I couldnt have been more pleased with how much time Devon took with me on looking for a nice slab of quartzite. She was patient and very knowledgeable. We were not able to find a slab that we liked in our price range, but I cant fault the help for that. They have a beautiful selection.

WOW! What an experience. My wife and I came in without and appointment (and with our 1yo daughter) and were promptly greeted and set up with our own personal stone concierge as I liked to call her (Mary). Not only did she tolerate us feeding the baby in their lobby, but she used that time to plan a personal route through the enormous showroom to look at exactly what we said we were interested in. We actually ended up purchasing one of the stones that she recommended instead of the one we came in to look at! I would go back just to walk around the showroom again, the product is extremely high quality and it is an experience, not just a shopping trip. 10/10 would recommend this business - thank you CRS Marble and Granite!

Wonderful showroom, with an abundance of slabs shown off with great lighting. They have cabinet doors in several finishes which is very helpful to see what your kitchen can look like . The salesperson, Linda showed me around and provided a cart to place all my samples on to match the slabs which was great .

What a great experience we have had at CRS! We had visited their showroom 2 years before and found that all the associates we met were very helpful and understanding. Well, we had to abort that granite project, but are now ready to start it again! After visiting a couple of fabricators, we knew where to go to find the best selection of stone and the best service! ... We returned to CRS where we found an amazing selection of the Sienna Bordeaux that we were interested in. Jenny Craig assisted us and she is the best....she knew her inventory, was able to listen to what we liked and did not like (and help us resolve the spousal differences of opinion!) and she helped us make a final selection that we are both thrilled with. Jenny has design expertise as well which gave us confidence in the advice she was providing. Linda was so professional and courteous even though I shouldnt have been there without an appointment....I consider myself lucky that I got to go in and view the choices I had in mind, and lucky that I got Linda who helped me in a minute!CRS is a very nice place with many rows of slabs to look at.....

Today was our first visit to CRS and we were beyond pleased. Stella was our Consultant and she was able to direct us to the showroom floor and within minutes we found a slab of Quartzite that we 100% loved after she learned what we were looking for in our kitchen at the beach. The warehouse gentlemen were very friendly and moved slabs around so we could select our favorite Stella gave us wonderful insight as to the special features of each slab. If you want wonderful customer service and a variety of slabs you probably want see anywhere else, then go to CRS and see Stella.

They were really helpful and answered all of my questions as well as pulling different slabs for me to look over!!

Their interview process is ridiculous! I was contacted on Monday after applying for a customer service position. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview and I made an appointment for today at 11am. When I arrived for the interview (10 minutes early) there were 10 people already waiting for their own interviews. After filling out a questionnaire they started calling us back one by one. I first noticed something odd when the first person was only in the interview room for 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I was finally called up. I went into the interview room and the owner greeted me and proceeded to read over my resume while I sat there in silence. He asked me about 5 questions about my previous jobs, and then told me that they were only gathering information about candidates (which they already had from the resume I sent with Indeed) and they would be contacting me if I made it onto the final list and would conduct more in depth PHONE interviews next week. Instead of asking initial questions over the phone and having in depth IN-PERSON interviews, I drove 25 minutes both ways to the interview for nothing. I got no information about the job besides what I already knew from the job listing. Nothing about pay, benefits, hours, nothing. They really need to reevaluate the hiring process for new employees.

Beth at CRS is the best!My husband and I loved working with Beth! The inventory at CRS was large and easy to view. Beth helped us choose granite for 3 different areas in our house, paying close attention to our design and color preferences. She was particularly helpful in selecting a statement piece for our kitchen island, which involved transferring a slab from the VA warehouse. After all of that effort, the kitchen island slab was broken in transport to the fabricator, after it was too late for us to change any of the surrounding design in the kitchen. I was unable to find a similarly spectacular piece for the island, that fit with the design and color palette we had chosen. I got Beth back on the phone, and she tracked down a remaining slab from the original lot we had selected! In all our dealings, she is thoughtful, thorough, professional and committed to helping us achieve our dream kitchen. We cant be more pleased!

CRS Granite is an amazing place with a wealth of stone from which to choose. One can find material from the more sedate to some so unique that it feels as if it should be displayed in a museum - something for everybody! My sister and I shopped fairly exhaustively for just the right choice for my kitchen, and Anna at CRS was very helpful. She was friendly and warm yet very professional. She was knowledgeable, having answers for any questions and also offered some ideas I would not have considered on my own. It was fun to work with her, and I would recommend a stop at CRS to anyone searching for granite or marble.

My husband and I visited the facility and we were impressed with the staff and the selection of stones available. Of course, I could not make a decision, but I will have to go back to limit my selections. The staff was very helpful, but there was no pressure. After searching for a specific type of granite at several shops and suppliers throughout the area, CRS was the only supplier who had it. In fact, they had two different types of granite in the shade I was looking for. Their selection is unmatched in the area. I wish I had known when I began my project that this was the place to go for the best selection of stones, particularly unique and exotic granites, after having spent so much time going to various showrooms and making calls. In addition, the service at CRS was great. Their staff was friendly and helpful, and Samantha went above and beyond to help us get our project completed. It is hard to even put into words how upset and disappointed I am in this company! I have never experienced such dishonesty and complete deception like I experienced with one of their employees today. I drove almost an hour today to look at material that didnt exist. It wasnt a mistake or just a misunderstanding it was truly misrepresented on purpose. It honestly is just mind blowing to me. I have wasted so much time and energy trying to work with them. Save yourself a lot of time and heartache and find a distributor that has employees with better integrity!

We visited CRS Marble & Granite yesterday and found their collection to be varied, interesting and well-displayed, with a wide range of pricing. The Exotics were AMAZING! The staff is welcoming and organized in their approach to what can be a confusing decision-making process. Alessia spent a great deal of time with us, offering good ideas and a quick grasp of the style we were seeking. She was friendly and did not make us feel rushed in any way. By the time we arrived back home, she had emailed us the list and description of our selections and sent our selections to the fabricator for pricing. Great place and great staff!

After checking with numerous warehouses, I would highly recommend CRS Marble and Granite to anyone looking for a great selection of granite and wonderful service. Michele greeted us with a big, warm smile and genuinely did everything that she could to assist in our selection. She also has a great telephone presence and never made me feel as if she did not have time to work with me. The gentlemen in the warehouse were also very nice and careful to watch for shoppers before moving slabs. Shopping at CRS was a very pleasurable experience, and again I would highly recommend shopping there.

The customer service at CRS Granite is fantastic. Jamie could not have done more to help us find the granite we were searching for. She was wonderful with her follow up even calling several weeks later to let us know she had gotten something in that we might be interested in. Unfortunately we found the slab we wanted elsewhere but I would definitely recommend contacting Jamie at CRS Granite for any of your granite needs.

This was my third visit to CRS . Jenny makes the process of picking a stone so easy. She has been so wonderfully helpful and patient. I actually started out with interest in granite but when I shared my vision of what I wanted my kitchen to look like she suggested I consider marble. I did my homework on marble and was a little fearful of using it but after speaking with Jenny about the use of marble in my kitchen I decided to use it. She is the best! Your showroom is lovely and everyone I encountered was professional. I had to review on your website because I do not have a google app or a facebook page.

Had a really great experience working with Michele. Went in looking for granite counter tops for a kitchen. Michele has a keen ear and listened to the likes and dislikes from my wife and I was able to show us slabs that really interested us. They have seemingly thousands of slabs, and instead of wasting time walking up and down every row Michele was able to lead us to ones that fit needs list. Ultimately chose colonial white from them and cannot be more please.

We havent purchased granite from CRS yet, but based on our experience with them, we most likely will. Of all the granite and quartz suppliers we have visited, this was by far the best experience. They easily have the largest selection, and we got 1-on-1 customer service throughout. They provided us with samples to take home to compare in various lights and up against the different colors we are considering in our kitchen. Without samples I can only imagine the horror people experience when their countertop gets installed and looks completely different than it did in the showroom.

My folks bought granite from CRS many years ago and I remember visiting the showroom. I recently visited again for my kitchen countertops. CRS has a fantastic selection of low to high end stones and an incredibly friendly and competent staff. I was able to browse the entire warehouse and ask questions that were quickly and professionally answered by staff--within the last 30 minutes the showroom was open. I was treated as though I was going to purchase an exotic stone (high) when I was looking for a bargain. Strongly recommend you check this place out once you have a fabricator!

Brooke Thomas at CRS was very attentive to our needs without being overbearing. In addition, the new showroom is nicely lit and the choice of all stone is tremendous. My husband and I recommend CRS as your go to (or at least a definite stop) for your stone requirements.

I am SO GLAD I walked into CRS today. I had not heard about them but was desperate to find light, white real stone for my kitchen. Every other supplier told me to stay away because I wouldnt want the upkeep however Anna was so great today. She explained that most people dont realize that there are two types of marble and not all are created equal. The warehouse is amazing and there is definitely something for everyone! It took me a month to find my marble but it was well worth the wait! Thanks again!

CRS was highly recommended to me by my dear friend who worked with them recently, so yesterday we visited the enormous CRS warehouse in search of the perfect granite for my new kitchen counter tops. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating and patient with my long and thorough search through their extensive selection of slabs. I eventually found the perfect granite and it even fit within my budget, and CRS promptly sent the information to our fabricators. I am thoroughly impressed with CRS (ooh, that even rhymes!)

CRS has a nice selection of unique granite and multiple slabs of each stone. They are very willing to move slabs around so that you can see each slab that you are deciding upon. They have many wood samples on hand so you can evaluate how cabinets colors will match the stone. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

I recently visited the Raleigh NC facility and worked with Alessia Ghirardello. We were doing a remodel and I had a few directions I could go. Alessia was so helpful in showing me different options and discussing the pros and cons. She took time to figure out what I liked/didnt like and narrowed down the slabs she showed me appropriately. You can get overwhelmed with all the choices available. I decided on a beautiful quartzite - Elegant Gray. The kitchen looks amazing and I am really happy with the whole experience.
