This review is about the remarkable associates I encountered. While I did not make a purchase, I was in Brighton today in search of a birthday gift. I was warmly greeted by one associate. As I continued to look at merchandise, another associate greeted me. I informed the latter associate that I had been properly greeted; to which the latter associate said, “oh that’s fine. I wanted to make sure I said hello too.” As common as this courtesy seems, it is a major deal when you are not normally accustomed to such respect whilst shopping.

Have been shopping here for many many years. Tami and her staff are the Best! They Always make sure that I am completely Satisfied each and every time with my purchases. Tami and staff go out of their way in calling in keeping me up to date on events coming up or just to say Hi. I am Blessed at being able to call each staff member a Friend. Good selection of quality purses, wallets, & other items. Limited shoes; I purchased good buys on 2 pair sale shoes; 1 pair was ordered & mailed to me at no additional cost. Prices high end, but average for the Brighton Brand. Pleasant, helpful sales staff. Look forward to returning to buy a couple purses.

I love, love, love shopping at this store! The jewelry, handbags, glasses, belts and other accessories are gorgeous and very high quality. I enjoy interacting with the staff in this particular Brighton store. They make a point to get to know their customers, are always helpful, and make shopping there a lot of fun.

Brightens at north hills mall in Raleigh North Carolina have one of the best Brighton stores if not the best. They have a better selection of mens belts and wallets than Macys. Staff there is very helpful very professional and you cannot get these mens belts vary easy because they are not displayed at other stores.. The variety of belts and the quality of belts on the west coast or at airports. In California Ive tried but failed they are the best. They have a great catalogue for Mens leather belts. I will always order from Brightons at NORTH HILLS. I ordered 4 belts from them great experience no problem.

The staff was over and beyond helpful with me in finding just the right model of purse even though it had to be ordered from another store and shipped to me. I have been looking for the perfect purse for 2 1/2 years and the staf was able to find it fpr me in 1/2 hour. ❤ the staff they were great.

From the moment I walked in I was in love. The sale ladies their are wonderful. The jewelry is way cool.

I was there buying for my mother and was very put off by the snotty attitudes of a couple of the associates. Maybe men are not welcome in the store. Regardless, I wont be patronized by someone that Im about to give my money to.
