Not only were they one of the only shops that would try and get my project done, they turned it around in less than 24hrs. I needed 10 golf bags done for a school team on short notice and Bruce worked with me to sort out the best way to do it and provided an incredible turnaround with amazing quality. After visiting so many online shirt customizing websites and failing to navigate their shirt editing in the way that I wanted to, I decided there had to be an easier way to get company t-shirts and polos. I searched locally and found France Embroidery & Printing. It was as simple as calling Bruce, telling him what I wanted, sending over our logo, submitting payment & approving design. He finished our shirts (42 printed t-shirts and 21 embroidered Nike polos) in about a week! I would recommend their business to anyone. We were really pleased with the product outcome. Bruce nailed it. I had him print my business logo on some zip up hoodies and they look amazing. He’s also done some embroidery work on a sweatshirt for a friend’s business and the embroidery is beautifully done!

Very professional, super nice folks. My graphic needed some adjustment and it was modified quickly (mastery of graphic art software was apparent).My order was done in less time than expected. In the beginning of the process they asked all the right questions which avoided order delays. They had matched my logo colors, and showed me more choices. My first time ordering embroidered shirts and definitely would go back. Highly recommended. Also right off the highway, so easy to get to from anywhere in the triangle.

I would like to highly recommend France Embroidery for any of your embroidery or t-shirt needs. I visited 2 other local companies to get a suitcase embroidered and they would not do it. I looked on the web for a close by company and France Embroidery came up. I called and spoke with Bruce, the owner and went to his company right then to have my suitcase embroidered. When I arrived, Bruce asked if I would like to wait for the service and it took him 15 minutes. He was quick, professional and very reasonable in price. The process was very simple and quick and I am very appreciative of him taking such as small job and doing it quickly. The embroidered name on my suitcase came out very nice. I was looking to get something printed on a Dopp bag I found online at Amazon. I found it for a great price and planned on purchasing the bags and bringing them to France Embroidery. Little did I know that on their website they have all the examples I needed, along with the exact bag I wanted by Ogio. Also, the price was comparable to the one on Amazon which saved me a step.The website is easy to use and straight forward. Working with Bruce could not have been easier. He is exactly the kind of owner you want to work with because he is punctual, pleasant, and wont charge you an arm and a leg for something special. In this case I was getting nicknames on the bags in Old English font. This font was not on the website but he was happy to find the font, sent my the drafts and everything was completed in a timely manner.I could not ask for an easier transaction from start to finish. I highly recommend France Embroidery and will look to them in the future for any embroidery needs. Support your local small business! I am glad I did.

I had some pullovers embroidered by France. Both Bruce and his wife were great initially and seemed super helpful. I sent them an email with the logo and placement that I wanted. They also gave me a non-profit discount of 20% off. When I went to go pick them up, the logo looked ok, but the dimensions seemed off. The original logo was a triangle but the triangle that was embroidered was smaller and the sides were not the right dimensions. I voiced my concern about the logo when I picked up the final product, and bruce went off on me. Ive worked in the customer service industry, and id never imagine reacting the way he did to a customer. He proceeded to tell me that there was no guarantee the logo would look the same and that I had agreed to the logo he embroidered. I can understand that it might not be the EXACT same, but a triangle is just one of those things thats kinda hard to mess up. Bruce proceeded to tell me I was a liar and that he had cameras to prove I had agreed to the product I was being given. He also proceeded to tell me he couldnt believe I was complaining after I had begged him for a discount. First of all, I simply asked if they had a discount for non-profits. Second of all, just because I received a discount doesnt mean that I should expect a difference in service/product quality.I want to be clear, the logo wasnt awful looking, it just wasnt right. We spent about $900 in total for those pullovers +embroidery, so for the logo to be off was pretty disappointing. I voiced my opinion in hopes of maybe finding a solution to fix it, but instead I was yelled at and told I was wrong. Their quality is ok, but Im writing this review as more of a warning of blatantly poor customer service. in general, no one deserves to be yelled and berated like I was....especially over a piece of embroidery.
