I love this store and the ladies helping here are fantastic. This store is so organized and I am so glad their fitting rooms are open.

I love Aerie and suggested this location to two different people, each told me they had awful customer service experiences. I have been in the store 3x in the past month and without fail the customer service has been awful. Also why don’t they carry strapless bras in store?

They were able to honor my birthday coupon after it had expired. They also gave me great customer service in the fitting room and recommended new leggings based off what I had purchased before. The manager was so nice. The store was elevated in appearance!

Lackluster customer service. Store is clean and stuff inside is nice, which is characteristic of Aerie, but the employees inside were pretty distant and borderline rude. Definitely made for an uncomfortable shopping environment with the unwelcoming looks and complete ignorance to the guests inside. Did a pickup for the first time instead of shipping to my home and can’t say it was a good experience unfortunately despite loving Aerie.

Adorable store, great service. One star removed based in price. But my wife is beautiful and she gets what she wants.

HORRIBLE customer service. You’d think I would’ve learned my lesson the first time based on my previous review. I was the only individual in the store with two employees on 7/22 - no greeting, no assistance and poor service when checking out.
