First of all let me start by saying that BMW of Ramsey, specifically Andrew, was the BEST dealership experience Ive had in a VERY long time. I walked in and almost immediately was greeted by Andrew, who by the way, already had a client he seemed to be wrapping up with. He did not allow the fact that he was busy stop him from acknowledging me. As I walked around, others approached me in a way that wasnt aggressive but more so in a helpful way (which is rare for ANY dealership). Because he (Andrew) was the first to approach me, I figured I would deal with him. He was VERY knowledgeable, knew everything about all the cars on the lot. Unfortunately, the car I was looking for was not available on their lot. Not to be deterred, Andrew went above and beyond to find the car. 2 months later, I received a call from Andrew stating that not only did he find my DREAM car, he was able to have it ready for me in a day or 2. The fact that he remembered me after 2 months says a lot to his dedication to every customer. I would definitely recommend visiting Andrew at BMW of Ramsey! You wont regret it!

Purchased an Expensive used car over the weekend and was promised to bring the car back for a full detailing because I took the car off the lot and has some scratches, marks and dirt.Saleswoman was sincere asked me to bring the car back and was approved by her manager, however when I brought it back the manager that time was unprofessional, giving me hard time, very arrogant, made us feel like he’s doing us a favors, and finally after raising my blood pressure he agreed on doing the full detailing as initially promised,Very Very disappointed when I came back to find not even a car wash done, in matter of fact the car absolutely worse, now it has foot marks of the people driving the car at the dealer, more fingerprints, and leaves on and inside the car.I asked to see him, same supervisor comes out angry and disrespectful before I say anything he’s shouting and saying that’s it that’s it.Basically; Supervisor arrogant no customer service skills and didn’t seem to care more or less about customer being unhappy.Moral of the story I should have had them sign on the paper before picked up the car and don’t take a verbal promise….supervisor refused to honor the dealer word and wasn’t trust wordy
This was by far the easiest and most stress free car purchase I’ve experienced. I knew what I wanted and my car salesman, Andrew, understood and respected my requests. He provided professional and knowledgeable assistance during the sale, he was overall a great salesman. I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t want and I felt like my requests were heard and delivered professionally. I would definitely recommend this dealership, a great and clean facility with knowledgeable/respectful salesman and financial advisors! My car was delivered to the door and was ready to leave the lot as soon as I signed the documents.

5 stars because of Jorge Batista! Great follow ups, great service, great prices! He respects your time and is knowledgeable about the cars! I just bought an X5 from him and did PCD delivery. Everything went 100% smooth. I drove past 3 other BMW dealerships to work with Jorge! He deserves a raise for his level of service.Now the finance manager (why do they call them that anyway; they dont manage anyone. ) Marcelo Garcia is a total goofball. Id avoid at all costs. And if you get stuck with him, decline everything he says, have your guard up, and quadruple check all numbers including interest rates and fees. This guy is horrible and will lie and cheat and when caught, say this is how I feed my family (by cheating you out of your money.)
I have worked with Veronica Chicas for 6 years and have just bought my 3rd car. She is the best and I will miss her since this is my last car. BMW Ramsey has been very good to us. Even though we drive from Manhattan ( even for service appointments ) it is well worth it!! Thank you Veronica. Without you we would have had to go somewhere else.

Update: still no response from management. Only thing they ever contact me about is money owed to them or trying to sell me a new car. I’ve since spoken to 2 others that have had the same bad experience. I’m starting to think a good amount of these reviews that are favorable are inauthentic.Poor customer experience - had higher expectations for a luxury brand. Tried communicating with management but they could not be bothered. I’ve since moved on to another brand and the experience so far has been significantly better. Management only responding to the positive reviews on here is so very consistent with my experience.When things go well at this dealership you’ll have no issues, but if you have an issue don’t expect it to be resolved. If you’re committed to getting a BMW I’d get it from a different dealership. That said, my X5 needed frequent service and the technology was sub par. The newer ones may be better but from what I’ve read and heard this is typical for all BMW vehicles.
I got a flat tire and ended up at the BMW training center who told me the closest dealership was Ramsey. Drove there 10 min away.12:30 in and out by 2pm. Not bad. Great snack bar and great Service!

Ramsey BMW should write a book on the car buying experience. Period. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I’ll begin with my service rep, Veronica C. If you are fortunate enough to work with Veronica, do it! From the time I connected with her via phone, I knew that I would receive all of her time and attention until my deal was done. Her experience and expertise are unparalleled! I was an out of state customer (drove about 200 miles for my dream car). During my initial phone call with Veronica, I placed a deposit on the car I wanted, as I couldn’t make it into the dealership for a few days. During that time, Veronica was super responsive, answering my inquiries through phone and text. No matter what I asked her, she had a swift and accurate answer. When I drove to NJ a few days later, I was greeted with genuine sincerity as Veronica and I met in person. I was about an hour behind my appointment time, so she had another client (who actually arrived early). For many clients and service reps, this is a logistical nightmare. For Veronica, she handled me (and her other client) with grace. Every T was crossed and I was dotted in my transaction. I also hit a snag because I wanted to use my credit union for financing; however, they were located in MD. For that reason, I would have had to come back to the dealership to pick up my car (which I did not want to do because of the drive). Veronica immediately suggested BMW financing, and sprung into action to find out whether they could match or rival the deal offered by my credit union. Guess what? THEY DID! Veronica talked me through every possible financing incentive and double checked to ensure I would get the best deal. If you are anything like me, you dread going through the finance process. It was seamless. Marcello, my finance person, was also extremely personable, genuine, and transparent. What more can you ask for? Veronica also helped me to negotiate top value for my trade. She even bought me lunch because I was there for a while (mainly due to me deciding what I wanted to do about financing). I drove my beautiful certified 2018 x3 home yesterday, and I cannot say enough about my experience here! We did a lot of research to find the exact car I wanted, and by far, BMW of Ramsey has the best selection (clean car faxes, low miles, most vehicles are certified, and best value for the options they offer!). When my husband is ready to upgrade his BMW in the near future, I know we will make the drive to work with Veronica and BMW of Ramsey. You should too!

Sorry to say my review is being updated because the sales person Matt was not completely honest with me. I was initially impressed with the service I received from Ramsey BMW. So impressed I recommended them to a friend who bought a car as well from them.I was promised a 5 year inspection sticker and when I went in to pick it up with my license plates, they refused to give it to me.It may sound silly but it’s the principle of a promise not kept. What else will they promise you and won’t keep their word. This is BMW we are talking about. How much would it really cost them to give me an inspection sticker that they promised. Ramsey BMW is messing with the reputation of BMW. Poor salesmanship.

I went to the Ramsey dealer two weeks ago asking to see or test drive a 2 series. Nobody wanted to help me and front desk concierge told me to go look at the car by myself! I left the dealer and did not want to return again. But thanks to Matt’s follow up email, I decided to let him know that I was looking to lease a new car, in the 2 series particularly. Matt was very responsive and eager to help from the beginning. I had a wonderful experience leasing a 228i. The process was stress free and pleasant. Matt was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me the exact car that I was looking for. On top of it, he was able to drop the car off to me! I will definitely be back working with Matt with my next purchase! If it wasn’t for Matt I would of gone elsewhere to purchase the vehicle. Highly recommended if anyone is looking to lease/financing a bmw vehicle!

I went in for an oil and air filter change. Hour later my bill is $346 dollars, $190 dollars for labor. Thats highway robbery!. The last time I went in my oil change was $90. No notice of the hourly labor rate and I guess the technicians dont multi task. I did get a nice video telling my my car was fine. I wish someone from the dealership would have the guts to explain this to me. I highly doubt, Ill ever bring my car service again. I should have gone to my local mechanic, at least he wont rip my off. Never again...

BMW of Ramsey deserves more than 5⭐ in my humble opinion. My experience today was actually a very good one. From the momentwe entered the building we were greeted by the young lady at the desk. She contacted the salesman, we didnt have to wait long (very very important). The sales man Andrew greeted us, he wasnt anxious just to sell a car!. He was very patient, we test drove a few cars until my wife decided on which model she liked. (X6) Paper work was processed and she drove off a happy camper. If my opinion counts for anything. I urge everyone to stop on by and say hello, and most of all treat yourself to a BMW. #Satisfied customer.

Absolutely terrible, misleading, lack of communication. The service department made me feel like an interrogated enemy instead of a customer who needed help. Didn’t explain that I’d be charged for a key that I bought from BMW less than a year ago that was still under warranty. I wound up going in there with BMW equipment that was faulty and had to pay BMW to fix it. Outraged!! Absolutely outraged! Couldn’t possibly be more outraged! The experience from buying the key to calling less than a year later all the way to misleading me into paying again left me feeling abused unwanted and scammed.
Dwayne W was extremely helpful and responsive during my recent purchase. As a salesman and product specialist, he willingly shared with me, his knowledge and expertise. I am very happy with my new BMW! I highly recommend working with him. The dealership overall was a good experience.
Oil change, brake fluid change performed for $505. Timely process, good service, however, disappointed that they added a $26 miscellaneous charge for EPA DISP (disposal)/Shop SP for repair order. Could not be reasonably supported by service advisor. They are charging me for oil and brake fluid for $460 and they then charge $26 for disposal. Really? Not a practice to tack on this charge in previous service jobs.

Slick sales person George took advantage of a Vietnam vet. The Vet was able to get a new engine on his 2013 x3. He paid for the labor. When he went to pick up the car George talk him into trading his bmw in for bmw 2015 x5. That cost $35000. His 2013 had a new engine and they wanted it so they could make money on it. They gave him $15’000 for the trade in. In hind site they pull off a real scam. They must of sold the trade in for about $25000. At the time the Vietnam Vet was in the process of moving and did not realize it was a bad deal. They said his x3 needed a new battery and tires so he would be better trading it in even though he just got a new engine. I would not ever recommend this dealership. Sham on them
Great service and time efficient as I lost my vehicle due to the hurricane this past month, BMW acted quick and was able to provide fast and efficient service and needs on the availabilities and in stock of vehicle of my choice. Andrew Araque, was my salesman last year and who I kept in contact of my situation and was able to configure a plan and vehicle of my choice til I was ready. He provided outstanding customer service and worked on getting me into a vehicle of my choice and due to the shortage of availabilities he continued to search the data base for the unique color model and packages that I wanted in the vehicle. I ended up leaving with the new 2022 330i Drive, which was a better fit for me. I am glad Andrew was still around and always kept in contact in asking about my everyday life as well as my experience with my choice of vehicle. His hard work never goes unnoticed and I appreciate everything he has done over the year.
I have been remiss in posting a review for this dealership. A few months ago I went in to lease a new car and make arrangements to trade in my very old, 150k+ mi old Bmw. George Batista was my salesman. He helped me decide what model to get (I had looked on line but was not fully versed in options). I found what I wanted (to be ordered) and sealed a good deal. A couple of months later (yes it takes a long time these days) the car came in. George had been keeping me apprised of the status all along. I made arrangements to get it - in the meantime I had moved to Vt, of which George was aware. We traded all of the docs via email and text so that the day I went to pick up the car it went soooo smoothly. Robert Redcross was my finance manager and that too was so easy. Ease of doing business is a very important part of the buying experience for me, and Ramsey BMW nailed it. Thanks so much guys! (And I love the car…)

My husband and I worked with Jesus Vicioso on leasing a 2021 5 series. The dealership did not have the exact car that we wanted so Jesus set up the process of having the car built for us at a great negotiated price. Due to shortages in chips, power steering issues at the manufacturing level and delays in shipping….. the car took way longer than expected to be delivered but Jesus was very patient with our concerns and very professional in keeping us updated. This is my third bmw lease but the first at this dealership Herbert Allen from the Genius staff was also great in going through all the new technology features of the car once we finally were able to pick up the car and Mr.García from the finance department was also very helpful.
Still love this dealership, but I think they are having trouble (like everyone else) filling open job positions. After waiting two weeks for a service appointment, it took more than two full days before they even looked at my car. Once it was ready and paid for, I waited nearly 20 minutes for them to retrieve it for me. Hoping for a better experience next time.

I would rate the service department around three stars. I scheduled my girlfriends bmw for tire issue and service. The young lady who assisted me with her appointment was actually so helpful. She confirmed with parts that our tire was In stock and scheduled us to the first available date. I do have to say It was extremely hard to get any updates from our advisor or even get him on on the line and it was taking much longer then we had expected but Nicole was able to reach out to the shopforman a couple of times and updated us her self. We just Hope the next service will be a bit quicker.

We adored his positive energy and his amicable personality. He wasn’t pushy, and told us the straight facts of what we were looking at, not using any scam tactics, like many dealerships. Just picked up my CPO X1 and what an excellent experience. Tim Gallagher was the most friendly, polite and diligent sales associate. His obvious priority was to make everything transparent and straight forward while being thorough. The numbers quoted matched the final contract. Danny was patient in reviewing the technology. Robert Redcross handled the financial contract with complete professionalism and clearly explained important service enhancements. All in all a five star first class experience.
Service center is great. I drive from the Bronx. I prefer them over Portchester and BMW of Manhattan.

We just picked up our new 2021 M Sport X3 BMW at Prestige in Ramsey, NJ. My first observation is that the staff professionalism is high, and every representative that we met with was concise, efficient, and friendly. The car was ready for us, and prepoositioned in the front display lobby so it would be out of the heavy rain and we could look it over. (As you might expect, the car was perfectly detailed). We are pleased both with our new X3, and with every staff member we met.

For an extremely seamless buying experience head here and ask for Dwayne. From the test drive all the way to taking the car out of the lot, he was super helpful and ensured all things were in order. The team @ the Ramsey location know what they’re doing and it shows.Even after having a slight taillight issue a few days after purchase, Dwayne took the time to purchase the piece and came to my home to replace the bulb himself (as my schedule didn’t allow me to do bring it to the dealership). Very happy with my experience :)

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience today from BMW Ramsey. With it being MDW this weekend and needing my flat tire to be replaced ASAP, I called BMW Ramsey in hopes they would provide some good news. When I called the service department, I was told that my car was still within the 1 year purchase date and my flat tire would be replaced for free. I then cancelled my entire work schedule for the day to bring it in because I needed the tire badly. Once I showed up, I was told otherwise and no way would the tire be free and there was nothing they could do. In my eyes, that is poor customer service and telling the customer they would deal with it internally with the representative, is not something that makes a customer feel better. I was then told they would match the price I was given by a 3rd party tire shop, that was not done because there was no way they could match it. Meanwhile, it was just about $80 less than they ended up charging me. I was misdirected, spent over 2 hours there and was told they would make it up to me. Very unfortunate that this happened. I was told I would only be charged for the tire and once I received my receipt there was around an additional $100 in labor, fees, etc. Almost $400 spent and 2 hours of my day wasted because someone gave me incorrect information. In my experience, the information given is always honored even if incorrectly given to the customer. You would think they would give a free tire to keep a customer happy and to return...
The staff is friendly, but if you choose to wait for service be prepared to sit a long awhile. Easy to socially distance and there are refreshments, tables to do work and lounge area with Tv’s. WiFi worked well too. I think they forgot to clean my car this past time, but usually they give complimentary wash following service.
I had the absolute BEST experience at BMW Ramsey! They truly understand what customer service is all about and knows how to deliver! They definitely stand out from the crowd. Before going there, I made the colossal mistake of taking my vehicle to 3 other mechanic shops wasting an enormous amount of time and money. It was painfully obvious that none of them had the expertise to diagnose and repair my vehicle properly so BMW Ramsey came to my rescue and pulled me out of the rabbit hole. The facility was very clean & comfortable . Everyone went above and beyond to extend courteous, friendly and professional service. I would like to especially acknowledge my mechanic Paul Adler and my advisor Ted Contoleon. Paul diagnosed the problem without delay and eagerly answered all of my questions & repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. Ted was very kind, informative & helpful as he walked me through the entire process in the utmost professional manner. They really made a great team giving me total peace of mind every step of the way! Im thrilled to have found such a one of a kind gem and proud to be a part of the BMW Ramsey family!5 Star Service. Highly recommend!
If I can give zero stars I would. I made an appointment to view a vehicle. I showed up for my appointment for them to tell me they sold it. With zero remorse and the employees. Spent two hours of my time and money getting to the dealership and they couldn’t care less. I would advise another bmw dealership. They do not care about there customers.

The entire relationship, purchasing and financing process at this dealership has been epic. We were only browsing because we were somewhat in the market of purchasing a new vehicle but had not made a concrete decision. Andrew Araque not only showed us current inventory but also offered numerous options. He listened to what was important to us and he followed up immediately once a vehicle was available a day later. He was well versed on options, provided education on the model we were looking at and seamlessly facilitated the delivery. Andrew gained our trust immediately and if our car performs as successful as all of the elements of our purchasing process, we will definitely remain BMW loyal.
Had a great experience with Jorge (George). Batista. Quickly negotiated a fair lease deal and everyone was easy to work with. Kristin was also really nice and explained the car to me very clearly. Overall a very positive experience and would definitely do business with them again.
Second time buying a car here and a very pleasant experience both times. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service and didnt get a heavy pressure feeling. Nice inventory of cars and beautiful spacious showroom as well.

Jason Sonion was an excellent customer service rep. He walked me through the issues with my vehicle and was very upfront, honest and transparent with me. Jason was very knowledgeable and more importantly, made sure I only took care of the issues which were material in nature.When I brought my vehicle in for service, it was one of the last appointments of the day around 5pm. Seamless, easy, experience ! This is my fourth BMW, and Tim Gallagher, Daniel Frost and the whole Ramsey staff were excellent in their customer service approach -highly recommend !
Try another BMW dealer for service if you can avoid this one. For 50% of occasions in the past 3 years, the Service Department is unresponsive once they intake the car. No loaner or Uber credit offered, while you wait blindly and search for the service department to communicate the service status. Where is my car? Unacceptable service level. Will not purchase another BMW again in my lifetime.
