The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because I can’t give them 10 stars by far the best place to take your vehicle. From the service to the price you won’t find anything better can’t say enough about this place. Al is the best.

Excellent service & workmanship! Extremely honest, they wont do work thats not needed unless you insist. Ex. I brought my van in a month ago to have leakey transmission lines replaced & have a front brake job done. Al told me that I still had 30% life left on the brakes & asked if I still wanted to have them replaced or if I wanted to wait. Today I brought my van in for a heavy oil leak, which they repaired, the mechanic pulled a spark plug to see if it needed to be replaced (mileage was 134K+) while he had everything taken apart. Al showed me the spark plug & OMG it definitely needed to be replaced. This extra service they provide saved me ~$170 in labor if they had to replace the plugs at a different time. If youre looking for an Auto repair shop that you can trust, then Independent Auto is where you want to go!

I want to recommend this place for you auto care needs!! I had went to honest one to get my steering pump fixed and they wanted $1000. I decided to check somewhere else and stumbled upon Idependent. They said they would fix it for $450. They did a great job fixed it fast. And I will never go anywhere else!!

This is an awesome place. My classic Chevy broke down on the road and it was towed here. They took care of my issue quickly at a very reasonable price. Really nice people and I would recommend you give them a try, as Im going back for more work.

Great work, honest and fair prices

I am a first time customer (have gone in twice for issues with my vehicle in the last week) and have been absolutely blown away by the honesty and great service Ive received. They have walked me through all the nuances related to my two issues and have been great about examining things and charging me only for the work theyve done (very reasonable prices/labor charges) and have not tried to up-charge me or suggest expensive fixes for things that have turned out to be very minor. Ive had a lot of issues with different shops being dishonest or overcharging and this is the first one Ive had that I can trust to do the job right the first time with my best interest in mind. Id recommend them to anyone looking for anything from a simple diagnostic to a repair or rebuild!

Great service, honest and ethical management. They fixed the problem for less than quoted and when there was a malfunction with the new installed part, they picked up the vehicle from the house and replaced it at no additional cost. Definitely recommend them.
