My daughter and I went to Gallery of Wigs to look for a wig for me. It is a very nice store with big variety of wigs in different price ranges. Jessie helped me find the perfect wig, which I love! I could have bought 3 or 4, they were so cute! It was a fun experience and Jessie was so helpful and had so many great ideas and suggestions. Highly recommend Gallery of Wigs.

I wanted a shop that i could try on the wig and get exactly what i wanted.I looked up information. I had my wig figured out. My head size, mono, the cap, everything. I recently had an appointment at Gallery of Wigs in Raleigh, NC. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and very patient helping me choose a wig. I have very thin hair and on the verge of having back surgery. It had become quite depressing trying to style my biological hair and I was ready to try a wig. I am delighted with my purchase of a Jon Renau wig.

Words cannot express how lovely my experience with The Gallery of Wigs and the owner Rose, Niecy, and two other ladies whose names I cant remember but deserve recognition. From the time I walked into the door, I was greeted with such a sweet spirit! They were so kind and Ms. Niecy taught me so much about my first wig. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gallery of Wigs and their staff. Recently, my grandmother found the need for a wig as she began her battle with cancer. We went to Gallery of Wigs and had the absolute best experience anyone could have in that situation. Susan, our sales woman, was the apex of care. She spoke with my grandmother on a personal level and brought her to a comfort level that left me speechless. She also matcher her with the perfect wig that left my grandmother happy and feeling like her normal self. There are times in ones life that can be overwhelming and we all have our ways of dealing with it. Mine was out of left field getting diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and glad they caught it as beast extremely dense. I was becoming very anxious about what lies ahead. In the process finding out that the chemo I was going to receive that I was going to loose my hair, which was brown and thick and almost down to my waist.I am proactive do I immediately started looking into wigs. Never tried on a wig before, and was greeted by the CUTEST little dog ever (Sophi) and her awesome owners (the owner and her daughter) who helped me pick out a wig I was confident in! It’s just for fun, as I’m a hairstylist, but they really took the time to make sure I found the perfect one. I am so happy with my choice! I can’t wait to get another one!

This place is wonderful!! I got engaged to my now-husband in March 2015. Three months later, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. One of the hardest parts of the entire diagnosis and treatment was the process of losing my hair. The ladies at Gallery of Wigs were completely understanding and took such great care of me. They helped me pick out two wigs-one for everyday wear and one for my wedding day. I loved each of them, but I have a special place in my heart for my wedding wig. Gallery of Wigs is by far the best wig shop around. My first visit was just prior to a bone marrow transplant 5 1/2 years ago, and I continue to use them. First of all, this review is from Susan Doody, not Thomas, although I am sure he would say the same thing! Im just not particularly technology savvy! I just got back from buying my wig, and at first, before I began talking to Jessi and her mom, I was really nervous. I am at that place where I have lost a lot of my hair due to chemo, and the thought of losing my hair was really scary. However, as soon as I walked in with my hair stylist (a very good idea!) we were really happy to see so many choices. Ironically enough, I ended up choosing the wig I wanted almost immediately. We tried on a number of others, but the second one was it! And it was a color I never expected I would want, but it totally shifted my skin color and brought out my eyes. I am now a redhead! Jessi was incredibly knowledgeable, had many suggestions, and so kind! Her mom was also just lovely! I highly recommend this exquisite place! Cancer didnt take most of my hair; a thyroid problem did. I have always felt self-conscience about the thinness and lack of hair that I have since being diagnosed forever ago. I avoided pictures as much as possible and I always spent a lot of time on my hair trying to make sure that none of my scalp was showing.I always noticed other peoples hair and a lot of times when I complimented them, I found out it was a wig, so I decided to look into getting one for myself.Enter Gallery of Wigs. They made the experience fun. They had wigs that would fit my big head. LOL. I was able to try out new colors and styles. I found several wigs that were perfect for me. I always get compliments on my hair now. People want to know who colored or cut my hair or how long it takes me to get my hair to look like it does. I absolutely love it! The people who I tell I am wearing a wig always are totally shocked and want to touch my hair because they dont believe me. One person even asked me if I was sure I was wearing a wig. LOLI highly recommend going to Gallery of Wigs to get a wig for any reason. My mom even got one after seeing me in mine just so she could have a different look or be able to look cute without having to spend a lot of time on her hair. I first walked in very nervously several years ago after being told by my doctor that I had alopecia and that my hair would continue to get thinner and thinner. Rose and her staff immediately made me feel comfortable and made the entire experience a pleasure. Rose has a gentle and loving spirit about her that can set anyone at ease. I needed a wig for a performance so that I could appear to look like a celebrity. I started looking for this wig by emailing a picture and Rose was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect replica of this celebrities new hair style. The wig she picked out to match my vision was exactly what i needed and we quickly were able decide how to style it and get final trims done. I am a 45 y/o who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and I am currently receiving chemo and had to deal with the devastation of losing my beautiful hair. When you lose your hair your self confidence is very low. I had purchased other wigs that just were not comfortable. Betsy and Rose were so great from the moment I walked in. I was feeling self conscious because I was just wearing a bandana that day. My friend and I were there for hours that day. Never once rushed. The customer service by Lydia was EXCELLENT!!!! As a matter of fact, all of the ladies were very friendly and they seemed to care about whoever walked thru the door!!!

I walked in to take a look around and when I asked if they carried real hair wigs (only question I asked) she (light brown Hair with bangs) immediately said that they do, but they start at around $1000 and they had some nice synthetic ones if I was interested...Maybe I looked like I couldn’t afford a $1000 wig? Who knows, but I know I will never purchase anything from them.

I enjoy wearing wigs for fun and I gave Gallery of Wigs a try. What a lovely group of women! They were so welcoming and fun to work with. It was such an enjoyable experience and I would recommend them every time and will definitely buy from them again!

My sister is going through chemo treatment at age 28 and we went into the Gallery of Wigs not knowing what to expect and with mixed emotions. I was referred to Gallery of Wigs by my oncologist. I traveled from Greenville to Raleigh to shop here, after having been recently diagnosed with breast cancer and facing the loss of my hair. BEST place ever with exceptional staff! Rose is truly an angel! I couldnt get there until a little before 3 (when they close) and Rose so graciously stayed late and never once rushed me even though I tried of several different wigs and she cut bangs into them. I often come by the Gallery of Wigs with my wife, who is a regular customer. The employees are always welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. My wife says the selection is excellent and she always finds something that she loves.

I am a cancer survivor of 4 years. I not only lost my hair, my hair came back in patches only so I keep my head shaved. I must wear wigs and I prefer to get them from Rose b/c I have been treated very kindly there.
