The ladies seemed bothered they had to help me and they only had one color available in several styles. But I was able to get fitted and have the color I wanted shipped.

I have always hated buying bras (worse than bathing suits IMO). I recently lost a decent amount of weight and my old bras werent fitting like they had before. At the suggestion of a friend I went into the Soma at Crabtree and Natasha greeted me. She was very professional and explained what a fitting would entail. I have never had a bra fitting before and I am over 30. She suggested 2 sizes and the first one fit like a glove. I have never been this size before in my entire adult life and got a tad misty eyed - they got me a tissue. (Not a big deal, but it meant a lot at the time)Hands down these bras are top quality, I could immediately feel the difference. I cant wait to wash and wear my bras! I have never said that before in my life. I will definitely be shopping there for future intimate apparel and appreciated Natashas (and the other staffs) kindness and excellent customer service.

Their bras are well made and supportive! They also have great customer service. Last year, I was fitted & they did an excellent job.I came back this year to get a few more, and decided to buy a wash for them to keep the bras lasting longer. Regina accidentally forgot to put the wash in the bag and called me immediately, but I had already left with kids in tow. I live 45 minutes away so its not easy for me to get back there. She mailed me the wash, refunded me for more than the wash cost & also included a coupon in the package she mailed I can use next time. She went above and beyond to correct her mistake, and I am very grateful for it. Thank you!

After trying and failing to get fitted at many other locations, Soma not only sized me, but stayed w my until I found a fitting bra. Vi, my sales associate, was outstanding, even when we took time after closing. Thank you!!
