They were a direct recommendation from Patagonia when we were looking for someone local to embroider the jackets we bought for our company. I was apprehensive at first when we needed to ship our order from Patagonia to a company Ive never worked with before, but those concerns were quickly eliminated by the amazing customer support we received from the team at Raleigh Tees. I will not speak for work quality because I did not purchase with them. However, please check pricing to make sure it is reasonable for your order. Was concerned about the quote I received because it just didnt seem right. Tried another place and their quote was half the price and great quality. A few dollars over or under is understandable but this kind of markup I feel is just dishonest. Was very disappointed with my experience.
