I have had NOTHING but amazing service from the staff at creative embroidery. My family and I have been customers of theirs for over 15 years, and continue to refer our family and friends to them. Doug and Donna are phenomenal people and actually care about their customers.

Placed an order before Christmas and paid for the job in full. Ive been to the shop 3 different times over a month later to pick up my item and its still not ready. Each time theyve taken my number and claim that theyll call to confirm the pickup date . . .and they never have. Ill request a refund today.

Please do not do business with them, they are unprofessional. They stated that they have a turn around of 2 weeks. Well I had to call them on week 3 to get an update and did not even start on my designs. They claimed they couldn’t find my order I placed and did not really care to search for it. I walked in the store a couple of days later to see if they at least started after they said they would get right on it after our phone conversation, and still there was no work done at all. I repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

They are very accommodating. Anything I have asked for they try to make happen. They have done one item for me so far and I was very satisfied. I have a multi order in the works now and Im very excited to see the end result.

I don’t give many reviews, but felt I needed to give some kudos to this place at this busy time of year. When no other embroidery shop would help me, this place did. Great people, quality work, and quick turnaround. Highly recommend! Merry Christmas!!

Creative Embroidery NightmareThis shop did not as me what font I wanted for my child’s backpack, pillow case and towel the shop instead just picked one. The lady who filled out the form was nice and kind, but she was pure evil and that was later discovered when I return a week later for my items. I was so overwhelmed with my three children that I never even thought of asking about the font, but instead of picking on why not pick up the phone and asking the customer instead of picking one. When I came to take possession of my items the font was this ugly curve font.I went to asked her why I wasn’t asked about the font and that I never approved this font to be on my items, she along with 3 other people kept talking over me acting as I never was even standing there, if it wasn’t for the machine running out of paper I would have ended up extremely upset that I paid for this ugly font to be all over my little girls items for school. Instead of taking the items I left them with the front lady and she said the pillow case might not be able to be fixed. After that I was on my way home and I decided to go somewhere else to have these items fixed. When I called to tell her I would be taking these items to another embroidery place she became extremely disrespectful and she informed me that the lady who fixes these mistakes was not going to be in until tomorrow. Then after an hour she calls to tell me that she has my things ready for pick up to take to another embroidery place. Oh no she doesn’t stop there she begins to tell me that she is a christian and works at a christian store and that she is sorry but in the most nastiest of ways and that I should be sorry too and begins to lecture me on the christian way. The only thing that I am sorry is that I set foot in that shop and that I have now had to waste gas three times driving back and forth to this place. I have never been so disappointed at the way people run these small businesses until now. I love knowing that I didn’t exchange any disrespectful words to her or her business partners. Because I gave them three chances to call me but as you all know now that did not happen. If I could give this location a no star review I would.

I found this wonderful business online. They are some of the nicest, most accommodating people I have ever worked with. Quality products and beautiful monogramming are what they provide.
