Great experience! Had repair work done to a 40 year old ring that had been sitting in my jewelry box. When I picked it up today it looked better than new. I was thrilled! The jeweler is very skilled and the staff is absolutely delightful. Beautiful selection of jewelry! I’ll be back for the holidays!

I just came to have some very simple chain repairs made on a necklace, and the lady there was incredibly rude and condescending, referring to my wedding jewelry as “constume jewelry” and saying they only work on real silver and gold. She didn’t even bother referring me elsewhere when I asked. I have been to other fine jewelry repair locations who have been very helpful and done similar repairs free of charge, despite it not being their usual work (Fink’s, Godfrey’s). My wedding is in 5 days, and this was some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Amazing experience with replacing our sons necklace. Ashley took time to listen to our needs and was incredibly gracious, kind, and generous. We are deeply grateful to her for making us feel so special.

Suggested: bring your calculator & check the math on sale pieces. Nice selection & several nice salespersons, but the saleslady with initials A.M. tried to upcharge us. First the nice older man helped us find a necklace at the correct price. A few days later the talkative lady calculated the piece three times at the wrong rate & insisted that we had the wrong price & tried to charge us more. Fortunately she finally admitted she was wrong & said she made the same miscalculation on a different sale yesterday. This incident left us with an unsettled feeling.

The Gold Mine Jewelry Shop has a unique and varied selection of fine jewelry and watches, as well as some beautiful estate jewelry. I love to shop here. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. A great place to shop.

Wonderful people. I called up there first and spoke to an associate named Alison. Once I got to the store she remembered speaking to me and exactly what I told her I was looking for on the phone. Wealth of knowledge and she didn’t try to sell me anything, she let me be in control. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Stopped in last week to sell some gold jewelry items that have been sitting in my wifes jewelry box unused for years. Tom Martin. the owner was absolutely delightful and very patient. He explained the whole prceedure. Evaluated each piece and gave us a great price on everything. We would highly recommend this family owned merchant. We believe them to be very honest and fair.
