and you can pick it up or have them drop it off to your car

Your treated like an untrustworthy customer. Cameras on you throughout the store. Big screen monitors so everyone can see your business. Health and beauty aids segregated to an enclosed island with the slowest clerk. Most items are on lockdown, so you have to search for the skeleton crew to retrieve the items for you and escort you to checkout. If that isnt enough, you have to stand in line again for a receipt check to be verified before exiting the store.

I live close to this Walmart and its just so embarrassing to the community. The parking lots are always dirty and full of trash, the produce is always half gone or really bad in quality. Theres never any lanes open, self checkout is ok but if you have alot of items, maybe 2 lanes are open. This has been going on forever too long. I could go on and on but I end up going here because other than Safeway its really all we have unless you want to spend 2xs more. Management really needs to step up.

Very disappointed in there lack to respond to an incoming call. I called the 1st time and someone picked up only to be hung up on. Just a bunch of rustling noise and when I said hello the call ended. I tried 2 more times with constant ringing and no answer. I even tried 2 other Walmart just to have the same situation of no one picking up after approximately 3 minutes of waiting. Such a waste of time.

Absolutely never seen a more chaotic, filthy, unwelcoming, never stocked, but pallets crowding isles, unhappy employees, establishment!! I am from Midwest where Walmart is more common and well known but this Walmart discredits the name entirely from the parking lot to the front door to the restrooms to check out !

Weird because closing was only announced twice, So 10:45 and 11:00. The announcers voice was calm and pleasant. Everything thing else was normal including 1/3 of the isles from grocery to little girls clothing blocked by pallets/employees restocking.

Walmart needs to end that check receipt at the door. You have cameras all through the store and at the register I dont need the lady to check my receipt at the door Im trying to get out of the store.

Could be more tidy and clean outside. Fairly ample supply. Please keep all parts inside outside clean. Makes a huge difference in respect.

I feel sorry for how the staff are treated especially for the pay. The staff were awesome and kind. Store was very neat and clean. I dont like that you have to wait in a one register line just to buy a bottle of shampoo before you can complete the rest of your shopping. 20 minutes later...

My go-to store I Love Walmart in Rancho Cordova. Thats my one-stop-shop. I can get groceries, clothes, house hold supplies, and alcohol. 😆 The staff here is so nice and the manger Josh.

Love using Pick Up for dry goods and heavy stuff like dog food and kitty litter. The less time inside, the better because its too hot in there year round.

The store did not know how to process my coupon so they told me I couldnt use it. Went to another Walmart and there was no issue. Employees need better training.

I love this store. Staff is always so nice. Customers can be rude, but that’s people. Found that your Great Value brands are just as good as name brand. Have saved me so much money! Just one complaint. When are you going to get your clam chowder in? It’s the best!! Never have it anymore. Really great on these cold days!

The Rancho Cordova Walmart six, they never have the shelves stocked, the store is always dirty and the people who work there have the worst attitudes, they act like they hate life and hate working there. I only go there if I absolutely have to otherwise I avoid that Walmart like the plague.

Its OK. Kinda dirty and they dont honor the clearance prices. Fresh food is hit or miss. When I went today there was lots of bad and moldy food.

They spend a lot of time following you thinking youre stealing ship from. My turn youll be calling them next week

This store is the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. I given at least 3 reviews for whatever good that did. I have not been there for quite awhile. Ill drive out to the Folsom WinCo instead of shopping here but ran in today to just grab something quick. Went to self check and found out all there are no cash machines anymore. Only card machines. They are not going to dictate how I pay for stuff. And then of course there is only 1 check stand open with a very long lane. I set my stuff down and went to Safeway next door. I would rather pay more money thant this store dictate how I pay. I dont know how Walmart would even want this place to represent them.

Wish it was possible to give no stars at all. Very dirty, nasty, gloomy Walmart. Does not have a lot of food items. Just go to the Walmart on Florin rd and dont waste your time with this one.

Baught a protection plan on the phones I purchased. Waited there three day they asked but still couldnt get the Walmart plan to except. Went to customer service but the woman doing refunds didnt No how to figure it out. She found a worker who could & ask me to wait. After 20 minutes I ask again if the lady could get the Lady who said she could figure it out. After 45 more minutes waiting. I refunded the protection plan. Not satisfied again at Walmart.

Easily one of the worst Walmart locations Ive been to - its usually a staple location to drop in on when in a new town, along the highway etc but this is the worst kept place yet.Sanitation? Nope lol.Everything behind glass? Yep.I interacted with two associates who were genuinely nice but the store itself is highly disorganized, missing selection, price tags, etc. Ill pass on a return visit.

This Walmart has all what you basically need. Its more of a local store than a super store where there are more items at other Walmarts. They have very fresh produce here at an affordable price and the store here is much cleaner than other Walmarts I have been to. They have limited clothing selection but they are high quality soft fabric material and very affordable. So if you just want to get basic supplies and food for your home, you can shop here and its not crazy busy during the week but the weekends does have a lot of people coming and going.

Its Walmart. Awful clientele, areas of the store baracaded due to high theft - force you to pay for your items in that area so you have multiple charges in one shopping instance. Certain clientele reek of weed so much that you can get a contact high. I do my best to avoid this location, but I do end up going back out of necessity.

I had the worst experience with the costumer service representative would not return my amp telling me it was missing piece when I had never opened the box .but not just that they would not return my idem they were extremely rude and the store is extremely dirty and not well keep up. I would not recommend this WalMart at all I will be going some were else for now on
