Kathryn was extremely knowledgeable, great with communication, had a high attention to detail and kept me up to date from start to finish. Took our own jacket to be embroidered with our company logo and did a great job with the color selection and did mock ups so that I could see what it would look like prior to putting it on the jacket. Liked her work so much that I ended up getting two hats and a polo done. Very prompt - delivered as promised and very professional! Will definitely be back for future orders and personal Christmas orders!

With only one person working in this store today, I waited patiently for a hour to discuss with her my ideas for a gift for my grandmothers birthday. I planned on buying several things and had my purchases and even my purse sitting on the floor at my feet because of the long wait. My son got impatient and pulled chips from his lunch out of the bag, causing several chips to fall on the floor. Out of respect I picked up the mess and asked my eleven year old to stay in line with my purse and purchases while we ran to the trash can right outside the store. As we were going back into the store my eleven year old came running out with everything, even what I had not gotten to buy yet, upset because the lady kicked her out of the store for me not being with her... We walked back into the store and the woman told me that I was breaking the law and mall policy by leaving a minor under sixteen years old alone. She threatened to call mall security on me and claimed the store security camera would prove that I abandoned my child with her! After a hour of waiting I did not get to purchase the gifts for my grandmother because I chose to respect the store by picking up a mess my child had made. The woman claimed to be the manager and refused to give me the owners contact information. I spoke with mall security who verified that the woman misinterpreted mall policy and that I had done nothing wrong. Thats all well and fine, but now what am I to do for my grandmother? I couldnt possibly go back into the store after being kicked out of it.

I have had multiple items embroidered at the Triangle Town Center’s Custom Embroidery. The attention to detail is top notch, the turnaround time is always faster than I expect, and the level of customer service I’ve received has been over and above in so many ways. Katherine has been especially helpful in her recommendations regarding monogram or wording placement, and will be honest regarding the feasibility of a job, even if it means she can’t do something (which only happened when she was trying to correct someone else’s poor work). I will be using this business for all of my embroidery needs.
